This cottage is absolutely beautiful and always spotless. Diane is very responsive and cares about her guests. Perfect location close to the private pool and a close walk to the beach. Our family has stayed here many times and look forward to many more! This home cannot be beat. You will love it here!

Diane’s home is beautiful and very comfortable. She was responsive to all our questions. Short walk to a beautiful beach with white sand and aqua water. Perfect vacation. We would love to return.

Amazing! The house is beautiful and very clean. It was the perfect location for an overdue trip to the beach. It’s a short walk to the beach and everything you need is in a bedroom closet-wagons, umbrella, chairs and beach toys. The pool is literally in the back yard of the house. Great location and there are a couple of restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. Diane is great to work with and quick to respond if u you I have any questions or need suggestions for restaurants. Thank you, Diane! Your place is wonderful and I can’t wait to get back to Miramar Beach!

Amazing! The house is beautiful and clean and so comfortable. It was the perfect spot for an overdue beach vacation with friends. It’s only a short walk to the beach and the pool is literally in the back yard. So convenient! You are in walking distance to a couple of restaurants and a short drive to others. Diane is so nice and easy to work with and quick responds to any questions. Can’t wait for my next trip back to Miramar Beach and this wonderful house!

Absolutely beautiful place! It was so clean & roomy! Short walk to the beach, few restaurants & the pool was literally in our backyard. Having the full kitchen was great too! Stocked with plenty of beach accessories! Cannot wait to return someday! Highly recommend this location!

We absolutely loved staying at Destination by the Sea! Beautiful decor, great location and very well maintained. It had more than enough room for our family of 5 and had more than enough utensils and kitchen accessories. Very short walk to the beach and had a closet full of beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys. Having the pool directly behind the house was a big bonus too. Will definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Destin ation by the Sea. 2 wonderful weeks in a perfect location. Half mile walk to Pompano Joe's, steps from the pool and a quick walk to the beach. Could not ask for a better location. And the cottage is beautifully decorated! Definitely plan on visiting again and bringing the grandparents next time. We had more than enough room for 2 adults and 3 kids, who absolutely loved the bunk bed room! Thanks Diane for a great experience.

This beach cottage was a great place to stay. We had everything we needed and the owner (Diane ) was always available. Only a short walk to the beach and the pool was basically in the back yard We will definitely be staying here again

We loved our stay at Maravilla! The house has been remodeled and painted as of recent, with high end upgrades. It is beautifully decorated and a very comfortable place to stay. We had everything we needed and Diane was always available for any questions we had, even giving us advice on what to explore in the area. Having private beach access and chair service is an amenity I would not pass up in this area. The house was a very quick walk to the beach and having the main pool directly behind the house was so convenient as we were there with small kids. Also, our trip was up in the air until about 2 weeks prior due to COVID-19 restrictions. Diane was willing to work with us and our choices to come or not, which was such a relief as tings changed so quickly week to week. I would definitely come back to stay again!

Loved the beach cottage..... steps to the pool, the bunk bed room was great for our three grandkids. Kitchen had everything you needed to prepare and cook. Overall, a fantastic place to vacation!

We had 5 adults and 2 children and were very comfortable for the week we were there. The home is clean and in a great location.

Home away from home!  Everything was perfect!

Having rented various homes at Maravilla for many years and having been an owner ourselves, our experience was excellent. The cottage was exactly as expected - updated, well-appointed, comfortable, clean, and exactly as advertised. The owner takes great pride in their cottage which shows in how it is furnished and in their attentiveness and responsiveness. We had one question (no problem or fault of the owners) upon check in and the owner responded very promptly. The location of this cottage is ideal with quick access to the pool and other amenities that Maravilla offers. After the rental our deposit was returned promptly. Perfect experience and we would gladly rent this cottage again and/or refer anyone to do so.

