We had a wonderful week staying at this condo! Each room was spacious and clean - plenty of room to spread out. We made dinners in the fully stocked kitchen and walked across the street for dinner at Pompano Joes as well. We loved the SUPER short walk to the beach and having all of the extras in the garage (wagon, floats, chairs, grill) that you can’t find other places. The large porch gave us beautiful views of the beach as well as colorful sunsets. I would recommend this condo again and again! I can’t wait to return!

Beautiful condo. Completely updated with anything you could possibly need to feel right at home.Perfect location with amazing ocean view. We really appreciates access to those extras you wouldn’t want to pack! IE: beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, wagon. So much to do within a short drive or walking distance to restaurants and beach. You will definitely NOT be disappointed!

Our group had a wonderful stay at Sunny Sands! The location was perfect with a short walk to the beach. The area is one of the least crowded for traffic and beach access. The condo was so clean when we arrived and had everything we needed. It was on the 3rd floor right beside the stairs and there was an elevator at the other end of the building (that we only used to bring in groceries). Jeff was easily accessible by text and email. The description should really emphasis how many items are located in the garage for guests to use - boogie boards, so many beach chairs, umbrella, floats, beach tent, and a beach wagon. The bedrooms were very spacious. The deck was very large and had a view of the pool and ocean. If we return to the Miramar area in the future, we will definitely stay at Sunny Sands again. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sunny Sands. The condo is awesome. It has a spacious living room and kitchen. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. The balcony is huge with a great ocean view. We ate almost every meal out there. It was a short walk to the beach with easy access. The beach was amazing with sugar white sand. Convenient dining and shopping near by. The biking and walking paths were safe and easy for the whole family to enjoy. We highly recommend this place. We will definitely return.

This is one fantastic condo. It has tons of open space, very clean, well appointed and just a short walk across the street to the best beach ever. We will definitely be coming back here!!!

This condo had everything we needed. We visited with just two other couples but this place was much larger than many other rentals we have visited over the years. Very roomy. Clean , updated, and well stocked with everything we needed. Living area and Master have great views of the water and your not blocked by another condo . Easy, short walk to the beach and a couple of our favorite restaurants; Pompano Joes and Kenny D's. Mirimar is our favorite spot on the coast. Not as crazy as Panama City. Not as remote as Cape San Blas. Not as snooty as some of the 30A developments. Just a short drive to the harbor and board walk and tons of other restaurants and activities. The owners were super helpful and easy to work with work with. All in all one of our best experiences at the beach. A great place to welcome the New Year with friends.

Sunny Sands provides the guest with nearly 1600 sq-ft of stunning space including convenient access to a two car garage, and elevator.
Master Bedroom: There is one KING size bed in the Master. There is an OCEAN view and a walk in closet. The master bath is attached and has 2 sinks, a walk in shower and separate TUB. A small working desk is also available if you need to check in with the office. Sleeps 2.
Second Bedroom: Or "Second Master Bedroom", has a KING size bed and a full bath attached. Sleeps 2
Third Bedroom: There are 2 FULL size beds in the third bedroom. There is a full bath attached. Sleeps 4.
Sleep total is 8.
All guests have full use of a large, fully equipped kitchen and a private laundry room with a washer and dryer. We offer a dining table with seating for 6, along with a breakfast bar with seating for 4. A dining table and lounges chairs are on the balcony, if you would also like to enjoy a meal there.
The family room is spacious and comfortable overlooking the balcony and with views of the OCEAN.
Should you want to enjoy some television, all bedrooms and the family room have HDTVs with Amazon Firesticks and Hulu Live for your viewing pleasure. The unit has high speed WiFi available for use during your stay.
The balcony overlooks a wonderful park-like setting with a community pool and a great view of the OCEAN. The ground floor garage can easily store your beach equipment along with the guest-use charcoal grill for those evenings where you would prefer to eat in.
