Our rates have been reduced for families looking to book a wonderful vacation in Miramar Beach, Florida. These rates incluce all amenities that come with Surfside Resort. March through October Beach set up including 2 chairs and 1 umbrella. We have 2 hot tubs and a heated pool. We also have pickel ball, tennis and basketball courts. The Royal Plam and Beach Bar are located on our property.Spa and hair salon and so much more.

Our vacation to this condo was nothing short of amazing. The owners went out of their way to update us and check in before during and after the stay. They offered a list of places to visit and things to do in the area. The condo was clean and well stocked for all our needs. The condo itself have a home away from home feeling with all the amenities needed. The view of the beach is perfect. The daily chair rental was a added bonus. We will visit again and tell others as well!

My family came the week of the July 4th! Beautiful!!! Beautiful view, condo was very clean, everything you need is in walking distance from the condo. We will definitely be coming back it’s worth the 8 1/2 hr drive!

You will be hard to find a much nicer place than this. It’s very much accessible for a wheelchair with roll in shower and lowered counter tops. Everything in it is top notch and updated. The view from 12 stories up is amazing. This is our second year here and there will be many more. The owners are the nicest people and will help you with anything you need. Great restaurants and shops within walking distance. This is just a dream location. Thank you to the Zimmer’s and see you next year.

We really enjoyed our vacation at Surfside 1207. The condo remodel is beautiful! I loved staying in a condo that was so modern (including a smart tv) with great views of the ocean. This resort has a restaurant, pool, hot tubs, and covered parking, Can't wait to vacation at Surfside 1207 again!. Suzanne was a pleasure to work with!! Great experience, great vacation!!

This condo is gorgeous with a fantastic view of the ocean. Every window and glass door you looked out you can see the ocean. My family was traveling with my dad, who is disabled. I was so happy to find a place that was truly handicap accessible. Most vacation rentals will list as handicap, however they are not very accessible to an individual in a wheelchair. Suzanne and Chris definitely make you feel at home and make sure your stay if comfortable. We all loved that Surfside has a fantastic restaurant. The food is excellent and very reasonable. My family will definitely return to Surfside and rent unit 1207 again.

Come and enjoy our spacious 2BR/2BA 1151 square foot condo on the 12th floor of beautiful Surfside Resort located in the calmer, less congested Miramar Beach section of Destin, FL. Our southeast ocean view from our 8' x 28' private balcony is unobstructed by buildings and SPECTACULAR!
We get the morning sun and afternoon shade so enjoy your morning coffee out on the balcony and return later to relax in the afternoon shade. Enjoy the wonderful sights and sounds of the ocean and gaze down the southeastern Gulf Coast shoreline all the way to Panama City! All rooms have balcony access due to the unique floorplan of this unit. Our interior is all tile flooring with comfortable and family friendly furniture and decor.
The huge master bedroom includes a king size bed, flat screen SMART TV, walk-in lighted closet, dressing area, vanity table, and large master bath with tiled walk-in shower. A full size washer/dryer unit is in master bath. The second bedroom has two queen beds with large closet and full bathroom with shower. It also has a flat screen TV.
An awesome 55" curved ultra HD 4K high def SMART TV (Netflix Hulu, Spotify, YouTube) , games and puzzles all in living room for entertainment.
Dining room has mirrored walls which provide a great view from all seats. The fully-equipped kitchen has high end appliances and everything you will need for cooking and/or entertaining!
We offer FREE Beach Service (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) March 1 - October 31.
SURFSIDE RESORT is an all-inclusive property including a FITNESS room with gym equipment, SPORTS deck (tennis and pickleball courts under the lights, shuffle board, and basketball court) above a COVERED & secure parking deck, large HEATED POOL and deck area, two HOT TUBS, a KIDDIE pool, Royal Palm Grille food and beverage service and a pool house with showers.
