Soleil is a one of a kind home found in the heart of Baytowne wharf. If you frequent the Emerald Coast, you know the wonderful shopping, food and entertainment that is just steps from your door! Soleil is both charming and private as well as convenient in it's location. Step out onto the red bricks of the wharf and find yourself exploring new flavors, cheerful shops and some of the best ice cream in the area! If the sun is what you came for, enjoy the sparkling pools or the sugar white beaches we are famous for.

Arrival: Checking in is always easy. Simply enter your personal door code into our high security electronic lock and vacations begins!

Main living area: This charmer boasts large windows to allow for ample sunlight, an open floorplan for ease of getting about and general flow of life, high ceilings and quality millwork throughout. In the living area you will find natural themes with dark accents to set a luxurious and relaxing mood. This space is complete with comfortable seating, a large flat screen smart TV and double doors leading onto the back porch with outdoor seating and just steps from the charms of the Wharf. The kitchen is well stocked with both cooking and serving utensils and generous cabinet space, lots of light and sprawling counters will make cooking meals a breeze for the whole family. Enjoy the updated stainless steel appliances and seating for all at our 6 top dining table. Additional seats may be found at the bar. There is a half bath located on the first floor as well.

Rest: Retire to any of our 3 bedrooms. The master suite is located on the 3rd floor and features a king size bed, fireplace between, a beautiful and spacious ensuite bathroom, a walk in closet, a large Smart TV, and a private balcony. On the 2nd floor are two guest bedrroms, one has a king bed, ensuite double sink vanity and shower tub combo bathroom, a generous closet and a Smart TV. The other guest bedroom has a fabulous triple stack built-in bunk bed that has a twin bed on top, a full bed in the middle, and another full size bed on the bottom bunk, (sleeps 5 people), a closet and a Smart TV. There is a full bathroom in the hall as well as a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Play: Spend your days splashing in our dazzling lagoon style pool or soaking up the sun on the Gulf. Getting around is always easy in Sandestin as we proudly provide complimentary Tram passes to all of our guests. It is a great way to get anywhere you need without worrying about a parking space!

Sandestin is a 2400 acre resort like no other in Florida, the south side of the resort fronts the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and the north side of the resort fronts the Choctawhatchee Bay. If seven miles of waterfront is not enough, the resort offers amenities for every type of person. These amenities include 4 championship golf courses, of which 3 are open to the public; 14 tennis courts, of which 11 are clay and 4 are lighted for evening play; 3 pickleball courts; boating; fishing; kayaking; boogie boarding; miniature golf; biking; hiking; zip lining; fabulous restaurants; unique shopping; and an array of additional activities await you. The Sandestin Tram makes it easy to get around, no need for a car!

We provide our guests with a starter amenity package, which includes: Gilchrist & Soames face and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible to supply their own amenities once our initial amenity package is depleted.


Please note, in addition to the nightly rate, there is a $320 Departure Clean, $85 Damage Waiver Fee, and a $65 Administrative Fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY: A full refund will be given provided your reservation is cancelled more than 60 days prior to the arrival date, less a $250 cancellation fee. There is no refund for reservation cancellations within 60 days of arrival date, unless Traveler’s Insurance has been procured, which is highly encouraged.
