The moment you open the front door of this 4th floor unit, your eyes will capture the sparkling emerald green waters and white sugar sandy beaches.  You will be immediately drawn into this beckoning unit decorated in tranquil calming colors with gorgeous tile flooring throughout.  Full length mirrors on the living room wall capture and reflect the gulf waters all around you....bringing in lots of light and sunshine into this paradise retreat.

This large two bedroom/2 bath units sleeps up to 6 and has all the amenities of home and more.  The gulf front living area has a large sectional SLEEPER SOFA and a recliner along with a 55 inch flat screen SMART TV and DVD.  There is also a we bar with an undercounter wine /beverage refrigerator for storing those happy hour necessities.

The kitchen features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and everything you need to cook and serve up a pizza or a gourmet meal on beautiful dishes and tableware.  The breakfast bar along the with dining room table can seat 6 people comfortably.  And from the living, dining and kitchen rooms the sparkling gulf water dominate and command your view.

The large gulf front master bedroom has a super comfortable KING bed, large SMART TV/DVD and an attached bathroom area with with walk-in closet.  The bathroom has a double sink vanity, jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower.  The master bedroom has direct access to the gulf front balcony.  And you have amazing water views while you are lying in bed.  What a perfect way to wak up in the morning!!!

The guest bedroom features a KING size bed with a comfortable tempurpedic mattress, flat screen TV/DVD and plenty of dresser drawers and closet space.  The guest bedroom has an attached bathroom with a shower/tub, toilet and single sink vanity.  And there is a high end queen size SLEEPER SOFA in the living room.

The gulf front balcony is large with breathtaking views of the beach and ocean.  There are two lounger for catching rays; a high top table for cocktails and meals; and 2 comfortable swivel rockers perfect for that first cup of morning coffee.  From your 4th floor scenic view, you can watch your kids play on the beach, swim in the large pool or enjoy the hut tub.  And I can't even begin to describe the exquisite sunsets.  It is one of the "Greatest Ocean Views on the Gulf".  

Your rental comes with Complimentary Beach Service at Sterlings Sands Beach - two lounge chairs and a large umbrella (a savings of over $200/week).  We also keep 4 extra beach chairs, 2 coolers and beach toys foryour use in the outside owner's closet next to the front door.

For those of you that like to work out while on vacation, there is a Fitness Center on site next to the pool patio.  And unit 409 has one of the few GARAGE parking spots at Sterling Sands.  This spot is directly in front of the west elevator -- which makes for easy unloading and loading.  Ourunit also comes with an additional parking space in the open parking lot in front of the building.

Sterling Sands Resort in Destin is a mid-rise beachfront condo complex that is extremely popular with renters.  The complex is low density consisting of 8 floors with 112 gulf front units.  Amenities include a large gulf front pool (heated in season); an outdoor hot tub; a Fitnexx Center; a BBQ gas grill pavillion area and two beach Boardwalks with showers.  As mentioned earlier, in season (March 1 - Oct 31), you get complimentary Beach Service (2 lounge chairs and a large umbrella) on the pristine white sands of Sterling Sands Beach -- 380 feet of private beach just for Sterling Sands owners and guests.

You may never want to leave the complex, but when you are reay to venture out, Destin offers endles choices in fine and casual dining, shopping, water sports, Big Kahuna's water park, The Trak, golf, deep sea fishing, etc.