We went to the Home Away app and searched and searched for some place better than the crowded condos. I was looking for some place clean, up to date, convient in its location, with great reviews. When looking at reviews for this property, I found no negative statements. Some 19 previous reviews said this property was very clean and up to date. Owner was very responsive. I want to say it all is true. We found this to be the case...very clean, up to date interior, Diane Seerey is very responsive. The location is great to other attractions, pool in back of the house, and the beach is a short walk. The included beach chairs and umbrellas made it very convient each day. We found the beach more family oriented and less crowded than places we have stayed in the past. We loved it so much that we booked in advance for the next year before our departure. We highly recomend this property. We just had one of our best vacations ever in Destin at the Destination by the Sea. Thank you for sharing your house with my family! We are coming back...next year!

Everything about this house was great. The location, the owners, etc. Top notch and highly recommended!

This beach cottage is absolutely wonderful. The owner was great to work with, always prompt and considerate with all contacts. Furniture is very comfortable, kitchen is well equipped and everything was clean and fresh when we arrived. Location within complex is great. Pool and fitness center is in backyard, fitness center has new machines, beach is short walk. Used beach umbrella and chairs. Fishing equipment is provided as well as beach toys. Would highly recommend this cottage as we were satisfied with everything.

This cottage was perfect for our family, it had all of the comforts of home and more. We made most of our meals at the cottage,and having the kitchen fully stocked with everything we needed made mealtime a breeze. It is located directly by the pool, which is ideal for a family with children, and the walk to the beach was quick and enjoyable. All of the rooms are spacious, well appointed, and spotless. The only thing we needed was more vacation time to spend at this lovely destination. If you are looking for a relaxing and comfortable cottage with a convenient location, look no further. Highly recommended for families, we loved it, and hope to return soon!

We really enjoyed our stay at Destination by the Sea! This cottage is very roomy and comfortable. It is very clean and inviting. The decor is cute and beachy. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made cooking easy. The walk to the beach was pretty short. The beach cart made this walk a breeze! We enjoyed the umbrella and chairs that were provided at the beach. Diane was very friendly and wonderful to work with - she was available to answer our questions or help us out if needed. Our family of 6 had a fantastic Spring Break! We look forward to staying here again.

The owners are spectacular people that helped us out in a bind. The home was impeccable. The surrounding community is lovely. We enjoyed riding our bikes to the local restaurants.

What a fabulous beach home. Truly a delight! This is our favorite home in the community and our second time at this particular cottage. This cottage is clean, crisp, and comfortable. The owner has practical appliances and tools for everyday living. Having a family, I could appreciate that. The cottage is steps away from the pool and hot tub. There is a grill and plenty patio furniture. We plan to return to the same wonderful cottage again! Sunny days at the beach for us, in our home-away-from-home. Thank you to the lovely owner for sharing.

Everything was so great for this stay. The house is so pretty inside and set up to make you feel right at home. The pool is right out back so we were there in a minute and in the wonderful relaxing pool. The beach is not far at all a five minute walk, having the beach access that is private is great. Plus you get 2 beach chairs and a beach umbrella which the guys working there took our stuff to our chairs and were so friendly. There are a couple of restaurants with in walking distance and it was great to stroll to different places. Everything was great and we can't wait to stay here again. With the few things I needed help with, Diane was just a phone call away and always ready to listen and give us what we needed. It was much appreciated!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. We had small children with us and it was quite cozy for all. We were so grateful for the wagon to pull our kiddos or our needed items at the beach. It was a quick easy walk to get to the beach and we were so happy for that with the little ones. The house itself is beautifully decorated and very clean. Loved having the umbrella and chairs just waiting for us on the beach. The owners were just wonderful and easy to deal with and very helpful. We loved our stay and hope to do it again.....

We enjoyed our stay very much. The home was so clean and beautifully decorated. The linens and beds were exceptional . The kitchen had all the utensils needed. The beach toys and beach cart were nice to have available. The owners were very nice to deal with and made sure our stay was enjoyable. We plan to rent this unit again next year.

My friends and I rented the cottage for two nights to celebrate my 30th birthday at the beach. It's a great house with a 3-5 minute walk to the ocean. The community has its own beach entrance and each rental unit has access to an umbrella and two chairs. There were seven adults in our party and the house was plenty big enough to accommodate all of us. Certainly enough space for everyone to sit and watch a movie or pull up a chair at the dining room table and play a round of Monopoly. Great place -- I would definitely recommend for short-term and long-term renters.

