We were pleasantly surprised at the spaciousness of this space. It was perfect for our family. The view of the ocean is spectacular. Definitely recommend.

This is a great spot to stay! Central to the outlets and Destin. Plenty of parking and easy access to the beach! Newly remodeled and very well done. Very well stocked with essentials for a week or longer stay. Highly recommended!

This condo was perfect! The location to the beach, pool, and pompano Joe’s was fantastic! We also loved having the grassy area right outside with the walking/biking access super close. The owners were great at communicating with us through email and the condo was clean and updated! We will be staying here again!

The location of this unit is great. So close to the pool and grills, and the beach is right across the street. You can easily walk back and forth to condo from the beach for lunch or a break from the sun. When we arrived the condo was very clean. Love the updated bathrooms and decor. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Excellent location if you have a pet! It’s so nice to be able to sit out in the morning, enjoy my coffee, do some people watching and have my fur baby with me. The condo is beautiful and had plenty of space for my husband, two teenagers and myself. This is our second time staying in this condo because we really loved it.

The condo was perfect. It was beautiful and perfectly appointed. It was also in a great location and within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. We would highly recommend.

This property is certainly everything you can ask for in a beach stay. Very easily accessible, location, location, location. The most pet friendly experience we have had as well.

Property as described. Updated and very modern compared to other units we've rented. Great location especially close to the beach! Easy load in and out. Can't predict the weather so it was a bad week rain wise but a bad day at the beach is still better then a good day at work! Highly recommend! At least took our mind off covid!

This is our second stay at Maravilla but our first in 2104. This condo is nicely renovated and most of not all of the furniture looks brand new. It is a huge plus that all the floors are tile and it is almost across the street from one of the beach entrances and boardwalks making your walk very short. It’s also near the pool and feet rinse area. Some things worth mentioning—this condo has two walk in showers both of which were brand new and had lots of room. They look almost identical. The kitchen has a crock pot so if you want to make use of that you can bring liners. The washer is a top load, not a front load, and the coffee maker is a Black and Decker that uses Standard coffee filters. If you plan on making meals bring baggies and plastic as there are no storage containers, but there IS nice cookware. The only issue I found was someone had a medium to long haired dog in the condo at some point and I gave the place a good sweep to get some fur up and wish I could have mopped the floors. We would certainly like to stay here again! We had ZERO issues with people picking up after their pets, and it appeared to me that the people who didn’t were those “walking” their pets down the sidewalk from other places.

Our family was completely happy with our stay at Maravilla. The bottom unit was so convenient for our dogs to go right out to potty and so quick to get to pool or the beach. Condo was exceptionally clean! It’s definitely the best location in Miramar!

The condo is decorated beautifully and well kept. Our family was very comfortable and had a great time. We had everything we needed to enjoy a week socially distancing at the beach with our Great Dane. The ground level condo was convenient. This definitely ranks as one of the best condos we've stayed at - we will definitely stay here again in the future!

We love the room, location, beach was 250 feet from the door of the condo, pool was 75 feet from the condo, everything from the utensils to the furniture were top notch. Out of all the great things this place had, I only found one thing that was perfect. You do have beach service that comes with room, but you have to be out on beach at 7:00 am every morning to reserve a good umbrella and chairs. Also I did tip Matt and his crew everyday and they were really friendly. But this will not hold us back from renting again.

Excellent property!!! We stayed 5 days and it’s wasn’t enough. Beautiful and clean….this condo has it all! Very artfully decorated and close to the beach and shopping. It is a definite stay next year!!

We have been coming to Destin and staying on the Maravilla property for the last 6 or 7 years. This property ranks at the top for us, it was even better than the pictures. The unit was clean and well stocked. The double beach setup was our favorite part!! The beds were big and comfortable. We look forward to returning.

I do not usually rate but this condo had been updated very nice. It wasn't too far to the beach and it was close to both pools. We usually go to different places every year but this is one place I would visit again.

What a great property to stay at!  Everything was so well decorated, more than enough room for all of us, new floors, beautifully decorated, wow!  the FOUR chairs at the beach that are included in our rate is such a great deal - I don't think many others in Maravilla do this.  We used them every day!  Plenty of towels, very comfortable and homey feel.  Details all the way down to blankets and bowls for our dog!  Very close to the beach as you probably already know ....  Owners obviously care about their place.  Pools are good, we only used them once as we were at the beach the whole time. We used the workout room one time  (too busy relaxing on the beach) - but glad it was here.  Bring a basketball as there is a goal here as well.  We will be back again and will make sure we book this property.

Owners were awesome to deal with. Located in the Maravilla condo community, this condo had a very nice modern decor throughout. Check-in process was - wait...there was no check-in process. We were provided with our access code for the week, and went direct to the condo upon arrival...zero inconvenience to their guests. Will definitely return...

This is my 3rd time staying at Maravilla. I love the "home" feeling of it. Not the 30 story condos down the road. Gated community, very family friendly. Always a pleasure to stay here.
