2nd year in a row at this property and we always enjoy the location and the amenities. The property manager is always super fast at responding. Will hopefully stay here again next year!

We have stayed in several units in the same building over the years. This unit is excellent, on par with all of the other units we have enjoyed. Zero issues. Would book again.

Maravilla was a great pet friendly resort and so close to the water. It had a nice heated pool and hot tub which were perfect for the week that we went (since it was cooler than normal). Wish it had a better gym and stronger water pressure in the shower but those were trade offs for being able to bring our dog.

This one is so nice! We stay at Maravilla all the time and this is a new favorite. Nice bathrooms, great view, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen and easy check in and out! I’m a fan. (VRBO Review)

This was an awesome place! It had all of the amenities and more! Super clean, beautifully decorated and easy walk to the beach. The included beach chairs were a plus!

Let me start with saying how at home we felt here. The decor was super inviting, kitchen well stocked, even games and beach toys were provided. Ocean view from deck was a bonus. We used the heated pool/ hot tub, beach chairs and loved that the tennis courts have pickleball lines. The water was freezing in the ocean, so if you are wanting to be in the ocean I wouldn’t go over spring break. However destin is an easy town to explore and we made the most of the what it had to offer. Would totally recommend this condo to others wanting to explore Destin!!b (VRBO Review)

Loved the condo and it was beautiful ..The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you needed ..I would definitely stay here again for future trips ..Only complaint was the hot tub was kind lame ..The jets were not strong ..Renee was great to work with always got right back when I had any questions ..Very short walk to the beach and the 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas was a plus for sure

I cannot say enough good things about this condo! This was our first trip as a family of 6 with our kids ranging from 5 months to 5 years. It was easy to get to the beach, the pools were awesome to have, the kitchen was extremely well stocked, the beds were super comfy, the kids loved the bunk room and don’t even get me started on the black out curtains, those were a necessity. The weather was perfect despite the forecast saying it was going to rain most of our trip. It poured one day but we had plenty of things to do around destin and when we came back we utilized the game cabinet! Overall I’m so glad we rented this condo and will be coming back in the future! Also easy communications! Thank you so much for being apart of our first family vacation!

Great location, beach across the street, multiple restaurants within walking distance, tons of shopping, dining, entertainment options in the area. We had the perfect week’s stay. The unit is perfectly described and the pictures match what you see in person. The kitchen is well appointed so it was easy for us to have breakfast before heading to the beach and then walk back and have lunch then head out in the evening for some of the best seafood restaurants I’ve found in Florida. We give this unit a 10 and will definitely stay again!

This is our 3rd year at Maravilla, first time in this condo. We love the location and the beach access. This condo is beautifully decorated, clean, and had all the kitchen accessories that we needed. Checkin was easy. We will be back to this place again!

We had a wonderful time at Maravilla. All ages, from 3 1/2 years old to 68 years old enjoyed the condo, beach and all of the amenities. Everyone had plenty of space and my grandkids especially loved the bunkbed room! The condo was very clean and well-maintained and included everything that we needed. The beach was a very short walk from the condo and the beach chairs and umbrellas that were set up each day were very much appreciated. Thank you for a wonderful beach vacation!

Check in was super easy and convenient and so was check out, condo was very spacious and had great AC. What would make this place even better would be having a beach view which it doesn’t so I was thrown off with the first picture that is listed here. But overall it was a great choice

This place was everything our family needed! Owner has an eye for design as decor was beautiful yet practical. Our dog loved his stay there too! Maravilla is a nice place with two pools. The only thing that could use improvement is the on-site gym.

This condo had everything you needed. We always stay in the same area, but this was the first time staying in Maravilla. The condo was a good size and had everything you needed. Check in was easy and the condo was clean. Great location and great hosts. Worth the money to stay here! I highly recommend it.

Great condo in Maravilla. I normally stay in the ocean front units to have the view but we loved this condo so much we may not go back to the others. Very spacious and clean.

This property is located in the center of all the beach action. Was a very short walk to the beach. Everything is exactly as stated in the description and the pictures. A bit of advice would be to make sure you're out before 10am as the door code becomes disabled.

The location was great. Had the option to swim at the heated pool. Quite room even though it’s pet friendly. Managers had great communication. Would stay here again.

Spent 5 comfortable weeks here. Was a convenient location to all the state parks and right across the street from the beach. Super dog friendly as well.

We had such a nice stay and beautiful weather during our week at Maravilla 1406. The space is beautifully decorated, clean, and has a lot of extras in place to make your stay convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed our beach time and were happy to have the chairs and umbrellas during our stay. We did not take the chance of doing a lot of the extras this trip, but considering the space we had it was still a great getaway. Looking forward to our next trip!

We had a wonderful week at Maravilla! The condo was perfect for our family of 5 and even hosted more family for dinner a few nights. It was clean and had lots of amenities. The kitchen was stocked well, there were tons of towels and the beds were comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Condo was great. Owners have given much thought to every little detail. From the tasteful decorating to laundry baskets and hooks every where for wet swimsuits and towels. We will defiantly rent again.

Al I can say is unit 1406 was spotless, the unit is a great place to just plain old rest. the living area has two sofas that are in like new condition (the feel great to just lay on and rest --no sagging), the condo has anything you need for an extended stay. Of course the Maravilla is just a great place to stay.

