MARAVILLA 2202 Miramar Beach Destin 2BR 2BA, Miramar Beach, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

My mom, Mini Schnauzer, and I had a great time in Miramar Beach in this very nice condo. The condo is updated and clean. and was furnished with what we needed for our week-long visit. It is close to the stairs, making it easy to walk the dog when needed. We rarely heard any sounds from our neighboring condos. Kenny D's is within walking distance and has great food! Randy was great to work with along the way.

We decided last minute to take our whole family which includes pets. This was the perfect condo for us. The bedrooms were great for two small kids and me and my husband. The pet friendly nature of the whole complex welcomed our pups with open arms. We loved staying here and can’t wait to go back!!!

Beautiful place! Easy to work with the owner! Would stay again since it was beach front. We rented bikes from bikes r us for the week ($35 a bike for a week), nice to ride around. It's a little tight with 6 people but plenty of sleeping room with new pull out couch. Thanks again!

This property is amazing. It has a perfectly beautiful view of the ocean. It is updated, and decorated with class. The communication with the owner was stellar. People don't come much nicer! You will not be disappointed if you choose this condo. We will most definitely rent it again. Also, it is convenient to everything. We loved our stay, so much!

We had a great week in this condo - excellent location and had everything you need for a wonderful vacation. It was very clean, had nice sitting area in living room; and the beds were comfortable. We had no problems at all but, from communicating with the owner; I think if there had been any issues; she would have taken care of them immediately. Highly recommend it.

Absolutely loved this condo and the owners. The view is gorgeous and the condo is immaculate. The interior was modern and clean. The door to the condo is right by the elevator and stairs and made it really easy to get in and out (and down to the beach!!). The beach itself was gorgeous and the water perfect. The condo does come with beach chair/umbrella service, but be sure to get there early if you want a chair close to the water (chairs are set up in a large “U” shape, so the ends of the “U” are the closest spots to the water) or just bring your own chair and sit wherever. We brought our 2 pups on this vacation and they loved hanging out with us on the balcony and taking walks along the beach walk way which is right in front of the condo. There are 2 coffee shops within easy walking distance as well as at least 2 beach side restaurants. I’ve been vacationing in this area for 30 years and this was by far my favorite trip. Melissa is super easy to work with and her instructions were clear and easy to follow (she even provides a pdf with all the info you need while you are there!). We will absolutely be coming back!! Absolutely lovely!!

I go to Destin to see the gulf. It is very relaxing and great to see the water and the sea life. The condo is arranged nicely and the furniture comfortable. We had our small puppies with us which is a plus being dog friendly. The condo is right by the elevator and the stairway making it easy to bring groceries and other items needed for the stay. I like Maravilla also having stayed before.

Condo was very clean and fully equipped. Nicely decorated with new appliances. View was about as good as you can get without being directly on the beach. Having the elevator right outside the door was a plus for my elderly father and dog. The complex was very well kept and pool and grilling area was very nice. The beach and weather could not have been any better!

A few things I would like to see is for the beds to be updated. They were comfortable but squeaky. Would also like to see a plug in station for electric golf carts. Also parking was a little bit of s problem. Maybe at least one assigned parking spot per unit would help.

Overall, our vacation was wonderful and we would definitely return and recommend this property to friends and family. Especially those vacationing with pets. Thanks Melissa for sharing your home with us!

We had a wonderful Spring Break vacation at Maravilla. The pictures are a perfect representation of the condo. Very well appointed for our family of four and small dog. We've stayed in Miramar Beach before and love the close proximity to restaurants and local attractions. The beach is beautiful! Great condo!

We really enjoyed our stay at Maravilla! The second story gave us a nice view of the ocean from the balcony and was also convenient for us with our two dogs. The complex is dog friendly, so that was a plus for us. Also, this condo is right by the elevator making trips outdoors with the dogs much easier. Melissa was great at checking on us and making sure everything was satisfactory. The condo has everything you need and the kitchen has all the essentials. Nice pool and view of the ocean from the balcony. Pompano Joe's is within walking distance. Great for 2- 4 people.

Her condo was well supplied with everything you need to start off. Family oriented community that makes you feel safe. This condo was a wonderful selection for us.

We needed a condo that would allow for everyone in our family to enjoy vacation. With teenagers and a dog, it's a tough order to fill. This condo was PERFECT! The location was amazing allowing a direct view of the beach, a turn of the head to check on the kids at the pool, walking distance to great food, shops and water sports, and a quick drive to CVS for last minute needs. The kids were ecstatic they were able to adventure out on their own and we were thrilled we could still somewhat keep an eye on them while they did! The dog loved hanging on the balcony people watching and meeting lots of new friends, both human and canine. Pet-friendly is an understatement! The second floor made for perfect views and a short walk when it came time for puppy potty time. The condo was clean and spacious, with the decor giving you the feeling you were at home on the beach. The reservation, check-in and out process was simple and Melissa made sure we had contact info should any needs arise. This is officially our new go to for family vacations in Destin!
