Our condo is a non-smoking unit and our association prohibits rentals to anyone under the age of 25. As of 2/21/23, all new memory foam mattresses and box springs in each room! The living room has a large smart TV and great views of the ocean. The dining room has seating for six. The kitchen is well appointed with updated appliances and countertops.
