This was our 2nd stay at Seacove 9C and cannot wait to return for another fantastic girls trip!! The Condo was so very clean and has all the amenities! We loved watching Jaws on the projector at the pool! The location is absolutely perfect; within walking distance to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The weather was amazing, making this the best trip yet! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Condo!! THANKS SO MUCH!!

My husband in I enjoyed a great vacation at Seagrove 9C earlier this month, October, 2021. The condo was so clean, comfy and a quick walk to the beach! The beach is just beautiful; the water is clear and the sand is soft! We spent most of our time in the ocean, just floating on the waves, because the waves are so calm. The storage room at the condo has many beach supplies available, such as a cart, floats and toys for kids, and is so well organized so that you can easily find what you need to take to the beach. Mattress in bedroom is very comfy! Well equipped kitchen allowed hubby and me to eat our meals right there in the condo or pack lunches for the beach. We can’t wait for our next stay at Seacove 9C!

We enjoyed our stay here very much. As soon as we walked in it smelled CLEAN AND SANITIZED. It looks EXACTLY like the photos... Amy is incredibly nice and very down to earth... Dwight the office manager was amazing as well with anything we needed. He works extremely hard to make the area look nice. We will be coming back each year for sure ( a few times) it was just me and my hubby but next time we are bringing My 10 and 11 year Old kids which will be perfect for them (with the bunk in hall way) The pool is literally right outside the back door... if u have kids u can sit on patio and watch them in the big open area outside.. this place is perfect We stayed almost 2 weeks and it felt like home with EVERYTHING we needed ... they have a crockpot if that says anything at all....?? We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! Thanks so much!

Loved staying at Seacove 9c - It was just my husband and I, and we easily could have brought our 4 1/2 year old grandson. Pool right outside the living room- super easy/short walk to the beach. Between Poland’s Joes and Whales Tail- my favorite are to set up beach camp. Condo has everything you need from Kitchen ware, tupperware, coolers, beach toys, laundry,etc. if you don’t have the $$$ to be on the beach, this is the next best thing! Very nice and comfortable King bed! We come every year, usually a couple times. If we are not with big group and needing a large house, I will stay here every tile. Perfect for family with kids.

We absolutely loved the location of the condo. It was a quiet & private place not busy at all, the pool rarely had anyone in it but us. Our 6 yr old daughter loved the pool..we walked to dairy queen just about every night & even to rolled dunes ice cream. There's a beach store right next door thats super convenient. The beach was basically private and not crowded at all. Everyday was absolutely perfect. Amy recommended so many fun things & new things we've never done or even been and we try to come every year since we were married at henderson Beach in 2011. There was chairs & umbrellas and sand toys included and we honestly didn't have to worry about a thing. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip & look forward to planning our next stay in paradise!

Our family of 4 stayed here in July 2020 and had a wonderful experience. The condo was recently updated, has everything you need, and was cleaned well. The space was just perfect. The bedroom was spacious with an extremely comfortable mattress. My daughter enjoyed the soft bunk beds, while my son preferred to sleep on the sleeper sofa. All were comfortable. We all had our own space when we wanted it, which was nice. The patio is large and shaded and there is plenty of room to store your pool toys and to hang your towels to dry. There is a huge grass area and the pool is large with several areas of shade surrounding the pool. There was never more than 10-15 people at the pool, but most of the time, our family swam alone. My kids loved the colors of the pool at night. Most importantly, the beach is less than a 5 minute walk. The beach wasn’t very crowded and everyone was able to socially distance very well. We took umbrellas, snacks, our small cooler, boogie boards and stayed a few hours each day. The sand and water are the cleanest you will ever see. Our family can’t wait to go back!

Our family of 5 - 2 adults, 3 boys (ages 9,7 & 5) stayed here for 6 nights. The condo was updated and very clean. It had the most comfy beds! For being on the small side, everything was laid out very efficiently. We cooked all our own meals and ate either inside at the counter or on the patio. The kitchen has everything you need. Our kids loved having a grassy area to run and play in as well as having the pool a few steps away. The 2 minute walk to the ocean was a game changer. The condo has a great laundry room off the front porch that comes with everything you need to have fun at the beach. We will stay here again in the future.

