What a top-tier experience! We loved our getaway at Jack & Jill’s beach house! The property was very nice—exceptionally clean, well-maintained, nicely furnished, and the best location. Very quick walk to the beach and our favorite restaurant, Pompano Joe’s. Jill was a wonderful host. She was easy to communicate with, accommodating, and made sure we had a great experience. Would stay here again...super nice and very clean! Couple minute walk to the beach or hang in the pool right out the front door across the street. Patio is a nice area to chill after a long beach day or early morning. Highly recommend Jack & Jills Beach house!

This was a perfect home for a week for my husband and myself, along with our daughter, son-in-law, and three grandchildren!! Home is beautifully decorated feels like home away from home! Having the pool across the street was a great asset for the grandkids and even grandma and grandpa too! ?? the beach, was amazing with the provided beach service as an extra perk! Communications were great with the owner. It was so nice to have the back patio as a come to spot after coming back from the beach to hose any sand and saltwater away! We look forward to returning to make more family memories at the beach??????????

Our stay in Jack and Jill’s home was such a blast! The house was instantly a home to us. So clean and cute and comfy. The pool right out the front door was great for the morning and then the five minute walk to the beach and lunch/dinner at Pompanos Joes(we did both, love that place). We will return for a repeat!! The layout of the house is perfect for families traveling together. Very open and large. Back yard is great and grand kids enjoyed it. The location is what makes it stand out from others. Pool is right out front and short walk to beach but you get so much privacy. Home was very clean. We will definitely be back.

We’ve stayed twice now in Jack & Jill’s House at Port of Call and we’ve loved it! Very clean, spacious house that’s beautifully decorated in a modern beach theme decor. It’s within walking distance to one of the best beaches in Florida! Perfect location to restaurants and shops! Love the community pool. It’s quiet and most of the time we have the pool all to ourselves! Jill is very responsive to any questions or needs. We’ll be back!

What a wonderful home filled with so much beach charm. Great location and everything you need to feel like you are right at home. We have stayed in several vacation homes through the years and this was by far the best (super clean and full of everything you need). Just steps from the pool (which felt like our own private pool) and a few more steps to the beautiful beach. Our family of 9 loved every single moment of our time in Miramar Beach. This was our 3rd year to Destin, all 3 times we have stayed in a property owned by Jack and Jill. This year we stayed in a wonderful spacious home. The pool is right out the front door and the beach is just a minute away. We go to Pompano Joes quite frequently, we also enjoy a short walk down the street to get rolled ice cream. Next year will be year 4 and we can’t wait!!

This house was perfect! Perfect location, perfect decor, perfect size! It had everything you need for the perfect beach vacation. And it’s across the street from beach but a VERY short walk. We really enjoyed being off the main road as it was quiet and cozy when sitting out back drinking your morning coffee in private. They truly have a beautiful home and I can’t imagine staying anywhere else. Jill was great to work with! Will definitely be returning to their lovely Florida home. I highly recommend staying here!

I can't say enough good things about this house! It is so comfortable and cute and I LOVE the location. It's a quick walk to the beach from the low traffic side road and within quick walking distance of dinner and happy hour spots! The pool was right across the drive and was never crowded and was very clean and well maintained - my husband likes a break from the beach. The neighbors were friendly, too. I loved drinking my coffee on the private patio area which has ample seating. It rained for a bit and that was a good place to hangout. I liked the layout of the house a lot. I'm not sure if was professionally decorated, but it looks like it was! And plenty of hooks!!! I love having plenty of hooks to hang damp bathing suits and towels from. Really - everything about this house was thoughtfully done. We will be back!

We loved our stay at Jack & Jill's Beach House. The location is perfect. It is less than a half of a block, 4th house from the beach, and it literally takes one minute to get to the beach! The house is spacious and beautifully decorated! We had plenty of room for our family of 6 and everything we needed to cook meals in. The beds were comfy, each bedroom had a smart tv, and the patio is so nice! We will definitely be returning!

