Cancellation Policy/Rules:
100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date. 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date. Every effort will be made to re-book unit and if condo is re-booked the amount of the new booking will be refunded, less $50 administrative fee.
This condo is non-smoking and no pets are allowed. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. During the summer season (Memorial Day weekend 'til mid-August) this condo is ONLY available on a weekly basis, Saturday to Saturday. Call Steve at 205.222.5757 for available discounts.