From the decor to the location - this place is absolutely amazing from beginning to end ... amenities galore ... beach chairs and toys all included with access to a private beach with an incredible saltwater pool ... I can’t say enough about this condo and the owners... we’ve been coming to Destin since 2003 and have always stayed in the same location - but after this stay we definitely have a new Destin home for our family

Seacove 9C - Family Friendly, Ground Level, Poolside!
Upon entering our gated community, you will find one parking spot reserved for the unit located conveniently right outside the door. There are additional unmarked spots nearby if you have more than one car. The unit is ground level, which means no lugging suitcases, groceries, or beach gear up and down stairs!
The master bedroom has plenty of room for your clothes with a large closet and chest of drawers. There is also a brand new king sized mattress, flat screen Roku TV, and a door for easy access to the bathroom. The bathroom has a large vanity for storage as well as a tub/shower unit, which is convenient if you have little ones!
Along the main hallway are adorable, nautical themed built-in bunks, which children of all ages are sure to enjoy! Our fully equipped kitchen has brand new Whirlpool appliances, cabinets and countertops, along with being stocked with any supplies you'll need if you plan to stay in and cook during your stay. The breakfast bar has ample seating for five people and the kitchen table will comfortably seat four. The large, open family room has a brand new smart Roku TV and plenty of comfy furniture to relax, watch a movie, or play games after a long day enjoying the Florida sun!
Through the sliding glass doors you will find a private patio with a brand new dining table with seating for four. The patio overlooks a very large grassy area where kids and adults can play games, pass frisbees/balls or just run and have fun! We are just steps from the gated, zero entry swimming pool- which has an abundance of lounge chairs, tables, and shaded seating areas. The saltwater pool is cooled during the summer months and heated during the winter months. Seacove is a small, family oriented community that often hosts movie nights during the busier seasons and holiday gatherings poolside!
Our unit has a freshly painted, well organized laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. This space is designated specifically to your unit and is conveniently located right off of the front porch. This is also a great place to store all of your beach gear. Our unit has chairs, umbrellas, beach bags, a beach cart and beach toys to borrow during your stay. If you aren't wanting to carry anything with you to the beach, there is a beach service with chairs and umbrellas that offer a discounted rate to Seacove guests. You can add this on when booking your reservation if you prefer this option.
Steps from the unit, just across a 2 way residential street (2 minute walk~100 yds), will take you to the beach access which is for Seacove guests. Our beach is semi-private- not close to any high rises or public parking. There is no competing for a front row spot here! Sit back and have plenty of space to watch your kids play on the white sugar sand beach. This area is perfect for swimming and snorkeling in the calm, crystal clear waters of the gulf.  We've seen plenty of fish, sea turtles, and dolphins in the area...each day at the beach always brings a new surprise! If you are feeling more adventurous, you can walk less than 1/2 mile in either direction to rent jet-skis, paddleboards, kayaks or take a banana boat ride! Take a walk to nearby Whale's Tail or Pompano Joe's and grab a fun cocktail or enjoy a beach bonfire on select nights in front of the Beach Bar.
The location of Seacove is along a paved bike path/walking trail that stretches for miles! There is a bike/scooter/golf cart rental right outside of our gates. We are within walking distance to multiple ice cream shops, restaurants, coffee shop, winery, and shopping. The grocery store and the Silver Sands outlet mall is a quick 1 mile away from the condo. We are also within 3 miles of both Grand Boulevard and Destin Commons, if shopping is your thing!
The possibilities are endless during your stay at our little beach retreat! We know you will love our location, and friendly little community just as much as we do. We certainly think that Seacove is a hidden gem in Miramar Beach! Consider spending your vacation with us...you won't be disappointed!