We absolutely loved this place. The location is perfect!!! A one minute walk - it is literally less than a half of a block to the beach with easy beach access. We took the stairs but there was also a ramp. We loved just strolling the walking path and met so many nice people. We walked to dinner, souvenir shopping, to get ice cream, and loved just walking around looking at all of the beautiful homes. The house has everything you need. Kitchen has everything for cooking meals, wifi was good (we had to remote work), beautifully decorated with a neat coastal vibe, comfy beds, huge SMART TV in living room, outdoor area is very nice and private. Jack and Jill responded immmediately to questions. We will definitely be back!

We just spent a wonderful week with wonderful weather in the most wonderful beach home! Jack & Jill's Beach House was perfect for us. Everything is new, very clean, and we loved the nautical decor. The walk to the beach is very, very short. We thoroughly enjoyed getting up each morning and taking advantage of the walking path. It was so beautiful to be able to walk safely along the shore line. The house is in a perfect location as we were able to walk to dinner as well. We really loved not having to look for parking or waiting on elevators, and the house was fully equipped with everything we needed. We have found our new spot on Miramar Beach! Port of Call is a very quiet and family friendly community located directly across from public beach access and Pompano Joe's, one of the top beachside restaurants on Miramar Beach. Also located steps from Scenic 98's FIVE mile bike path.
Jack & Jill's Beach House is located in "Port of Call", which is a small community of beach houses in very close proximity to the beach, less than a half of a block! It is also convenient to shopping & is within walking distance to many restaurants, to include Pompano Joe's, Kenny D's, Whales, Tail, and Captain Dave's.
BEACH SERVICE: Includes 2 chairs and 1 umbrella. (Beach service runs from March to November.)
MASTER BEDROOM: Large bedroom with KING bed, 32-Inch flat screen SMART TV with upgraded cable (140 channels to include ESPN, Disney, etc.) dresser, night stand, 2 lamps, PRIVATE BATHROOM, new ceiling fan. The floor plan boasts a split bedroom design, giving lots of privacy!

LAUNDRY: Full size WASHER & DRYER. Allows you to enjoy your vacation without laundry becoming a chore.
INTERNET: We have FREE high-speed wireless internet for your added convenience. Being on vacation, does not mean you have to be Off The Grid, or work remotely from the beach house!
OUTDOOR PATIO: Choose the shade or choose the sun and enjoy the beautiful palm trees! Seating for 8 people on the patio with brand new Polywood Adirondack furniture! It is a great spot to sit and unwind, relax with family/friends or enjoy reading a good book. The pool is just outside the front door, and has additional poolside seating, including shaded seating. (Garage is not accessible to guests.)

However, to get you started we do supply a few garbage bags, a few rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, a few laundry detergent pods, a few dishwasher tablets and dishwashing liquid. About Jack and Jill...
We are from Kentucky! We own and manage the beach house ourselves and take pride in keeping it clean and updated and personalized with special amenities! We are just ordinary people - Jack is an electrician and Jill is a middle school teacher. It has become a special place to us! We took a leap of faith to follow a dream of owning a beachfront home in hopes of finding wonderful renters that return each year that enjoy our beach house as we do. We hope you love and enjoy your stay at Jack & Jill's Beach House as much as we do.
Why Jack and Jill chose Port of Call at Miramar Beach...
We were previous owners of two units at Tradewinds and absolutely fell in love with the area. We weren't exactly in the market to buy a beach house, but the most perfect beach house in the most perfect location became available for sale and we could NOT pass it up! We love being just a few steps from the beach, but love being able to retreat back the beach house for calm, quiet, family time. We love being able to park in our own driveway and not worry with parking passes. We love the floor plan of the house, allowing for privacy with a split bedroom floor plan. We love not having to wait for an elevator. We love the outdoor patio with the gorgeous palms, and the ability to sit in the sun or shade. We love the quietness and calmness we feel in Port of Call, with only 15 total houses. We love walking right out the front door to the pool and enjoying the pool or the covered shade by the pool. We love being on the bike path, which gives us a 5 mile path of walking or biking along the shore. We love the pool and spacious pool deck. We love being right across from Pompano Joe's, as well as being able to walk to other restaurants, souvenir shops, or to get coffee or ice cream, yet a short drive to outlet mall shopping, many other great restaurants, and area attractions (Harborkwalk Village, Big Kahuna s Waterpark, Gulfarium, etc). Most importantly, we love being able to walk a short walk and have our toes in the sand! It is our own little piece of paradise and we hope you love it too!
