My husband and I traveled with our 2 teens, 13 and 16. The place worked our great! The bunk bed room was spacious and had plenty of room for the kids clothes etc. The master bedroom was a good size as was the kitchen and living/dining space. The furniture was comfy and my husband and kids commented that their beds were very comfortable. The pool is terrific! Walk to the beach isn’t bad. I would suggest a wagon if you are taking any heavier items. Condo is close (short drive) to hundreds of restaurants shopping etc. Many people rent golf carts to get around. We didn’t because the walk was close to the beach. We had every amenity we could need while there. Great trip! (VRBO Review)

This condo was in a different part of Destin than where we have stayed before but we loved it and will likely stay either at this condo or in this area again! We enjoyed the easy access to restaurants, stores and shops, the walking/biking path, quick walk to the beach and the pool. The condo itself was great! Clean and comfortable, plenty of room for me and my husband. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and we were able to do laundry in the unit with no problem. The unit is near the staircase but we didn’t hear anyone coming and going. The only “negative” is that there is a light outside the master bedroom window that illuminated the room so some blackout curtains might be needed if you’re a light sleeper. Everything else was wonderful and we had a relaxing stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The unit was so much bigger than we expected and fit our family of six (4 kids age10 and under) perfectly. The pool is amazing and it never felt crowded. The beach is just a short walk away and was even manageable with small kids. The unit had so many nice touches that made our stay so enjoyable (plenty of hooks to hang towels, plenty of space to put belongings, any dish/appliance you would need to cook with, etc.). Our favorite beach rental so far!

My husband and I had an amazing vacation in this condo. It was clean and in perfect working order. The kitchen is fully stocked, with everything you could need. But I must say if you need a large fry pan, bring one. The pool is spectacular. Large and with lots of lounge chairs. The best part of the stay was the short walk to the beach, and having a chairs and umbrella set up for you! Thank you to the owner for paying for this seasonal extra! It’s nice to not have to drag all that extra stuff. Also, Renee and Laura, the property managers are fabulous. I had one minor issue with a tv, and they responded back quickly and helped me figure out the problem. Stay here if you’re going to Destin!

Condo was very clean and accommodating of our needs. My only “complaints” are with the resort itself, not this specific condo. While the pool area is very nice with multiple pool levels, bathrooms and beautiful landscaping, the fountain in the kiddie pool area runs 24/7 so you cannot hear the ocean waves at night. It would be nice if they could turn the fountain off after a certain time. The beach access gate across the street and down about a block or so is a little further than we’re used to walking when we stay at the beach, but it wasn’t too bad. Neither of these things would deter me from staying at Beach Resort again. It is a gem.

This was a perfect spot for our family. We have visited the Beach Resort, but never stayed. The pools/hot tub, beach access, and grounds were wonderful. The heated pool and hot tub were nice for cool days. Because of the size of the grounds, we were always able to find chairs, even on crowded days. The single pool key can be frustrating when traveling with a family, but we knew about it ahead of time and made work. The condo was clean and well-kept! Beds were comfortable. Condo has a very well-stocked kitchen. Some simple addeded perks...a large open pantry for storage, drying rack for laundry, and plenty of closet space. Second floor location near stairs makes for quick easy access. Nice furniture on the balcony (limited beach view, but expected on second floor). Owners were quick to reply and easy to work with. We would most definitely rent here again!!

Wonderful condo! Everything you need for a great getaway. Beach service superior! Kitchen fully stocked with all the cooking items and dishes you need. Beautifully decorated. Can’t hardly wait to return!

We loved our stay! We took this trip as safely as possible during covid as an escape from 7 months of hunkering down at home for a change of scenery. It was especially important to us that this our condo was clean given the times. I cannot overstate how clean this unit was! The moment we walked in we could smell it, every surface and floor was spotless. We greatly appreciated the cleaners provided as well. This place was stocked - cleaning supplies, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, paper products, every etc. The added bonus was the beach chairs and umbrellas in the unit, in addition to the ones provided on the beach. The view was great, the balcony felt private, and the access to the unit was perfect for someone like me with mobility issues. Communication with the owner was easy. The AC was clogged and leaking, and turned off our second night there. Renee was quick to respond and even offered to have someone come out at 9pm to fix the issue. My kids loved the bunk room, and were excited about each having their own TV. The pools and BBQ are were wonderful, and the walk to the beach access wasn’t bad at all. Overall, this was a wonderful stay, and we would definitely stay here again!