My family had a great time staying at Maravilla 1406. The condo was exactly as described and very clean. My children enjoyed having the board games to play in the evenings, and I enjoyed the beach service. Not having to pack chairs to the beach daily was wonderful. This condo was by far the best we've stayed in at Maravilla. Clean, comfortable, and decorated very nicely. The location of the condo has easy access to the beach and both pools. It is in walking distance to Pompano Joes, our favorite beach side restaurant to have dinner. Having 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas at the beach is an added bonus with this unit as well. Condo was impeccably decorated....even the kids noticed the beach themed night lamps and wall hangings. The 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas were great...we figured out we needed to get there early to get closer to the beach....the beach area very crowded the days we were there. Beach super clean, water very clear. Kitchen set up very nicely with appliances and counter space. The entire Maravilla complex very clean and tropical looking. Back pool and fitness room an added plus. Balcony a great spot to catch some local views of beautiful homes and water.

Loved staying here! The place was clean and had so many things to do in the nearby area. Our favorite restaurant was Pompano Joe's because of the view of the beach. We also loved having the beach chair's ready for us every morning - we were stress free! We loved looking out on the water at the sunset from the balcony every night. I would recommend staying in this condo, we will be back!

Very clean and comfortable top floor unit. Convenient location to the beach and restaurants/businesses. We have now stayed at Maravilla 3 times but this is the 1st time in # 1406. We are very pleased with the condo and will be back.
Oh, by the way, an earlier review of the condo mentioned that the electrical outlet in the master bathroom did not work. We experienced the same thing but soon realized this ground fault receptacle is on the same circuit as the guest bathroom's receptacle and resetting it also reset the master bathroom's receptacle. Problem solved! Thanks for a pleasurable stay. 

What an amazing condo!! Everything is updated and tastefully decorated. The kitchen has beautiful granite counter-tops and fully stocked cabinets. They thought of everything. Coffee Maker, Toaster, even two wine openers!! All the appliances are brand new! The view of the beach on the lanai is very nice. We enjoyed having breakfast outside each morning on the pretty patio furniture. The bedding was beautiful as well as comfortable. Great pillows too!! The beach is amazing!! White sand and clear blue/green water. We loved having TWO beach umbrellas and FOUR chairs! We were told that only a handful of the condos offer that. We are very much looking forward to returning next year and staying at Maravilla #1406.

My family (husband, myself, 6 year old and 2 year old) and my parents stayed in Maravilla 1406 last week. The unit was extremely clean and well maintained. The kitchen was completely stocked with everything we could have needed-even kids cups! The bedrooms were comfortable, nicely decorated and had plenty of storage and hooks for all of our wet swim suits, towels, backpacks, etc. My 6 year old loved the bunk room! It has a beautiful side view of the gulf and the neighboring Avalon Estates is gorgeous to look at as well. The patio has plenty of room for everyone to sit, move around and store the cooler, beach wagon, etc. Loved that it came with beach set up and 4 chairs! Made life so much easier with the kids! We have been coming to Destin for over 8 years and this is our 2nd year staying at Maravilla. We have previously stayed at Leeward Key and had to move due to our growing family. We will absolutely be back to Maravilla 1406 next year-we didn't want to leave. We loved the easy beach access and the pool. The grounds are well maintained and you can tell they are constantly taking care of the property. We had 2 small dogs with us as well and there are plenty of grassy areas to walk your fur babies and we met lots of other pups too! We are beach bums when we are there, but we also ventured out and rode the Sea Blaster (great time for all ages), shopped at the outlets, and almost went parasailing but we ran out of time-next year! Pompano Joe's and Kenny D's are both within walking distance and CVS and Alvin's Island are a short 2 minute drive away if you need anything. I'm telling you-there is nothing more we could have wanted from our beach vacation!

We had such a wonderful week! Our family could not have been happier with our stay. The condo was perfect for us! The location was ideal! It was an easy walk right across the street to the beautiful beach, and it was extremely convenient to have the beach service of four chairs and two umbrellas included with our stay. The condo is newly remodeled with gorgeous decor. The kitchen is brand new and the beds are new and very comfortable. Everything was very clean and the condo was equipped with everything we needed to relax and enjoy our vacation. We loved the view of the beach from the condo. Everything about our stay was EASY and ENJOYABLE! We look forward to coming back again!

We stayed in Maravilla 1406 in April 2017. The condo has been very recently renovated with gorgeous granite in the kitchen in shades of blue and gray. The kitchen was well stocked and had a new refrigerator and new dishwasher. Furnishings were tasteful, comfortable and beachy. The patio set was also new and very comfortable with seating for 6. This condo came with beach service for 4 that included 2 umbrellas and 4 chairs, which was awesome. We carried only our beach towels and beach bag to the beach. My husband appreciated that ! Beds were very comfortable and were also new. Great views of the gulf. The complex itself was great. 2 pools to choose from. Has shuffleboard, tennis and basketball courts to use and a nice clubhouse. The walk to the beach is short and quick. This unit was also pet friendly. Nice green space to walk our 2 small dogs. The unit was clean and comfortable. Management, Renee and Laura, were great to work with and answered any questions we had, with great recommendations for dining while we were in Destin. We will return again !
