We had an amazing time and found the condo to be a perfect fit for our family. The view was absolutely amazing! The kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of dishes. There was plenty of room for everybody to sleep and the beds were comfortable. We also loved that we could take our dog and that the community is so pet friendly! We will definitely be back! Loved the view from the balcony. The place was clean and no odor. Close walk to the beach and most were pleasant. I brought my own food as I wanted to spend all my time at the beach. There was no cabinets to put my food and snacks, so it was all on the countertop. That was a problem, however, all was good. I will stay there again.

We love the Maravilla. It’s the sweet spot. Not too crowded not too desolate. The beach guys really hook it up with the umbrellas and I swear it’s the best beach I’ve ever been to year after year.

The Condo was clean and was well stocked. I loved the way it was decorated. We loved the view and the location of the condo. We were close to dining and the beach was right across the street. The complex had two pools and was very well kept and clean. The property manager sent easy to understand instructions and touched base with us as soon as we arrived. We highly recommend the unit and can’t wait to come back next year

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in this lovely condo. It was well maintained (bed was too soft for our liking) and the view / deck was perfect! We would definitely stay again!

Condo and property were just as listed and pictured. Kitchen was very well equipped. Beds were very comfortable. View was amazing. Condo was very clean when we arrived. The Beach service included was a Hugh plus. Beach was just a short walk across the street. Pool was a nice option since flags were red and double red 2 days we were there. My kids liked having the tennis court to play and the grills were great to have to grill fresh seafood. Would definitely stay again.

This condo is beautiful with an amazing view of the gulf. It has all of the amenities you need. The communication with the owners/property manager was timely and perfect. There are many things to walk to including restaurants and the beach is right across the street. We would definitely recommend staying at this condo for your vacation.

We had so much fun! This condo was absolutely wonderful! Beautiful view of the gulf while eating our meals on the balcony! Couldn’t have ask for anything better! Appliances were great, shower was nice, all the utensils you need were provided! It was hard to leave because it was so wonderful and a great place to relax and unwind! We loved it very much!

I love this location and the condo was AWESOME!. This is our 2nd time at Maravilla. Love being able to bring my dog and having a place to walk her. Love this condo and will stay here again. Only suggestion more comfortable seating on the deck.

This condo was very enjoyable for the four of us. Everything was very clean when we arrived which is always a nice start! The condo is very well equipped with everything you would need to cook a full dinner. Very comfortable furniture and nicely decorated. Both beds were very comfortable and we all slept very well. There are beautiful long-range views in both directions. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony and reading before everyone else was awake. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable condo with fantastic views!!!

The condo was clean and had a great view. We enjoyed coffee and watch the people and pets every morning on the walking path. Going to the beach and not having to bring chairs was great. We felt like king and queen for a week. Our pets were so glad to be with us on vacation and my mind was at ease.

Maravilla 2409--Gulf Front View, Pet Friendly, Great Rates
There are few complexes, hotels or condos in Destin that are as beloved as Maravilla. With entrances from Scenic Gulf Drive and US Highway 98, Maravilla is very easy to access. Unit 2409 is in building 2 with a direct beach front view. All of our Maravilla condo rentals are dog friendly with certain breed restrictions. This condo is offered at the lowest rate available for our Maravilla Gulf front rentals. Guests love being able to have a great view of both the pool and the beach from this unit. Beach service for 2 is included from mid March until Oct 31st each year.

All of our properties require a Saturday-Saturday stay during Spring Break, Summer through Fall and holidays, unless last minute.

We recommend you bring the following items for the remainder of your stay: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, spices/condiments, coffee and coffee filters, laundry detergent, hairdryer, toys, beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for an enjoyable vacation.
