This is a well appointed condo with very comfortable beds in a newly renovated building. The condo is in a great location and is walking distance to several restaurants. We loved sitting on the balcony in the mornings watching all the dolphins swim. Some days there were 30+. We can’t wait to return!

This was our first trip to the gulf coast, and this condo did not disappoint! Very clean, kitchen was well equipped, and I'll never vacation without a washer and dryer in unit again! We had one small issue with a water leak, which the owner took care of immediately! Our unit also came with free beach setup for the week, which made things so much easier than having to lug your umbrella and chairs back and forth every day! We loved it so much, we booked our stay at Shoreline Towers for next year the minute we got home!

Property was clean, staff was friendly, unit was clean and had all the supplies we needed. Kitchen was well stocked, towels were good quality, beds were comfortable, nice to have a washer & dryer. It would be nice to have 4 chairs and a table on the patio.

I almost didn’t book it because there were not any reviews but the property looked great from the photos - I almost didn’t write a review because I want this property to be available again!! We are so glad we choose this property-Tower 1 is on the beach with an amazing view!! The property itself is spacious everything is nice- it has a “normal” size washer and dryer which is BIG deal for my family! 2 beach chairs were included which is another big deal for us! The property has a guard at the gate and checks tags. Great area to stay at as well!!

Good But we were without television from check in at 6 Sat night until 3 pm Tuesday. Needs a big supply of new dishes and furniture on balcony. Liked the spaciousness. Would love to return to Shoreline!!

Come enjoy your next vacation in this beachfront two-bedroom, two-bath condo located on the beach at Shoreline Towers in Destin, Florida. 1094 is located in Tower 1 on the 9th floor. The unit is fully furnished with all the comforts of a home, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Unit 1094 has a KING bed in the Master, 2 queen beds in the guest bedroom, and 2 roll-away twin beds. SLEEPS 8.
ALL NEW FURNITURE! There is ample seating in the living room and dining room. There are three flat screen tv's for everyone's entertainment. Unit 1094 has a full-size washer and dryer located in the unit for the guest's convenience. Complimentary starter kit of kitchen soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
Come sit on the balcony of the updated beachfront unit and enjoy the view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. Watch the dolphins swim by and enjoy your day just relaxing on your balcony.
