Blown Aweigh 104A - Gulf View , Miramar Beach, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

Very pleased with this property. Everything was as described and the complex was right across the street from the beach. Golf cart was a huge bonus. We would definitely go through Gulf911 Rental Properties for our next vacation rental in the Destin area

This condo is perfect. The location and size are perfect for a family of 5-6. The garage was a huge bonus! There is no need to bring any beach items...coolers, chairs, and wagons are all available. Great communication and Josh even got us into the unit early. We will 100% book again for unit 104A. Thank you for making this one of our most memorable vacations.

We had an amazing week stay. Condo was exactly as pictured. We have been coming to Destin for last twelve years and honestly this is one of best rentals to date. The garage with grill, fridge etc was an added bonus. Thank you! Can’t wait for our next visit.

We enjoyed every part of our 2 week stay at Blown Aweigh. Condo was just as pictured online, very clean, great location and all of the beach equipment in the garage was an added bonus. We had a few very minor issues and Josh was right on top of it almost immediately taking care of everything quickly and efficiently. We would recommend this location if you are looking for a 2 king bedroom in the Miramar Beach area. AC unit worked great, kitchen was well stocked with quality cooking items, plenty of extra bedding and towels. Beds were very comfortable and the TV's were great!

This was our second stay at Pavilion Palms this year, having stayed in another unit in May. Each unit, including Blown Aweigh, is fabulous. Centrally located to beach access and in walking distance to several restaurants, Pavilion Palms is a great find. Blown Aweigh is the first beach condo we’ve rented which has a separate desk/work area/monitor, for those of us who need to stay connected. The open kitchen/dining/living room areas provide ample space and seating. Flat screens in every room, including the kitchen. Spacious balcony. Loved staying here!

Our 6th stay in one of Jay’s units! We have never been disappointed! All units updated and always super clean! Units look as good or better then the advertised pictures on the website. The pavilion palms unit is very private as off the road just a bit but very close to everything! If you’re looking for a destination in Destin, look no further then any of the 12 properties Jay provides. You will not be disappointed! Already planning our next trip!

We really loved the condo and the location. The condo was beautiful and clean. The location was a short walk to the beach. They really paid attention to detail with the decor. Loved it!

We truly enjoyed our stay in your condo Jan. 17-Jan.28 2021. I was impressed with the updated deco and the fact there was "extra"supplies like trash bags, laundry detergent, etc...i did bring and use my own since usually there are only a smalll supply available to get one started, but good to know it was there if we needed anything. Loved the location, easy in & out, close to where we needed to be ,property very neat and maintained. We will return and we we will recommend to others. Thank You again!

Stayed from 9/5-9/12 and the entire experience was awesome, from making the reservation to working with the Jay/Betty and Josh to the condition of the property - could not have been better and hope I can get in next year on our annual trip!

When we first look on Internet to see this condo it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Betty and Jay are the most thoughtful hosts. They provided us with all the information we needed. The condo is just perfect! Kitchen is big and contains everything one needs. Bedrooms are very comfortable and one has ocean view. There is a short walk to the beautiful beach.. Everything was supper clean and we felt safe even during this pandemic time. We just returned from a week family vacation in this unit (also our first time to Miramar Beach) and it truly was amazing! The unit was exactly as described and even more spacious than I had pictured. We have three daughters all under the age of 5 and had plenty of space. The entire unit was clean and friendly. The pool was clean and hardly anyone ever there, which was perfect for our family! The walk to the beach is so convenient- you can easily pop back over if you need anything. The garage was a definite plus and the stocked beach gear was a hit with my girls and convenient so we did not have to pack chairs, umbrellas, etc. The unit was within walking distance to many restaurants, ice cream, etc. All in all we cannot wait to get back. This condo checks all of the boxes!! Convenient parking including a garage, a great view of the pool and ocean, an amazing interior that is well appointed with everything you could think of and probably some you didn't think of! And SO CLEAN it shines - literally! Betty and Jay were on it from the beginning with outstanding communication and extensive knowledge of the area to make recommendations for everything from dining to shopping! It is a short walk to great restaurants (or rent a golf cart and enjoy the ride!) and the white sandy beaches and crystal clean ocean water which is why we come to this area! We also love the laid back, family-friendly atmosphere of Miramar Beach at any time of the year! If this one is available for your dates, we highly recommend you book it! And you're welcome! :)

