Condo worked perfectly for our family. Owner kept us very informed through the whole process. Comfortable bed and everything we needed. We did go buy a couple of blankets as we could not find any extra blankets and the weather was a little cool.

Easily the nicest place we’ve ever stayed in, and we have been vacationing in the area for 30 years. Believe me, if anyone can find a fault with a property it’s me! We had a last-minute cancellation on another condo we had rented months before. The owners of this condo were great and made last minute accommodations for me and my family. Condo was beautiful and very spacious...right next to the beach! Amenities were great and communication with owner was wonderful. Our two families of 10 had an AMAZING stay at SBT1206W! Mike made the entire process so easy with plenty of details and step by step instructions from the moment I booked until the moment we checked out. The condo was absolutely STUNNING and extremely clean!! Plenty of space for our group of 10 including closet and drawer space to unpack for the week. Coming and going to and from the condo was quick and easy and did not have to wait longer than 1 minute for the elevator which is not always the case at other condo locations we have stayed at in the past. There is a liquor store right across the street from the condo which was super convenient, along with go-karts, putt-putt, kid rides that were an easy walk to one evening and SUPER fun! The pools were a lot bigger than I had anticipated and never felt overly crowded especially for it being prime spring break week. I highly suggest to register for your beach chair locations the moment Mike sends the info to do so. We were lucky to have front row seats every day due to registering right away; which was a HUGE plus to be able to watch our 6 kids going in and out of the water. If you are considering booking this condo, stop contemplating and do it!! You will not be disappointed!! Thank you, Mike for an unforgettable family vacation! We can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful week in Destin. Accommodations we great. Location is convenient to anything you want to do! Beach chair set up were a nice plus. Beds are comfortable. Only suggestion would be to move the queen beds to the middle bedroom. Since our grandkids were in there, they would prefer the tub and not the shower in the current queen bed room! Highly recommend!

We stayed in this property a couple of weeks back, and could not have been more pleased! The condo was clean and the floorplan was particularly good for us, as the master is separate from the other three bedrooms. - The grounds at this complex are immaculate, well-maintained and beautiful. -Although we were there at one of the busiest weeks in June, we rarely ran into other folks in the elevator. And I can’t remember a single time we waited more than 60 seconds for an elevator. That speaks to the organized way the building is set up. Condos that end in 04-06 have two elevators just for them. -I need to take a few words to indicate how pleasant it was to communicate with the owner, Mike. It was easy to text or call him. I had made a boo-boo at the beginning of my reservation, and rather than wait for an email, he called right away. As we were out of the country at the time it saved us a lot of stress. -The manner in which the beach chair reservations are handled makes it so much easier than in years past (other places we’ve rented). There is NO getting down there at 7 AM to be sure that you get your chairs. The condo came with two sets, and we added an additional one, which was all arranged before we arrived. -The master bed was very comfortable, and our other family reported the same about the other beds. -We cooked every evening, and found the kitchen well-supplied. -Also, because Destin is extremely busy, as you probably know, this complex comes out at a stoplight. So if you need to turn left, no problem! My husband and I walked early in the mornings so if you’re walkers, go across the road and walk toward the airport…quieter than the main road. -The extensive view is beautiful from the condo, and you can see both pools from the balcony as well. -This is an easy 5-star rating to share!

First off, Mike (our host) was great. Communicated great and was very detailed. We never once were left wondering about the process. The place is very nice and spacious and everyone had their own room. The views are gorgeous and the beach setup is very convenient (reserve your chairs early in order to ensure 1st row setup). Parking was easy and getting in and out was a breeze. Would definitely recommend.

