There was not one single thing bad that I could say about this property. Everything was perfect!

My family and I loved the incredible view of the gulf and the relaxing sound of the waves every time we opened the patio doors. There was plenty of room for our group of 6. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. The beach across the street is very nice and we certainly spent a lot of time there. We loved the area restaurants. (VRBO Review)

This condo was amazing! It was clean, beautiful, comfortable, and was there perfect location. It has everything you could need and more. I loved that it was a keyless entry so you didn’t have to remember to take a key with you and everyone in your group had access at all times.

Honest review here: Our family has been vacationing in the Destin area for nearly 18 years. Beach Retreat 306 ranked in our top 2 places we’ve ever stayed! View - unobstructed! Pictures couldn’t do it justice! You can see the beach and ocean from the kitchen/living area, as well as from the king bed in the master suite! Spacious balcony was peaceful, comfortable, and the perfect spot for breakfast, wine, reading, or wave watching. Floor plan - 2 large (and extremely comfortable beds) bedrooms and a perfect sized bunk bedroom. Our teenage boys loved the bunks!!! Kitchen, although slightly small, had just about anything you could need to cook/bake. Rental/Check in and out - super easy! A little tricky communication between Vrbo and the property itself, as emails aren’t all accessible directly thru Vrbo. I will say that the ladies running the reservations at Beach Retreat have all the information you need and were fabulous to work with - Thank you! Noise - so quiet! Even with wind or traffic the condo was very quiet! The only time we heard “excessive noise” was very briefly when a group of teens were running outside the front door, from end to end of hallway. Letting out some energy from their long drive. LOL! Amenities - we only used the pool and hot tub. A little dirty, but a storm had passed thru the night before. Grills were easily accessible, too! Location - just across the street from the beach, steps away! Just a few minutes drive to Winn Dixie, the outlet mall, and other shops/restaurants. The Harbor is a short drive and Panama City is about 45 minutes away. Everything you need is only a few short minutes away. *Restaurant recommendation- Pepitos is sooo good, Donut Hole, Bud & Alley’s Taco Bar/Pizza Bar/Rooftop Bar. We loved our stay and can’t wait to return!!!

306 was fantastic. It was super clean and had plenty of room to stretch out. Unfortunately the first half o the trip rained and was in the 50’s...the rest sunny and 70. We loved every second and will rent again.

Everything was great. The condo was perfect and the beach was beyond words. Our first time staying in Miramar Beach but so relaxing we will be back especially since we can bring our fur baby, Biscuit.

Really enjoyed our stay. Well stocked and functional kitchen. MBR And porch had great view of ocean from the bed with breeze and soothing noises. Great location especially with dog . Wish dogs were allowed on beach. Only suggestions for improvement is better towels and some paint touch ups.

The condo is clean, roomy and beautiful. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Beaches are beautiful and not crowded. Great location. We will be back!!

Our family of 8 had plenty of room and slept comfortably in their setup. We had all the kitchen tools we needed, plenty of bath towels to get us through several days before washing and when i did reach out for a very minor issue with our screen door, Renee was very responsive and offered to send someone out right away to fix it. Overall everything was great!

Quick Stay and could not be happier. We stay at Beach Retreat all the time and love everything about the complex. I do really like this unit and floorplan the best. It has the third bedroom that isn't just bunk beds. The view is great and everything is so pretty in this place. Youll love it.

We enjoyed our stay so much. The condo was very nice and comfortable. It was very nicely decorated. Wonderful view. The temperatures were a little cool so we sat on the balcony quite a bit. We loved it. Our grandson and dog loved it. They always wanted to sit on it, even in the rain.
The kitchen was very nicely furnished, we even stayed in for dinner one night which we never do,
The beds were very comfortable.
Great space behind the gate to take your dog for bathroom breaks.
We had a great experience and can’t wait to go back again.

Had a great time. Loved being able to see the gulf from the balcony and walking to restaurants. Dolphins everyday! 

I loved having all my family together for the first time at the beach. We sat out on the balcony every evening and enjoyed conversation and watching the people and the beach. The condo is so comfortable. Plenty of seating for my family of 7. We never felt crowded. I love the new kitchen appliances and bath too. We cannot wait to come back.

This condo was absolutely amazing. There is not a place at Beach Retreat that has an unsatisfactory view. The condo was able to accomodate myself, husband, twins, and mother in law without feeling like we were on top of one another. Very spacious. Pictures do not serve it justice as all of the decor was beautiful and not cheaply decorated. LOVED the master bathroom off of the master bedroom with dual sinks and a very large shower and garden tub. The very roomy deck facing the ocean was AMAZING, and we slept with the sliders open so we could fall asleep to the sound of the ocean waves. A few suggestions.. keep the workout room open later than 8pm, as vacationers such as ourselves do not always make it back to the condo in time when sighseeing, etc. Also, a more thorough inspection of the condo would be recommended especially since I found a few things broken upon check in. Finally, more grills would be nice as a large party was present while we were there and basically camped out at the grills, not allowing others a chance to use them. But all in all, I can not wait to return next year!

Beach Retreat 306 - FEELS LIKE HOME! We just arrived home from our week in Destin. Had a wonderful time ! Watching dolphin from the balcony while having breakfast was a treat! Beach Retreat 306 was a great place to stay. CLEAN, COMFORTABLE BEDS, NICELY DECORATED, FAMILY ORIENTED, CONVENIENT LOCATION! Renee is very nice to work with. She made sure everything was as expected. Will definitely stay again. Also bringing our pet was very important and he fit right in. Pet walk available. Thanks again Renee! Debi
