This townhouse was everything!! Location was perfect as it was right on the beach, with private beach access. It is across from a couple stores we went to for ice and drinks. And so close to one of our favorite hangouts, Pompano Joe’s. There was plenty of room for our group of 10…5 adults and 5 kids (8-14). The owners have updated this rental entirely and it’s stocked with literally everything you could need!! All the beach chairs, beach toys, an ice chest, kayak, fishing poles and lures, dishes, cookware, bath towels, board games, books, literally everything. So when I say pack light, I mean pack light. We loved our stay and look forward to our return!!

Hello! My family, and close friends stayed at this amazing condo Wed may 20 untill Sunday may 24. The owner was amazing, we called her Tuesday may 19 the day the townhomes were released for rental, and she was so sweet and helpful! The home is Beautifully decorated!! amazing views. Plenty of room for our 3 kids and 7 adults that came with us! New appliances, clean beddings, furniture up to date. The beach is steps away, they have anything you could ask for! Beach umbrellas,chairs, boogey boards, sand castle toys... PLUS a outdoor private shower off station!!! Absolutely will be booking again!! THANK YOU FOR A AMAZING VACATION!!!

My husband and I stayed at Unit 4 in Jan and Feb of 2019 and loved everything! Keith and Dani are absolutely wonderful to work with - quickly responsive to every message I sent from requesting a quote to checking out. Unit was extremely clean, nicely decorated and well equipped, including the kitchen. Having stayed in other rentals, it's the little things that make a difference such as the quality of shower curtains, rugs in all the right places, TVs in the right places, etc. King size master bed was extremely comfortable (only bed we used). Very nice walk-in shower on the ground level - hard to find in these units. Of course, you are right on the sand beach with that beautiful ocean only feet away!! Just beautiful. And close to plenty of restaurants. If we have a chance to be back, we'd look to stay at Unit 4 again. Just an overall great experience from start to finish!! Thank you Keith & Dani!!

This gorgeous three story townhome is conveniently located in Miramar Beach/Destin directly on its own private sugar white sand beach!
We are a Saturday to Saturday rental with a minimum of 7 nights during the summer peak season.
If you are looking for an extremely attractive vacation rental that is affordable, convenient (to beach, restaurants, shopping and attractions) and large enough for the family to spread out and relax - this is your place!! We have a 55” LCD smart TV with DVD to watch a movie or catch your favorite TV show after a long day on the beach or just sit down and surf the web on our high speed Wireless internet - so bring your laptop!
BEAUTIFUL HARDWOOD FLOORS cover all 3 levels – Breathtaking views of the gulf and the picture perfect sunrises and sunsets are yours from every level as each has its own deck. Splash around in the Gulf or watch your loved ones from the balcony.
There are several great restaurants within walking distance - Pompano Joes Restaurant is literally right next door; outlet malls, boutique stores, public world-class golf courses, Big Kahuna's Water Park and many other activities that are nearby for all ages.
Sleeping arrangements - total unit sleeps 8 adults comfortably (12 total with kids) with 3 queen beds and 1 king bed -- upper level beachfront master bedroom offers a king bed and master bath with sliding glass doors to your own private balcony. The upper level also offers a charming 2nd bedroom with queen bed and on-suite bathroom. The main level offers a queen sleeper sofa and the lower level has 2 bedrooms one with a queen bed and the other bedroom with a queen bed and Day Bed with Trundle.
Amenities include central air conditioning throughout, cable tv's in all bedrooms and living room, wireless internet, fully equipped full size kitchen (added a Keurig single cup brewing system so bring you K-cups!), stackable washer/dryer in the Master suite laundry room and full size washer/dryer on first level. Initial linens provided, outside shower on beach level, gas grill on main level deck (guest provide propane).
Family Rentals Only - our property will not be rented to vacationing students or young adults (under 25) unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian in the unit for the entire stay. Exceptions must be in writing from the Owner. An exception is available for married couples under age 25. The property is available for Saturday to Saturday rentals.
This is a NON-SMOKING unit. Any sign of smoking or smokeless tobacco will result in loss of damage deposit (sorry...this means no smoking on the outside decks either).
