Reservations cancelled less than the 30 day requirement will receive a full refund only if the unit is re-booked for the same amount of days at the same price. If owner can re-book part or all of the reserved dates, even if for a lower rate, that amount will be refunded promptly.

My family and I stayed at this lovely condo in October 2021, and we were thrilled with the unit. We had never stayed at surfside because at the Majestic Sun, the elevators are so slow and we were afraid we would experience the same thing at this high rise. We were so wrong! Not only were the elevators fast, the entire complex is amazing. The restaurant is one of the best we have encountered and the sushi bar is wonderful, too. However, what we loved the most was the unit itself and the owners were outstanding in working with us. We plan to rent this unit again and we highly recommend it to those of you who have never stayed at Surfside.

Nice condo. Great view.
It was a really nice condo with a great view. We liked that the surfside building has a restaurant and a bar on the beach. We enjoyed the tennis courts and shuffleboard also. Cindy is super nice and I'm sure she would have fixed any problems we might have had, but we didn't have any with the condo. The red tide was a problem though. Big problem. Hopefully they will get that under control.

I recently stay at this condo and absolutely loved it. Beautiful condo with a wonderful view of the beach. Great location with all the amenities. The owners were super and went out of their way to make sure I was welcome and taken care of. I highly recommend this unit and I would come back anytime.