Literally, we were “blown aweigh” by this place! Beautiful, convenient location. The condo is very spacious. The memory foam couch bed was comfy! The decor was stunning. We love the modern, industrial feel of the condo. I am not a cook, but I cooked every morning and lunch for our stay. The reason:::: that kitchen is phenomenal! We were able to watch football in the kitchen and cartoons in the living room! The kitchen was so spacious and perfect. I loved everything about it. Even if you don’t cook, you have plenty of space for snacks, etc. The balcony is huge! I don’t think the pictures depict this very well! The beach walk isn’t too far (we walked it each day with two toddlers). The pool was cleaned every morning while we were there. We LOVED the garage. It had an extra fridge in the garage, but the one in the unit was so big we didn’t use the one in the garage! The garage was stocked with pool floats (my girls loved the doughnut float!) and a ball to play in the water. We left a large container of bubbles for future guests with children to enjoy. My kids enjoyed bubbles on the balcony! We used the beach chairs and umbrella that were provided in the garage. The unit is so convenient to the public beach access. We couldn’t be happier with our stay. Betty & Jay were fantastic. We loved this last minute getaway. We wished we could stay longer! The October sunsets are AMAZING!

Everything about this condo was perfect. The condo was spacious, had great touches throughout the condo and high end furniture and appliances. Having the garage was a great amenity to keep from getting in a hot car as we went out. The garage was also fully stocked with beach chairs and several rafts, etc. for the beach and pool. Overall, I cannot say enough about this condo. You will not be disappointed staying here.

This condo was above and beyond a wonderful spot to spend our vacation week at the most amazing and beautiful beach on the gulf shores of Florida! This home away from home was very spacious and laid out well with the most up to date everything... Not to mention so modern and artistically designed! Great balcony to enjoy conversation and time at the beach with friends and family. This place is a must stay and have already recommended it to everyone I can share it with! We have stayed in Pavilion Palms before and in our opinion the location cannot be beat. The owners have hit a home run on this renovation and it shows. This is not your typical condo. You feel like your in a 1960's era manufacturing warehouse. Very cool design with interesting uses of sheet metal everywhere. The driftwood and metal sea-life that hung from the walls were also unique. My wife and I loved this place. Pavilion Palms 2 bedroom condos are large by most condo standards and we like that. As well, the location to restaurants, the grocery store and to shopping can't be beat. We love eating at Pompano Joe's and taking the kids to the Crab Trap (we like the back playground). Very convenient. When at the beach, they have restrooms and showers...and that's a bonus too. We will back to Blown Aweigh, it's a winner!

This is the most unique condo we've ever stayed in, truly incredible. The decor made us feel like we were in upscale warehouse loft apartment, and everything was new. What a remodel job! The monster tv in the kitchen was a big hit as we could watch two sporting events at once. My husband thought that was pretty cool. The location was great too...we could walk across the street to the beach and also to Pompano Joe's. Great seafood, we ate there for lunch multiple times and did a dinner there. It's right on the beach. The condo had a view of the gulf and of the pool. We loved relaxing at the pool after a long day at the beach. For two adults and our children it was perfect.

We had five ladies stay in Blown Aweigh for a short beach getaway and this place. It was awesome. We do this every year and I got a pat on the back for choosing this industrial designed palace. This is nothing like any of our other condos we have stayed in. The beds and sleeper sofa were very comfortable and we loved the metal barn doors. I think we inspected those things for a while. The kitchen felt like you were in an upscale bar with the big screen TV and all the stainless beverage fridges. Very cool stuff. The garage is nice to have for beach chairs and they even had a wagon for all our beach stuff. We also liked that it was next to the elevator as that made it easier to take up our luggage. The unit was located on the 2nd floor and I could easily see my friends down at the pool. We had a blast and we will certainly vacation with Betty and Jay again! Great unit.

We have stayed at Pavilion Palms in 4 different condos. This was the best yet. It has everything you need. All you have to do is show up. So many beach items to choose from that we didn't have to buy anything. The condo is stocked with every supply you need. Can't wait to return next year.
