207 is a gorgeous unit! Very spacious with great furniture and personal touches. The master bed is extremely comfortable. I highly recommend it.

Our stay at the Beach Retreat was nothing short of amazing! The condo was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect! We enjoyed our beach view every morning and evening on the balcony, spotting dolphins in the water every day. The bunk room is small, but it was perfect for our teenage son. Two grown children would have been quite crowded. The size of condo 207 was perfect for the three of us. We had trouble getting into the unit upon arrival, but our host was very responsive and the issue was resolved within minutes, great communication. We spent every morning by the pool doing Pilates. Loved the privacy and beautiful surroundings in the pool area. The umbrella and chairs on the beach were so convenient, it truly felt like heaven lounging on this gorgeous beach. This was our second time to stay at the Beach Retreat, and first time as this unit and everything was great! The complex is very pet friendly, and this condo was perfect - clean, fantastic view, and well stocked. Hope to return again soon!

Fabulous location… the view from the patio was truly amazing!!! And, it was so easy to get to and from the beach.

This condo has great views and close to the beach. We really enjoyed the furniture on the back patio looking over the water and spent a lot of time out there. The beds were very soft and comfortable. Loved the big chandelier and round kitchen table for family meals. We would definitely return!

It was a great place and clean, it had a great view and we loved our stay here, would love to rent again hopefully next year. Thanks again for allowing us to stay here. 

This was a lovely clean property and very pet friendly. We enjoyed our stay. Easy to get on the beach, pool and hot tub are great! The neighborhood was wonderful to walk your pets! We will be back it was a great week.

This was our first time staying in this complex. We really enjoyed it! Most notably, the condo was clean, well decorated and a little more spacious than we expected. The view was perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved the property, specific condo unit and location. Great balcony overlooking the Gulf was amazing. One minute walk to the beach was extremely convenient. One minute walk through parking lot to heated pool was great too. Kitchen and family room very roomy for family of four. Great main suite and bathrooms. The second bedroom bunk beds for our teenage boys were a bit small/tight, but we managed. Love the location and being able to walk or conveniently drive wherever we wanted to go.

This condo, it's view and the beach are simply perfect! Everything was just as advertised and more! My family of four absolutely loved the condo! The pictures online are spot on accurate and yet - just don't do justice to view of the stunning beach and ocean views from the kitchen, living room and balcony! The pool and hot tub area is beautiful and family friendly. We used the grilling area to cook up some steaks and chat with others staying in the complex. One amazing testimony was virtually everyone we met were back at the Retreat from previous trips (and many of them year after year) We can't wait to return and plan not only to do so for next Spring Break but we are also recruiting our friends to joins us and all of us will be seeking properties in this complex! Even though the weather was “bold,” the condo was “beautiful”!!! Everything was comfortable and nicely maintained. We loved listening to the waves and watching everyone walk by as we enjoyed the incredible balcony. Its location keeps you sheltered from the wind, so you get a lot of sun…even when it’s 40 degrees. During one pretty dramatic nighttime lightning storm, our view was spectacular! We fell in love with a new part of the Emerald Coast and will definitely be back to Miramar Beach.

We booked our week long vacation here at the last minute because of Hurricane Michael and needing to cancel our previous 10-day vacation. We are so glad that we found this GEM on the gulf and we were able to bring our 2 puppies with us! Check-In was super smooth and our welcome email was very detailed and gave us absolutely all of the information we needed for our stay. Once inside, we were very pleased with the accommodations and the view... OMG... PERFECTION! The condo is super cozy and provided us plenty of towels and toiletries to get us started. The condo is very quiet and all of the neighbors that we met throughout our stay were very nice and pleasant. Beach access was right across the two lane highway and the free beach service sealed the deal! Great access to shopping and great restaurants was a plus, but we cooked most of our meals in the kitchen. We found some great seafood markets and grocery stores were very close as well. We will definately be booking again with these ladies!

Positive stay. Condo nicely furnished and great location. Destin beaches are the best we have seen in the world. 

Location and condo was great. Like the gated community, the pool was awesome, love the fitness center went there every morning before breakfast.

Fantastic view of the gulf from our balcony. Ate breakfast every morning and watch the people walk by with their little doggies. would definitely return. 

Enjoyed the condo greatly. Plenty of room, good access to various locales, great view, very well managed. Thanks to the crew! 

My husband and I along with our miniature dachshund are on our way back to Arkansas after a relaxing week spent at Beach Retreat 207. Beautifully decorated, comfortable bed, quiet complex, awesome gulf view are all true of this condo. The weather was awesome and the gulf waters were a beautiful blue. Great location for shopping too. Most relaxing vacation ever. We hope to return to 207 very soon!

We greatly appreciated the rapid responses for our inquires by the management staff. Ms. Clayton was very easy to contact and we were very comfortable knowing she would address any our questions or concerns. The beach area was serviced by Travis who provided excellent management of the beach area. He made sure everyone adhered to rules regarding tents and additional umbrellas. He also was very genuine when wanting to provide as much attention to those customers who would have pushed my buttons much faster then his !!!! See you next year !!!!

Can not say enough wonderful things about this condo! This is the 6th yr we have stayed at Beach Retreat & this is by far the best unit! Decor is awesome...bed is VERY comfortable! The bunk rooms were perfect for our kiddos...they could both watch whatever they wanted at the same time with their own separate tvs! Thank you for a wonderful stay! We wil be back!! ;-)

This condo was perfect for our family of five. The beach access was nice and a short walk. Loved the fact the condo came with 2 beach chairs and umbrella. The condo is very well decorated...more upscale then the normal "beachy" decor. The pool is also nice. The balcony is very large with a nice couch, plus bistro table and chairs. The only down side is the traffic noisy...but it wasn't too bad.
