Maravilla 1304 3 bed/ 2 Bath Pet Friendly Condo Beach s, Miramar Beach, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

My family of five loved our stay here! Everything about the condo was exactly as described. It was nicely decorated, spacious, and we enjoyed coming back from the beach and playing games on the balcony. The grounds were well kept, the beach was beautiful, and my teenagers found plenty to do between the fitness center, pools, basketball courts, and tennis courts. It was an added bonus that we could bring our puppy. (VRBO Review)

We absolutely loved our stay at Miravilla. The condo was just right for our family. My husband and I along with our infant daughter were comfortable in the large master suite. (Loved that it had a makeup vanity with power strip and mirror set up in the bedroom!) My MIL was comfy in the other large bedroom with the King size bed, and our 13 & 11 year old boys had the bunk beds. Everyone had space to hang out and enjoy themselves. We did dinner in several nights with the fully stocked kitchen and large dining table. The walk to the beach was easy Peasy and short, great for us hauling all the baby stuff and beach toys. And having the beach setup already taken care with 2 chairs and umbrella was such a nice extra! The property is well maintained and since it’s pet friendly we got to meet and enjoy so many cute pups all week! We definitely plan to return!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. We liked that it wasn’t decorated too beachy but rather a relaxing and comfortable and had a very calming atmosphere. You can tell they have taken the time and thought to make sure the condo looks lovely. Everything was so easy from reserving to getting in the condo to leaving. It was very clean and you would never know it was pet friendly. We will definitely be staying at Maravilla again and the only thing we could wish is if this condo was in building 2 it would be a dream come true! The only thing I would say was the water pressure wasn’t great but I don’t think that’s on the owners so much!

Very wonderful place to stay, especially if you have dogs. This is the second time we have stayed here. Each time was great. Beach just across the street and 2 beautiful pools. Plan to come back again.

Great stay! Great communication for check in and check out. Air conditioner worked flawless and kept us comfortable. I greatly appreciated the washer and dryer. We did many loads of towels and had no issues. Bedding was comfortable and black out curtains were nice. We cooked and had everything we needed. Great location to beach and near by restaurants. I would recommend anyone to stay in 1304.

We love Miravilla and this pet friendly condo was great. Nice view of ocean from the balcony. Really liked the beach service. 1304 was in a great location and had everything we needed. There are a few restaurants within walking distance which is nice. We look forward to staying here again.

We take a family vacation once a year and this condo had everything we needed and more. The view from the balcony was great. Enjoyed the beach service.

We were very happy being so close to the beach as well as the dog area. We had 3 adults, 2 teens and our two Golden Retrievers and were very comfortable! Loved the area and the fact there were so many families. We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our time in 1304. It was the perfect size for our family of 6. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom and the kids had their own space. Close walk to the beach, pool, and dog area. Everything was as advertised, very clean and easy check in. Loved the king size beds and bathrooms for each room. Would definitely stay here again.

If I have to do it again I stay in the same place,every time you’re looking for a place to rent or just buying something you’re look for the best reviews well this is my I love the place,what you see on the VRBO site that’s what you get,the cleanest of the place the first time you get in there fills like brand new ,really close to the beach is probably 100 steps the apartments are perfect for families specially with kids,I think 80% of the people in the complex where with kids which I like it because I have kids to ,the beach for that sección is private just for the people in Maravilla ,restaurants are with walking. distance well the bottom line the place is fantastic not just my point of view my family to .Thank you Maravilla team.

Stayed with wife and three kids. We enjoyed the property and access to the beach with complimentary chair/umbrella service. Beds were good, and the condo was clean. One recommendation concerning the beach service, you are better off picking chairs on the ends of the private beach. If you get one close to beach access, chances are other beach goers will set up their umbrellas directly in front of you impeding your view. With small children it was necessary to have them in sight, and this kinda sucked. Didn’t fully know the rules, but I guess it is allowed - just no tents - I believe that was the only sign we saw.

This condo is all we could ask for. Very nice, easy check-in, Although it’s a side view we could see the ocean really well. The walk to the beach was not bad and the beach service was excellent, these guys really took care of us. We love Destin and this property is our 1st choice next year.

The condo was equipped with literally EVERYTHING we could think of! The service at the beach was my fav! The managers made sure every need was met and the place was clean! Only negative was the very loud stomping like sounds above at all hours of the night! Either way…. we plan on returning soon!!!!!

Condo was perfect! We enjoyed every minute of our stay! Easy access to beach and pool. Loved the big table for family meals. Master bed was very comfortable. It was a bonus being able to bring our little dog. Looking forward to continuing our story and returning to Maravilla unit#1304.

This condo was perfect for our portions of 3 families who stayed. The kitchen was well equipped and balcony view was superb. We watched dolphins jump from the balcony each morning. The location was excellent as we walked to many restaurants and the beach store just a mile down the main drag. Captain Dave's was one of our favorites right across the street. We also stepped right next door frequently for a beverage at Kenny Ds-good gumbo as well. One of the masters does share a bathroom with the 2 queen bedroom but we worked through that without issue. Beautiful artwork and plenty of space at this condo. We would stay again for sure. 

We had the most amazing and relaxing week and beach. The unit is simply adorable. The owners did an awesome job decorating and it is so comfortable. We were there with two teenagers and did not want to leave. So many things to do within walking distance and many more not that far by car. Majority of our time was spent across the street on the sugar white sanded beach which was spectacular. We have been to Miramar Beach in the past, it’s one of our most favorite places. This condo was awesome, very comfortable and convenient. Amazingly remarkable.

We had a great stay at this property! We love the decor, the finishings (such as granite countertops in kitchen and bathrooms, etc.), and the location. The master bed was very comfortable. The location is great with a view of the beach from the balcony. There were two pools to choose from, one which is right across from the entrance to the beach - very convenient. There are also a lot of restaurants close by. We rented a golf cart and were able to get to a lot of places from there quickly. Having the free setup of the umbrella and two chairs at the beach was very nice. The only negative about the property for us would be that the third bedroom (with the bunks) was quite a bit smaller than we expected from the photo and did not have a closet, however, EVERYTHING else FAR exceeded our expectations and we were VERY happy with this choice! We would stay there again in a heartbeat! Additionally, the owners were very responsive and helpful - providing a lot of great tips on places to eat and go for fun in the area. Everyone we met while there was super friendly and warm. All in all, I highly recommend this condo!!!

We had the very best time here in this condo! The décor was very nice and the two king beds slept wonderfully. Everything was clean, and well taken care of, the view from the balcony was a great place to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening meal. We loved being able to bring along our small dog! Great place, we go to Maravilla every year and this unit was the best we've rented so far. Clean and everything worked, no issues at all.

The condo was everything it was described to be and MORE. The beach toys, beach chairs, tennis rackets and basketball were an added bonus and were much loved. The condo was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We cooked most of our meals in and enjoyed the cable and internet. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting out on the patio and watching the sun set while having views of the ocean. The management staff were very easy to work with and quickly emailed responses to questions. This is the 3rd time we have stayed at Maravilla, this is the best condo we have been in. I highly recommend.

This was our 3rd trip to Destin in the last 4 yrs. the beach was just about perfect as was the weather. Renee was great to work with and the condo was the right place. We will be coming back.
