We stayed at 17 Topaz Cove in Jan and Feb 2023. Before I tell you more about our stay, I would like you to know what a wonderful experience we had with the owner, Linda. We have never stayed at a rental house with such a responsive owner!! From booking through some requests we had, she was right on it and took quick action to the questions we had!! We were very grateful to have an owner like Linda. 17 Topaz Cove has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 8-10, however, Linda also owns another bigger property here in Emerald Shores in case you need more room! The house has the best stocked kitchen ever! I did not find that I needed anything else to be able to cook and bake. It has a lovely open floor plan on the first floor and is quite accessible to the beach! We would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone planning a trip to Destin! Thanks again Linda for providing a great place to call home while we were here!!

Perfect house and perfect location! Quick walk to pool and quick walk to beach. Lots of restaurants and stores in the area. Beach was so clean. Owner provided beach wagon and toys for the kids. We will definitely be back.
Our location is the best in Emerald Shores as we are located the 2nd closest house to the beach in our gated community! Happy you appreciated the short walk to the beach:) glad you found 5he wagon and beach toys helpful!

With a heavy heart, due to an unexpected financial burden we were hit with, we had to contact Linda to cancel our planned vacation for this year. We were so excited to get to stay at Simply Paradise as we had discussed all of the cleaning aspects with Linda and felt confident that this was a great choice coming out of the COVID-19 period. We could not have asked for a more gracious, compassionate handling of this situation. Linda is very thorough and we are already looking at dates in the Fall when we can reschedule our Destin getaway! (Our reservation was for 6/27-7/4, but the system will not let me enter that so I am entering today's date so I can post)
This Covid 19 all hit us unexpectedly and it has been a trying year for all of us. We traveled to Destin ourselves for 3 weeks in May to get our homes sanitized and meet with our husband and wife cleaning staff to assure our properties were ready for the "new normal". We installed UVC lights in all our A/C unity air handlers to purify the air in our homes. Added hand sanitizer when you enter the home and antibacterial wipes to help keep our homes clean before and during our guests stay! We clean all quilts weekly and removed all decor pillows as was a guideline that the CDC recommended. In providing a clean environment for our guests we had a totally booked summer during this pandemic. Guests have enjoyed some much needed vacation and family time with the comfort of knowing our home was clean and ready for check in. WE look forward to your new rebooked stay and feel our guests can enjoy rest and relaxation! WE thank and appreciate ALL our guests!

We stayed at Simply Paradise in Destin FL with our whole family of 10 (7 adults, 26-66 years old, and 3 grand children, 4-9 years old). It was clearly one of the most enjoyable family vacations ever (and we have taken quite a few). The house was perfect, cool, spacious, every amenity imaginable, most modern appliances, technology, absolutely perfect. Incredible LARGE back yard where the kids played soccer every night and we had great cook outs on the available grills. Plus quick and easy access to the ocean, right in the middle of all restaurants and entertainment. Perfect parking for 3 cars. Great front porch, 3 individual bedrooms with private bathrooms, TV's in every room. We could not have asked for a better, more affordable, perfect family vacation rental home. We plan to come back. It was truly perfect and Linda, who owns it, Could Not have been any nicer or accommodating.

This year was the second year in a row we stayed here. Wish we could stay forever!!!! It is so easy to work through the rental application but more importantly the house is great. Bring your food and everything is there. House is in a condition where you immediately feel comfortable. Linda defines "customer service". If there is a concern or problem she addresses it. The destin beach is a short walk and they are so beautiful. The kids love the yard and all the beach supplies. We hope we can get back.
We are already awaiting your third visit this March! We appreciate your continued loyalty to our home and am happy I provide you with good customer service. This home features a updated kitchen with maple glazed wood cabinetry with easy slide drawers, stainless appliances and gorgeous granite counters with designer tile backsplash! The home has been completely upgraded. The open floor plan layout of the first floor is great for all guests to enjoy. Large designer kitchen with ample counter space and pantry amoire makes it easy to make snacks or full meals while vacationing. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cookwear and all the conveniences you need to dine in. Counter dining for six and a beautiful wood carved dining table with 8 chairs, kitchen comfortably sits 10 guests. The living area is open and inviting. Including a NEW sofa and loveseat added 2022. A custom made Amish built cabinet Murphy bed was added in 2023 for additional sleeping. A new 55 inch SMART TV in living room and a 50 inch TV in first floor master bedroom. Also the first floor has full size laundry room for your convenience with complimentary laundry detergent. A half bath with wood ceramic tile floor and, pedistal sink. The first floor KING master suite with custom wood tile floors, door to patio, double closets, tv, dvd, and includes an attached full bath. The master full bath with large tub and shower cobination has tile floors, mahogany vanity with granite countertops. You can enjoy one of the two first floor porches as well overlooking the tropical large side yard.
Two additional bedrooms are located on the second floor. Both bedrooms open with doors to a private balcony overlooking the private yard. One bedroom has a KING bed, tv, dvd and large closet. The second room has 2 QUEEN beds also with a tv, dvd and large closet. TWO rollaway twin beds added in 2022. . A full upgraded bathroom with shower and tub is located on the second floor with all porcelain tile floor, mahogany vanity and stone backsplash.
Also as an extra convenience we offer a wagon, beach toys and 2 beach chairs to share with our guests. The private gated beach pavilion is a one of a kind in the Destin area with bathrooms, rinse showers, beverage bar and a place to park the wagon right on the beach! Having this private beach access makes your days at the beach a convenient two minute walk. Max occupancy of home is 10 guests. 8 sleeping in beds and 2 guests sleep on new living room murphy cabinet bed added in 2022.