Very nice property. Apartment was very clean and comfortable, with well equipped kitchen. Kids loved the heated pool since the water at the beach when we were there was a little bit too cold for them to go in. The only thing that I did not like and was not aware of, was that the private beach is not just for Beach Resort but is shared by, I think, 3 other resorts so it was A little bit more crowded then I was expecting.

This was perfect for our family of four! I was concerned about the size, but it was great! High ceilings, and extra wide hallway, and the bunk room was far enough away from the master, with a heavy curtain blocking it from hallway. My kids LOVED their own tvs in the bunk room! Perfect view of pool, with privacy from the landscaped area. And we could see the ocean from the balacony! Everything was as pictured, kitchen had everything we needed. The only thing different from the pictures, is the master has really nice flooring, not carpet, which was a great surprise!!! The pool was AMAZING! We had it to our selves several times. It is actually raised like an infinity pool with little waterfall wall. It was almost like having 3 swimming pools!!! It was cleaned everyday, and the landscaping was well kept. There are several grills and eating areas around the pool, and we always had plenty of options for chairs . Hot tub was great, bathrooms at pool were very convenient. Beach access was slightly further down than we thought, it is actually at the second gray building, but we still found it convenient. We also could enter the beach near the "ride on" surf sports, which provided us lots of surfing action during the week! Lots of nice families, we did not encounter anyone rude or disruptive. Overall, I would definitely rent this place again! Very clean, and convenient. We had a wonderful week!

Good sized clean condo. Close to Destin without being in the middle of all the traffic. You can see the ocean and pool from large back patio. The very large pool area was a huge bonus for us, and never got overcrowded for us in mid June. The beachfront is just across the street, but it’s about a block walk up the sidewalk to get to the beach access for these condos. Not a deal breaker for us. Rental includes one beach umbrella and two chairs that are setup every morning on the beach for you. Renters can’t reserve them, but we never had a problem finding one available.

The condo was very clean and beds were comfortable. The flooring in the master was updated vs. carpet (Vrbo picture) which was a plus in my books. Check in/check out process was easy. I would stay again if I’m in the Destin area.

Our family would rent again in a heartbeat! We had 3 adults and 3 small children, the condo was as advertised. Being on the 2nd floor right at the stairwell was super convenient. We had such a great time, and the pool was awesome. It is a little hike to the beach access but we made it even with all of our stuff.

We had family members staying in multiple condos in this building. Ours was the best one for multiple reasons. Right by stairs, super easy access to path for walk to beach. Beach umbrella/chair service provided! Balcony/porch in good spot- view of pool and ocean but off to the side so it’s quieter and more private. Porch could use a good power wash but that does not detract from our enjoyment rest of condo was very clean and I’m really picky about that. Decorated tastefully and very thoughtfully- shelves and baskets to store your stuff in all the right places, kitchen well-stocked. If this helps anyone, it was 2 adults and 3 kids (5, 3, & 1). 2 older ones were in bunks and baby was in our port-a-crib in the 2nd bathroom. We had no prob just using the other bathroom and there was plenty of space for the kids to sleep well in that bunk/bathroom area.

We found this condo to be exceptionally clean and well kept. The Beach Resort complex is also kept exceptionally clean and is well cared for. While we did not see all the pools in the area, the pool in this resort is very attractive with several shaded areas with table and chairs as well as typical lounge chairs. The pool area is a very pleasant view from the balcony. One comment is that the bathrooms do not have any safety handles and could use some for those of us who have joint issues.

This condo is wonderful. 2nd floor location right at the stairs. Management is very responsive as one of our drains didn’t drain upon arrival and was fixed quickly. The pools are amazing. Our kids wanted to stay there instead of going to the beach after a few days. There was about a block walk to get to the beach access but we didn’t mind the walk! We would stay here again!

We Loved the Condo. Clean and Relaxing. Great Location

It was such a nice quiet place to stay! Our kids absolutely loved the bunk beds with their personal TVs. It’s more spacious than it looks in the photos. The kitchen had what we needed, and each room was comfortable and lovely. They thought of everything. So glad we stayed here!

Great way to spend Thanksgiving. Heated pool, hot tub, and the beach were all wonderful!

I was very happy with this condo ! I have stayed at The Mediterranea for the past 10 years and the pool and grounds here at Beach Resort were much more beautiful. The condo was perfect for me and I felt very safe as I went for a week alone. Everything I needed was supplied for cooking etc. Unit was clean and I slept like a rock every night in the comfortable bed. The beach was an easy short walk about half a block down the road. Comfortable seating on balcony overlooking the pool area and the beach. I will definitely stay here again and have already recommended to others. Thank you !
