This privately owned condo/townhouse in Seascape Resort is being made available for rental to selected guests. The three bedroom, two bath unit features a king bedroom and attached bathroom on the main level, an ocean-view King master suite with private screened in deck, and a bonus bedroom with single trundle bed which converts into a king bed.. It features a fully equipped, full size kitchen, spacious living room, dining area, breakfast counter, screened in lakefront patio. As an end unit there are many extra windows so the space is light and airy. And it is but a few steps to the beach. As part of the 300 acre Seascape Resort you also enjoy access to an 18 hole championship golf course, tennis center, and five pools (one which is 50 feet from your door), and did I mention the fishing?

There are new flat-screen TVs throughout, premium linens in the bedrooms, cable TV service and WiFi high-speed internet access. And if you don't want to visit one of the over 200 restaurants in the area, there is a dining table on the covered, screened-in patio, and a community charcoal grill just outside. Think of it as YOUR home away from home, only at the beach!!!

The owner installed a state of the art HVAC system with moisture controls for lowering humidity in the unit (important in gulf-front properties), complete with germicidal UV lights to kill microbes, mold spores, bacteria and viruses.  Probably the healthiest unit in Seascape.
