Condo is in the perfect location and clean and updated. Easy to get to beach access and no problems with small children. Very short walk to beach in comparison to many places we’ve stayed. Condo is well stocked for anything you’d need for your stay. Beach service, extra chairs, boogie boards and toys, it’s all there. The beds and living room furniture are the only reason I gave 3 stars. Not comfortable at all.

I haven't even stayed here yet, just booked my stay for May and I think the owner is wonderful. I e-mailed Laura because I booked the wrong date by mistake and she called me immediately to walk me through what I needed to do to correct. She was very kind and helpful. Thank you Laura! We have been going to the Destin area for about 13 years and have stayed at a variety of places. This by far is best place we have stayed! The location was perfect! Not only was it just a few steps from the beach but also within walking distance of 2 great restaurants. The condo was beautifully decorated and very spacious & clean. We will definitely stay here again.

The condo location was just FANTASTIC! Even staying directly on the beach couldn't be easier if you weren't on the ground floor. The ground floor access makes coming and going to the beach a breeze. We had 3 small children with us, so it was easy to walk directly across the street and be at the beach. We didn't have to drag the toys up the stairs or around the condo, just dropped them on the porch. We left them outside, as well as the girls' razor scooters, and they were fine all week. It is maybe 40 steps to the boardwalk, just past the great walkway that runs along 98, perfect for strolling, riding scooters, and running. The chair service was so convenient too! All appliances worked great, kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels. I did have to contact Laura when the microwave blew a fuse and she was easy to contact and very friendly, helpful, and personable. I would highly recommend this unit. We will be back!

Pictures don't do justice to this property. Beautifully decorated and ALL furniture comfortable. Very roomy, kitchen has everything you could possibly need/want.View the water from living room or bedroom View is unobstructed. Even though it is 1st floor we were able to see dolphins 3 days. You walk out your door and are steps to the beach with 2 beach chairs and an umbrella set up every day. Minutes from 2 BIG outdoor shopping centers and endless restaurants. Most relaxing vacation I have ever had! .
