This is our 4th year staying in Bob's Condo....It is absolutely perfect in every way! Bob is always easy to work with and always answers all my tons of questions....Can't wait for our stay next year!!!

the property was in excellent condition. The owner did an excellent job of seeing that we had early access to the condo, and was available to answer all of our questions! Mr.Cox did an excellent job of providing additional instructions related to the use of the electronics, the fixtures, what to do and what not to do, all of which made us more comfortable in his condo. Would certainly enjoy staying in this facility again!

If you don’t try out Silver Beach Towers you are missing the best. The view, the Comdo, and Bob Cox. We love this place and will definitely stay there again.

We really loved Bob’s condo. It was perfect for our family get away! We have 2 smaller kids tho, and we sort of felt like bulls in a china shop :)
The entry way to the whole place was Super fancy and they know it...so that part gets locked up at night. Figuring out all the other ways to get into the elevators was sort of challenging and frustrating.... none of which has to do with this specific condo! It’s well equipped and even has some sand toys and boogie boards!
Just know... when choosing condos, if you have a ton to take to the beach... there is not a ramp. Only stairs...which made it difficult to get our beach wagon to the beach!
The pool is nice! And the grills are awesome for a nice night in!
I would come back again! And refer this place to anyone!

I searched for a long time before I decided on this condo. It’s exactly what the pictures show. Of course the view was the best part. Spent many hours just sitting on the balcony. Chair service was great! Pools were perfect. Walking distance to quite a few things. I would definitely stay again.

New in mid 2004, this resort is among the most exclusive on the Panhandle. This Non-Smoking, two bedroom, two bath, [approximately 1400 square feet on the 11th floor], Gulf-front condo has the perfect beach floor plan with both bedrooms and living room on the Gulf of Mexico. The master has a large bath with a jetted Jacuzzi tub. the kitchen is fully-equipped and has a separate laundry room. Enjoy the two pools [seasonally heated] and the spectacular sunsets year-round from your balcony.
Silver Beach Towers has 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, and a lighted tennis court. Silver Shells, a short walk away, has a Ruth Chris steakhouse and a day spa. Henderson State Park is also a short walk down the beach. Within minutes there is golf, fishing charters, water park, and the largest designer outlet mall in America. This is a great vacation for everyone. Rental includes free beach set-up so all you need is your suntan lotion.
