This property on the beach was superb! The description on the website was accurate to a tee. The property was very clean, the beds and furniture was very comfortable, and the location was excellent being close to the restaurants and a two minute walk to the beach! They had board games, novels to read, magazines, and Netflix to watch. Only thing I could critic is put King James bibles in the draws in the bedrooms, some of us still believe in reading the word of God on vacation!! Thanks for a wonderful experience!!

This condo was absolutely beautiful and spacious. The ocean view and the nice deck were so nice. It was just a short walk to the beach. Would love to stay here again.

Overall we had a great time ! The condo is as pictured ! We honestly were amazed at how big it is ! Plenty of space for 5 adults and a two year old . There are beach toys in the closet and games and puzzles in the drawers in the dining area . There are also vhs and dvds in the drawers as well . They leave plenty of bath towels and wash clothes too ! We were disappointed in the two king beds . Extremely uncomfortable and lumpy . They definitely need replacing or a nice topper should help . The queen bed was nice and pretty comfortable . The two pools are nice and we enjoyed both of them ! The beach access is right across the street . Very easy to walk to even with a two year old ! The beach is private (there are ropes up) . The beach “chair guys” don’t allow anyone to set up where they aren’t supposed to . We tried one day to set up right on the other side of the rope and we weren’t allowed . We did rent chairs the last 2 days we were there . It was around $50 per day plus tax for 2 chairs and an umbrella. It is a small private beach area and if you don’t rent chairs you must set up behind the chair rentals . Also no tents only umbrellas are allowed . We had a great vacation and would definitely stay here again !

Everything was as expected or nicer. We had a slight hick up at check in but the property management company was not only available late pm (on a Saturday) but they were also very responsive, a rep was at our door within minutes, EXCELLENT customer service.
To the owners: we greatly appreciate you allowing our stay in your lovely condo. Sterling Shores was perfect for our family and we actually felt like we were at a resort, all of the amenities were perfect. Thank you!
To those looking to rent this property: we highly recommend and would hands down stay here again. Some of the perks worth mentioning: unit is located steps from the elevator which makes arrival & departure awesome. The unit is VERY well sound insulated, we were not disturbed by others coming/going at all (important with a Baby in tow!). We had everything we could have thought to need to make our stay comfortable & enjoyable. It was CLEAN!
Tips for others:
Coffee machine is a combo traditional brew or Pod, so bring your own filters & coffee or pods.
Dryer takes a long time to fully dry clothes, so dont start a load in the evening or you'll be up all night waiting for it to dry.
One of King bedrooms ( the one with the wet bar) can function like its own separate wing/ apartment, it has both an entrance door from the condo foyer AND the outside hallway. the only (drawback? or maybe for some it is a benefit..) is the condo foyer door for this space is very heavy (like an exterior door) & does not stay open on its own.
The closets in each bedroom are HUGE, we joked that we could have put a pack & play in there and made a mini bedroom for a baby ( doors OPEN for ventilation, of course!).
The large pool is not heated, the smaller one just outside of the gate next to the restaurant IS heated. We stayed in April, so it did make a difference for us.
The beach chair rental was $50/day for 2 chairs & an umbrella. Rate may change seasonally, but again, we stayed in April. If you do not wish to rent the chair/ umbrella you can still use that section of the beach, just behind the row(s) of chairs/ umbrellas (no pop up tents allowed, but bringing your own umbrella is OK).
The hall closet of the condo is FULL of beach toys, boogie boards, pool noodles, an umbrella & some beach chairs.
It is still COVID times, so the elevator has a sign posted that to use the elevator you must be masked to enter, about 75% of the time it seemed no one wore a mask/followed rules.

Complimentary 2 beach chairs and an umbrella at the beach for your use. A $50.00 a day value. Free tickets on a daily basis to many of the areas most popular activities. The list includes party boat fishing, dolphin cruise, parasailing, snorkeling, golf at 4 of the local courses just to name a few activities. During the busy months we book Saturday to Saturday. During the regular months you may contact by email Bob 1 of the owners of Beach Therapy and he may be able to set you up with a 3 to 6 day stay if you can't stay for 7 days.
BEACH THERAPY is a 3 bedroom 3 bath condo nestled in a welcoming, family-friendly resort. Beautiful views of the Gulf from the condo's private balcony where you can sit and relax. This unit is one of the largest floor plans in the building with all rooms on one level. You will enter the spacious living dining portions of this residence and face a triple set of sliding glass doors for private balcony access which also frames the sensational scenery. This beach view balcony spans all the way across from living area to the Master Bedroom Suite. The second King suite has its own large closet, and small refrigerator to allow guests to have privacy in their own quarters. Plus it has an attached shower & bath. The third bedroom has a queen size bed. You will find yourself wanting to spend your leisure time here while sipping favorite drinks as you relish vivid views of the glittering gulf from above the palm-studded grounds beside the lagoon pool. A couch that can double as a queen -sized sleeper sofa, a love seat, and two tropical accent chairs face the outdoor views along with a TV for entertainment. The open kitchen comes fully equipped and features a mocha-toned granite – topped bat with additional raised seating for entertaining. A six-person table in the dining room is just waiting for your next family meal. A private washer / dryer will help keep towels and swimsuits beach ready. The unit comes with cable and Wi-Fi so people can stream from their devices while trying to enjoy some down time.
The lushly landscaped resort grounds are forested with clusters of towering tropical palms scattered around a large lagoon-shaped swimming pool with five curvy sides. An expansive patio has lots of space to lounge around while a Tiki Bar & Grill provides savory sandwiches, snacks, and cool refreshments poolside. Just steps away, guests have a private gated beach access, which is next to an additional beachfront pool (heated during the winter months), allowing guests to go from a pool plunge to a surf splash or vice versa in no time. If you get hungry, the resort has a snack bar or a grill area to show off BBQ skills. If you are feeling up for it there is an onsite fitness center. NO dog(s) or other pets are allowed in this property.
Parking notes: All guests are allowed to have two vehicles per condo on the property. Sterling Shores does not require parking passes. Parking is open and no specific spaces are assigned to each condo. The HOA does not allow any trailers, campers, scooters, oversized vehicles , golf carts, ATVS, jet skis, boats, or anything else of that nature to park on the property. If they find any parked, they will give warnings then have it towed at the owner's expense ! No parking passes are required , but we ask that all guests park in the open parking lot and not in the covered parking garages. The garages are for paid owners only; any unregistered vehicles will be towed at the vehicle owner's expense.
Sterling Shores is a smoke free environment with smoking prohibited in all common areas, as well as balconies, pool areas, and the private beach.
The beachfront community pool is typically heated for all winter months at the discretion of the HOA.
