We absolutely LOVE this condo! It’s perfect in so many ways! Walk out the back door and there is a grill and a pool. Our young grandkids loved to go get in the pool after they got tired f being on the beach. They also enjoyed playing tag, hide and seek, and other games in the back yard. Beach chairs and umbrella is included in the price!! Making plans to return to this condo next summer!!

This unit was very clean and comfortable. They supplied all the kitchen utensils that you would need for a one-week stay. Bed was very comfortable. The patio location is perfect because it's only a few feet from the pool entry. If you want to go to the beach all you have to do is walk across the street. There is a 9 hole par three chipping course my husband and I enjoyed. He even made a hole in one with people clapping from their balconies. Stephanie was an awesome host. She had the condo ready for us when we arrived. Great stay in Destin.

Excellent location! Perfect little condo for myself, husband and 3 year old Walking distance to the beach and pretty close to everything else. Only negatives I have to say was there was no Netflix or movie Subscription and the bathroom was tiny but really these were minor little complaints. Overall check in was easy and we had everything we needed! Ohh the beach cart was so helpful and loved the chair and umbrella service, thank you!! If you stay you have to go to Ricks Trap and get a pina colada and blacken fish sandwish YUM! Thank you again for hosting us!!

This condo was in a perfect location! Less than 5 minute walk to the beach and a pool at the back door. Very clean and comfortable with all the things we needed. I'll definitely look into staying here again.

My family and I stayed at this property for the past week. When we arrived the place was just as advertised. It was recently updated. The pool was right out the back door. The beach was just a showrt walk and there were nice restaurants near by. I have zero complaints about my experience or the property. The place was beautiful. The property owners are just a text away which is nice. The condo was extremely nice and clean. We will definitely book here again. Thanks for the great experience.

The unit is located next to the main pool area as well as a few of the practice putting greens. You will be less than a 3 minute stroll to the private deeded beach access point of The Gulf of Mexico. This access point is gates for both vehicles and walkers with a gate so you will have access to our stunning beaches. This is our first season having these units so take advantage of lower rates while we build our repeat guests. We also have the unit ABOVE this unit so if you have two families visiting this is the perfect spot for you! Each unit sleeps 6.
