Paradise at Seawinds is a beautiful 4-bedroom, 3-bath townhome located directly on the emerald coast of Miramar Beach! This tastefully decorated townhome boasts its own private beach and spectacular panoramic coastal views. The first floor features a guest bedroom with a twin-over-king bunk bed, a bunk room with 2 twin over twin bunk beds, a living area with a queen sleeper sofa, a twin pull out, a kitchenette, and access to the large covered patio where you can enjoy sunset dinners from the outdoor dining table. Be surrounded by gulf views on the main floor with windows that span across the living area, and feel right at home by the fireplace. You will love cooking in the spacious fully equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a wet bar. There's also a guest bedroom on the second floor with a twin-over-full bunk bed, along with a queen sleeper sofa and twin pull out chair in the living room. The master bedroom loft is on the third floor and has two king beds as well as a twin-over-queen bunk bed in a privacy nook, separated by coordinated blackout curtains. Paradise at Seawinds is located close to the Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nation's large designer factory outlet featuring more than 100 name brand designer stores. Also close by is the Destin Commons with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, a park with pop-up fountains at its center, and favorites like Bass Pro Shops and Hard Rock Cafe.
Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.
If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
