The place was clean, smelled wonderful and had multiple amenities! The owners are responsive and very communicative ! *this has nothing to do with the place* but just a fair wanting to those coming here the restaurant downstairs is pretty terrible! Would not recommend but toehe good places around are great!

The quiet time from 10pm-6am definitely did not exist…I mean well into the early morning hours. The excessive amount of weed smoke would take your breath away if sat on the balcony too long. The beach toys and chairs were so rusted you couldn’t really open them. There were random feminine pads and a random tampon ..I guess that was the essentials that they provided in the bathroom cabinet. To say the least the pictures were very misleading. When I addressed the issues, it was basically a response of “out of their control” which is very unfortunate. The bed sheets looked like they still had self tanner on them, after we drove for hours, which I changed them myself- the response was basically I waited too long to address. We ended up leaving early bc it really wasn’t what we expected. For that amount of money, I would suggest going a little further down the road.

The pool and hot tub were amazing. The beach was so close by many families were taking the option to walk. Great attractions nearby. Loved it!

The condo is on the top floor with a view of both the pool and ocean. They had TV’s in every room and some beach items available. My only feedback would be that I wish they would have provided more toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags (both for the bathroom and kitchen). We stayed for a full week and ran out or almost ran out of all of these items. I think they should take a look at their kitchen and pantry items for a refresh - there was no salt and they only had a couple Tupperware with matching lids. The biggest bummer in staying here was the pool was freezing. I assumed it would be heated and we would get to use it in the evenings after the beach but we didn’t end up going there once. Honestly the pool was the reason we booked here over other locations so that was a bummer. The place was clean though and the host responsive.

Welcome to The Palms of Destin Resort, where "The Emerald Palm" has the perfect view for you!!! This 12th floor unit provides the perfect getaway with all of the amenities you need. The pool is just an elevator ride away. You can let your kids hang out at the pool while you lounge on your private balcony overlooking the pool. This resort has a lot to offer: you’ll find the restaurant "The Palms Bistro" in the main area, a coffeehouse, a bar, a gym, a hot tub, heated smaller pool, and a big lagoon-style pool with plenty of room to wade around with your friends. The common area patio allows you to hang out and meet other guests from all around the country and across the globe. The outdoor patio has faux grass, corn hole, large chess board, and lounging furniture for you to relax around the gas fire pits. Just inside, there are plenty of TV’s and a bar to enjoy the sport of your choosing. The kiddy pool is a lot of fun for the little ones and helps you to wear them out before you put them down for the night. If you wish to spend your time on the beach, you can catch the resort shuttle straight to the access points where you can enjoy the blue waters and white powdery sands of Destin. Your entire vacation can be spent within the resort with plenty to do, or you can venture out into Destin, which has even more to offer. In this junior suite, you are centrally located between all of the nightlife, restaurants, and entertainment in Destin. The Track in Destin is just a short walk away where you can enjoy 2 putt-putt golf courses, go karts, rides, and more. Just across the street there is a sports complex if you want to play catch or hit the ball around. Further down the road you’ll find The Big Kahuna water park with water slides and a river float. If you are feeling adventurous you can visit any of the many boat rental shops and take a trip out to Crab Island. During the summer season Crab Island is the place to be! There are a few golf courses in Destin as well, so if you like to hit the links, then you are in the right spot. We all like to eat and there are a lot of options to choose from, whether it is high end at Ruth’s Chris or just a quick bite from Burrito Del Sol. If you just want to get away to relax, then this condo is the perfect place for you. The condo is spacious and is stylish with a great view. This Junior Suite features a master bedroom with a king size bed and full bath. The bunk room features a twin over full size bunk bed and a full bathroom. The living area features a full size pull out sofa that accommodates 2 more guests. This unit is a 6 guest max occupancy, so you and your family or 5 of your closest friends can come enjoy the beach life to get away from the daily grind.
