Cancellations prior to 30 days before arrival date are refunded 100%. After 30 days the amount of the refund is equal to the amount that the condo is re-rented for, less a $50 processing fee. Cash and check are accepted for payment. 3.5% processing fee for credit card usage.

The condo is located about 100 yards to the beach access and maybe 50 steps to one of Seascape's five available pools. The lake behind the unit has given up numerous five to ten pound bass to guests (catch and release only, no FL fishing license required). Multiple restaurants and resort activities are within walking distance.
