Maravilla 4104 1 Bed/ 1.5 Bath Pet Friendly, Ground flo, Miramar Beach, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

We have been snowbirds for several years and stayed in Maravilla several times. This was our first time staying unit 4104. Upon arrival the condo was very clean and the furnishings are very comfortable. There is plenty of parking right outside our door. It is a short walk to the beautiful white sand beach. Several restaurants are within a 10-15 minute walk with many additional restaurants within a 15 minute drive. The only suggestion I have is to install a slip resistant mat in the tub/shower. The floor of the tub is extremely slick with soap suds on it. We like this unit very much and will keep it on our list for possible future stays.

Excellent property, very clean and comfortable. Everything necessary for a stay away from home was provided. Close to the beach. The area is very pet friendly. Bar far one of the nicest properties we have stayed at when visiting the Destin area. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed plenty of times in this area and I can honestly say this was the best place. Very much updated, location is excellent and very very clean!! Will come back.

The condo was very well stocked with needed supplies for cooking, unit was clean, and it was only a short walk to the beach and the pool!

This was our 5th time in this unit. We really like the new upgrades even though we are not a fan of the tissue holders in the bathrooms. We will be back again late summer.

This was our first time visiting Destin. The weather wasn’t very cooperative but our VRBO condo was everything we expected and didn’t disappoint. It was clean, well stocked and in a safe gated community. Would definitely stay there again but want to come during the warmer months so that we can truly enjoy the beautiful beach.

We had a wonderful time at Maravilla 4104. The grounds were impeccable and lots of places to walk our Sheepadoodle! A quick walk to the beach and there were two beach chairs and a umbrella waiting for us. Overall, the condo was great. We wished the outdoor space was a little more private, but it got the job done. We will look to spend Thanksgiving here next year!!!

Although you could not see the beach from the condo, the location was amazing. Maybe half block to the beach. Always had chairs and umbrella waiting for us once we got there. The condo had a fully stocked unit with a great layout with the bunkbeds in the hall or the sofa bed to choose from for the kids Very dog friendly. Would stay there again, only suggestion replace or clean the throw rugs on the floors But we just took them up and put them in the closet. Had a great time there.

We have stayed at Maravilla numerous times in the ocean from building #2. We stayed in #4 in the back, on this trip, on ground level, and had a great time. It was ideal access for taking out our two lil pups and the walk to the beach and front pool was not an issue. Parking was a bit tight. Overall we had a great stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The proximity to the beautiful beach was perfect. It was a quick 2-3 min walk. The included beach service was a huge bonus because we didn’t have to haul chairs or umbrellas to the beach. The condo was comfortable and we found all pots/pans/utensils we needed to cook meals. Renee was quick to respond to the few questions I had. We would stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at 4104 Maravilla. The condo was beautiful and well equipped with everything we needed. Everything was just as it looks in the pictures. The grounds, pools, hot tub, etc... were really nice and well kept. Everyone we met was very friendly. The beach service was great and the beaches were beautiful. Thanks for a great vacation. We will be back.

Very well kept condo, pretty quiet, enjoyed the comfortable beds and walking distance to beach. No complaints. Checking in and out was easy enough with clear instructions.

The location is absolutely perfect. Just about one hundred steps to the boardwalk. Modern well equipped condo, very comfortable bed and nice linens. Close to shopping and things to do. The other people at the condo are all so friendly, you might end up meeting someone from your hometown, like I did. Now, the best part is the dog friendly area. Dog lovers abound. Lovely heated pool and hot tub at the club house, a bunch of tennis and pickle ball players. We loved the condo and the Destin area. Plus well lite at night for evening walks with doggy.

We had a wonderful stay at Maravilla in late August. The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the bed linens were soft and plentiful. The kitchen was well-equipped, and everything we needed for our stay was provided. The only problem we had was with the patio door which took some effort to slide open and closed. The ground-floor location made it super easy to take the two dogs out for walks, and the dog-walking area provided baggies for convenience. Miramar Beach is upscale and beautiful, and perfectly located between Destin and San Destin shopping and entertainment. It was all that we expected, and more. We will definitely be returning! 

The Condo was very clean and nice. Very easily accessible. The walk to the beach wasn't bad. This being a gated community made it seem a lot more safe. We loved the beach. It was all we expected and would definitely stay here again.

As stated in other reviews the clothes dryer is noisy and patio and screen door need some work, really hard to open. Other than that a great unit, photos as promised. Well decorated and supplied condo. Smokin fast Wi-fi. Grounds were so clean. We brought small dogs and it is a great place for pets. Strict pet rules, but when everyone complies it makes it enjoyable for everyone. So impressed with cleanliness of grounds and unit. Pets were well behaved by all. So much area to walk your dogs in complex and neighborhood along beach. We put on many miles! Nice pools and just steps to the beautiful beach. We walked down each night for sunsets. Tons of shopping nearby for anything you need. We ate at the Surf Hut and it was wonderful. Shopping at the outlets was fun. We enjoyed both pools, one is heated. We definitely would recommend and consider Maravilla again.

Thank you Donna. We work hard to keep the condos maintained and have had the sliding glass door serviced. Recently we have also continued with upgrades to the furnishings in the condo as well in an effort to continually update the property. It is a wonderful gulf front community with so much to offer. We look forward to your return.

My girlfriend and I stayed for one week at 4104 Maravilla. We couldn't have asked for a better time or place to stay. Condo was reasonably priced and very, very clean! Remodeled kitchen and comfortable furniture, all the amenities one could ask for. To be honest it was nicer than the $250 a night hotel we stayed in in Memphis on the way down! We will definitely be visiting again and will hope to stay in the same condo.

Great place. Close to the beach and very clean and was big enough for my family of 5.
