We had a delightful week, enjoyed relaxing. It was a perfect place to walk our dogs on the boardwalk.

This property was perfect for our family and 2 dogs. We rented the condo for 2 adults and 2 dogs initially as the rest of my family wasn't able to go. However, plans changed and we ended up with 5 adults, a baby and 2 dogs. The layout of this condo even though it's a 1 bedroom allows for a group this size. Furnishings are well thought out with lots of storage. Owner/property manager was very responsive when we had a minor issue with the AC. She sent a repairman out and we were up and running again within a couple of hours. Our family would stay here again. (VRBO Review)

Our 1 bdrm, 1.5 bath condo was exactly as advertised in Vrbo. It was close to the beach, close to lots of restaurants and shopping, and the beach service with the comfy canvas chaise chairs and umbrella were a nice plus. We didn't use the pool or jacuzzi but it looked nice and people seemed to be enjoying them. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need including both drip and K-cup coffee makers. There was a brand new mattress and comfy pillows. They also supply plenty of towels. We stayed 3 weeks so had do do laundry. The washer and dryer worked perfectly. We brought our 26 lb pooch with us and found a dog park 10 minutes away. He went there many times and loved it. The neighborhood was also nice for long dog walks. Plenty of other dogs at Maravilla for him to play with as well. The contact between us and the owners was excellent and they checked in with us often. Also supplied us with great information prior to check in, making the whole process seamless, including gate codes and door codes. We spent a lot of time sitting on the balcony with our view of the shore. Nice for reading or enjoying a cup of coffee. This was exactly the relaxing getaway we wanted as 2 older adults. The only small issue was the sofa and chair in the living room are very tired.

Location is great - a short walk to the private beach entrance and within walking distance of multiple restaurants. Maravilla is very nice and well kept with amenities as shown on the website. We stayed at Maravilla previously and rented the unit through Beach Condos in Destin. Beach Condos in Destin provided an excellent rental experience and we would rent through them again. PS. The unit was pet friendly and our dog enjoyed lounging on the balcony.

This condo was EXCELLENT! Close walk to the beach, the condo was beautiful, and had all the things you need for a fantastic week at the beach. We loved the fact that we could take our little senior dog with us. And, the beach view was a bonus! (VRBO Review)

This condo was comfortable and well equipped, located a short distance from the beach, and was very close to the complex's heated pool and hot tub. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this condo to couples and small families.

This is my second time staying at Maravilla Unit 4207. It is nice to be able to travel with my dog and still stay in such a great place! Looking forward to the next trip.

My son and his wife stayed in the condo as we were a couple of condos down. They loved it close to everything and the view from the balcony was amazing plus they were able to bring their 2 dogs for the vacation ❤️

Property was in a fantastic location, close walk to the beach, with a view of the ocean from the balcony. Unit was clean and fit our needs perfectly. Looking forward to visiting again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was just as advertised. Very clean. Nice balcony. Short walk to the private beach. I didn't like the designated dog walk area as it was standing water most of the time. Also it was pretty small for the number of condos in the complex. If everyone had a dog it would have been pretty crowded for them all to go there. Quiet, close to everything, a great place to stay. We will come back. Tina
 

This was a great location and all amenities were fantastic!! Everything was clean and well kept. Would go back!!

We loved this property for its onsite pool and hot tub. Also, it was close to the beach, and our unit had everything that we needed. The temperature was a bit chilly, but if not for that, we would rebook in a minute. We prefer the warmer weather that can be found in other parts of Florida. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

My wife & I have traveled extensively staying at many properties. Our experience with this Maravilla Condo exceeded our expectations. The location is awesome as well as the beach access. The condo was equipped with everything we needed. The pet friendly feature was a huge bonus as well.

Owners very easy to communicate with, check in was super easy and we had a great stay! Beautiful weather! Condo is perfect for family of 4!

This condo was nicely decorated and very clean. Needless to say we enjoyed our stay and plan on returning next year! You were awesome to work with and answered my emails promptly.Loved the dog friendly atmosphere and the beach guys were great!

The rental process for this property was smooth and straightforward. The convenience to the shore, the included beach service, and the pet-friendly policy were the best assets of this property.

We really enjoyed staying at Maravilla! The condo was crystal clean and the owners were very responsive! A very short walk to the beach. We loved getting to bring our fur babies along! Will definitely consider staying here our next trip to Destin! We also loved having the extra half bath and washer and dryer set up!

We loved it here. The condo was very cute and super clean. We had zero issues. The property has 2 pools and a hot tub. The pool where the hot tub is located is heated which was so nice since we came at the beginning of March and the weather was cool that week. The walk to the beach is not too far at all, and there's a shower on the way so you don't get the condo all sandy. The private beach and beach service offered in season was fabulous. We would absolutely stay here again.

Condo was very clean, comfortable and stylish with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. It was also a short walk to the beach and convenient to the pet area for our two dogs. There was an elevator and cart provided for our use to move baggage in and out. Management was also very friendly and helpful. All in all a great pick.

Loved the property. It was our first time in the Destin area. Loved the location. The mattresses on both bunks need replaced, both are very flat in the middle. View from patio was great, however the door was very heavy and I was unable to open it without assist. However we will definitely return!

Pics are accurate. Clean, nicely decorated. Very short walk to beach. Within walking distance to several restaurants if you wish. It’s very pet friendly, so expect to see dogs. No problem for us, we have two. Our contact helped us resolve a TV issue on our first day, very helpful. Will book again.

This condo had everything we needed to enjoy our stay in Destin. I would suggest this to any couple or young family. Kitchen was supplied with all you would need and washer/dryer came in handy. Would definitely stay here again. 

This was our first family vacation to Destin beach Florida. We loved it the condo was perfect for our family. It had everything we needed for our vacation to make it very relaxing for our family. We can't say enough good things about the condo and the area we loved it and can't wait to stay here again and enjoy the great area of Destin Florida. Thank you again. Hope to be back soon!!

The condo was nicelying decorated. It only slept 6 but there were more than enough dishes and seats the condo was cleaner than most

My best friend and I brought our 3 small children here for Fall Break. The condo had plenty of space and the bunk beds were perfect!

My wife and I stayed here on a pre-anniversary trip and couldn't have been happier with the place. It's in a nice gated community in a great location. The condo was beautifully furnished and had everything that we needed. The extra 1/2 bathroom and the two bunk beds with TV screens would make this ideal for families with small children. It was also an added perk having a washer and dryer in the unit. Getting home with minimal dirty laundry is always a plus. The owners were incredibly quick to respond and very helpful all along the way. They even sent a list of places to eat in the area with a restaurant rating and an idea of how expensive each place is. We usually come to the Destin area every year but for someone who was fairly new to the area this would be extremely helpful. Bottom line, I would highly recommend this condo. The price is very reasonable and it's much nicer and a lot more updated than many of the condos in the Destin area where we have stayed in the past.