This wonderful cottage is clean and comfortable. Our family of four had plenty of space to relax and dine together. The beach is a very short walk and the cooler, wagon and sand toys were provided. Our whole family used the basketball and tennis courts which were close enough that the kids could walk over and play by themselves. The windows provided views of the courts and pool. The owners were a pleasure to work with and we can't wait to go back! The comfy-as-home house, the neighborhood amenities, and white sand beaches makes for a perfect vacation!

Beautiful vacation cottage with all the comforts of home. Close to shopping and all kinds of eateries. Very private gated community with friendly neighbors. Warmed pool that offered water aerobics three times a week. We appreciated that the gulf was such a close walk. Beautiful beach. Enjoyed every minute.

Another wonderful time in Miramar Beach at this property. This was our second visit and look forward to many more. So close to many golf courses and of course the beach.

We stayed for 1 week and it felt just like a home away from home. We had 6 adults, a 4 year old and 2 month old baby and there was plenty of room!! Everything was just as the pictures showed and the beach toys, ice chest and little two wheeler/dolly came in very handy on our daily trips to the beach:) The shower and hose on the side of the house were very convenient because we were able to rinse off right away and avoid the long lines/wait at the front of the maravilla. Surprisingly, we did not utilize the back deck which had a perfect view of the heated pool. We spent all our time at the beach that as soon as we would wake up, we were headed down there, but the back deck would have been perfect for morning breakfast! The gas grill was also convienent because we did not have to leave and then wait our turn for a charcoal grill, like we did the year before at another condo and it cooks much faster. Plenty of dishes, utensils and appliances and I loved the full size washer and dryer:) The master bed was very comfortable and the blu ray player in the living room came in very handy when we rented some DVDs in the evening. The theme/decor of the house was perfect because it constantly reminds you that you are there to relax and get away from it all:) We enjoyed our stay there and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect place to stay!! Very spacious, clean and close to the beach! We look forward to staying there again next year:)

The cottage was spacious and so clean! Also decorated very well. Right next to the pool and a short walk to the beach. Easy walk to Pompano Joe's as well. This is a great spot to get away from the crazy hustle and bustle in the middle of Destin, the beach is beautiful and the cottage is just completely relaxing. The owners were really easy to work with and made sure we had everything we needed. Would absolutely recommend.

4 Teenage boys and 4 adults stayed comfortably in this beautifully decorated home. I don't own my own home on near the beach but this house was so perfect it felt like it was our own! We only stayed 3 nights but we could definitely see ourselves staying there for happily for weeks. Pool is behind the house, short walking distance to a beautiful beach where there was 2 chairs on the beach waiting for us every day and there were ample dishes, pots, silverware, cups, etc in kitchen to use...just like home. They even had beach toys for us to use...We loved it!! With all the details of the house, it is obvious that the owners of this house wanted it to be the ideal vacation home for their renters. We will be back!

What a wonderful cottage to live in. My sisters and I had so much fun staying here with our families. This home brought more beauty when seen in person. The house is decorated with simplicity and beautifully. You can really feel the warmth and coziness of a home. This adorable home is complete with washer and dryer plus a very clean surroundings. Because of the complete kitchen utensils the owners had provided, our family hardly ate out. Our money was spent well on doing activities at the beach and along the beach. We loved the fact that this home is really close to different groceries, outlet malls, attractions and of course the beautiful white sands. I do recommend this home to future families who would love to visit Destin. I hope you all would have as much fun as we did at this beautiful, cozy home.

This house is so beautiful! It was beautifully decorated and clean. Its definitely felt like home away from home. The master bedroom has a patio right outside the back door which also faces the community pool. The house was a short walk to the beach and a short drive to stores and attractions. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare home cooked meals. We loved the selection of beach toys and the outdoor shower. I would recommend this home to everyone! We will definitely be back!