Every year we take a trip to Destin and ALWAYS stay in Silver Beach Towers! The property is very well maintained, clean, friendly and has all the amenities for a fun trip if you choose not to even leave the property!
We LOVED our condo!! Great for a BIG family! It was VERY CLEAN and updated! My personal favorite was the kitchen! It was equipped with EVERYTHING! Loved the big dinning table on the balcony to enjoy our family dinners! We will definitely be returning to W1206â¤

Are you considering a 2024/25 extended winter stay? then email us now with your dates for big discounts on 1,2,3 month stays. During beach service season (March 1st thru October 31st) we only offer weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday.
Booking us here owner-direct and avoiding the approximate 14% online travel agency fee is easy... just click on the "Contact Host" orange colored tab on this page and email us with your dates. A summary of our condo's features by room are:
Living room... a comfortable slipcovered sectional sofa provides plenty seating, large 75" wall mounted 4K Roku television with free high speed WIFI lets you to sign in to your own premium channel accounts (HBO, Showtime, Netflix, etc) and watch them while your at the beach! Just don't forget to log-out of accounts when you check-out.
Dining Room... The large round dining table provides seating dining for 6-7 guests . A counter height sofa bar bar table in the dining roof provides dining space for another 3 guests.
Kitchen... Custom white shaker wood cabinets, white ice granite counters, white appliances. Thoughtfully stocked with upgraded pots, pans, dinnerware and utensils. Custom ceiling lighting in kitchen and hallways on dimmers lets you adjust for mood lighting.
Gulf side balcony... Large gulf front balcony with unobstructed water views. New aluminium balcony furniture (see our pics) provides social seating and dining options everyone in your party.
Master bedroom (bedroom 1)... a spacious and private retreat with king size bedding, floor to ceiling water views and along with a working desk for those working remotely, a large 65" high definition Roku 4K wall mounted television, luxurious private master bathroom with double bowl sinks, walk in shower, and a large soaking tub.
Bedroom 2... king size bed with a luxurious gel mattress. Balcony access with views of Destin and the amusement area. High definition wall mounted 55" Roku 4K streaming television.
Bedroom 3... king size bed with a luxurious gel mattress. Balcony access with views of Destin and the amusement area. Window views of the gulf of mexico from the bed pillows. High Definition wall mounted 55" Roku 4K streaming television.
Bedroom 4... two comfortable queen size full length beds can sleep four adults in the privacy of a bedroom. This bedroom features its own fully updated private full bathroom (Bathroom 2) with a walk-in shower. High definition wall mounted 55" 4K Roku television. Balcony access with views of Destin and the amusement area.
Hallway bathroom 3... custom white shaker cabinets with plenty of cabinet storage.
Laundry room... Brand new for 2024... a large capacity front load clothes washer & dryer set in a private laundry room.
Interior flooring... wall to wall LVP wood plank floors in every room, closet and hallways. Not a stitch of wall to wall carpeting in the condo.
Free Parking... A total of four complimentary parking permits are available upon request. Every stay includes one assigned parking space in the gated garage and unassigned parking for up to three additional cars. Unassigned parking is on a first come, first serve basis.
Miscellaneous... 2,080 of interior air conditioned space, plus a large gulf side balcony and a second city side balcony. We are on the end of the building with amazing views from three sides. Custom lighting with dimmer switches for adjusting mood lighting in hallways and kitchens. All sliding doors feature custom room darkening heavy drapery. In each bedroom you'll find plenty of wall hooks for hanging towels hats and jackets as well as a full length dressing mirror.
Important changes regarding Silver Beach Towers Resort and its' beach services... Silver Beach Towers Association ("SBTA") owns the 600 foot private beach at the resort and operates daily beach services from March 1 thru October 31 each year. Effective 3/1/2024 and beyond, SBTA no longer offers complimentary daily beach setups. All guests will need to purchase their own daily beach service directly from the SBTA . An SBTA daily beach setup consists of two chairs and 1 umbrella. The published prices for SBTA daily beach service effective 3/1/2024 are $30 per day for the first daily setup. Each additional setup is $65 per day. Extra umbrellas are $25 each per day. These published prices are not guaranteed for future reservation dates and are subject to change by SBTA at anytime.
Silver beach towers resort has two large swimming pools, two hot tubs, outdoor beach showers, a tennis court and complimentary gas BBQ grills. Building features include key fob access to the building's exterior locking doors. Interior hallways to all condos are carpeted and air conditioned. Two elevators service only three condos per floor. Please note that Silver Beach Towers does NOT have a fitness center and that travelers who need one should either consider a different resort property or purchase a temporary guest membership at a nearby third party fitness center.
