Spectacular condo with great space for all the family. Very clean and well maintained and decorated. We all had a wonderful time at the beach and views are great from the balcony.

Very spacious condo with everything you need. George is great to desl with and always avaiabke to answer your questions. Balcony super big and great to sit and read, especially nice in Jan and Feb out of the wind Recommend to both small and big families.

This condo was absolutely amazing. Very spacious, gorgeous sun rises and sunsets, balcony was perfect. Very clean and beautiful decor. Very up to date. Beds were comfy. Provided 2 box fans which was amazing. Sand toys and beach chairs was definitely a plus for the kids. Anything you could need was readily available. Great location. I definitely can’t wait to bring my family back.

Second stay here and not disappointed. Clean, large condo and great views. Sterling Shores is our favorite place to stay in Destin. This is our favorite condo. The owner George is great and easy to communicate with by text. Can’t say enough good things about this stay.

Very clean condo which was very important to us! George answered any questions we had right away and gave us some great suggestions on places to go eat close to the condo! MANY places within 3 miles and the highly recommended restaurant “The Back Porch” is literally steps from the condo! Great views! Very happy with our choice!

We very much enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean, very comfortable, and had plenty of room for our party to move around. We LOVED the balcony and the space to spread out to eat meals outside. The view is amazing! The kids had a blast in the bunk rooms. The separate suite was a great reprieve for our mother in law to get a nap in without being bothered by the loud kids. The master shower may have been my favorite part! The kitchen has all the utensils and pots you need to cook, which was so nice not have to buy anything extra. The only tiny thing we wished for was a keruig machine since I was the only one that drinks it, but there is a coffee maker that works well. The pool is steps away from the elevator. And, the walk to the beach and second pool was very nice and easy with 3 little kids. The location was perfect! The Back Porch was a simple walk. Walmart is a half a mile away so very easy to pick up food quickly. George is very open with communication and texted me back quickly with answers to my questions!

Awesome trip. So much to do in the area. Great views from the balcony. George was a great host and very responsive. The zero entry pool was fantastic foe people of all ages. We would like to return in 2024 for more great memories.

We come to Destin every year, and this place was the most immaculate and accommodating of any place we’ve stayed! George was awesome to work with and truly cares about your experience and is always available. The unit is spacious, and the balcony is oversized and my whole family of 11 enjoyed spending time out there. We can’t wait to come back and plan to book this exact room next year! Highly recommend!!

This condo is fabulous! My husband and I took our adult children and a few of their friends (9 adults) and had an awesome time! The condo is a huge 3 bedroom/3 bath well decorated and taken care of for sure! There was more than enough room for all of us. The views from the extra-large balcony are stunning. The pools and beach are steps from the condo. Walmart almost right across the street. Plenty of shopping and dining in walking distance or a short drive. Can't say enough great things about this place definitely have to see for yourself! George was a great host and always available to communicate if we had any questions! We definitely recommend this condo for your family vacation destination!!

If you're looking for a large newly renovated 3 bedroom condo with plenty of space for the whole family, you have to check this place out! Great views overlooking the emerald coast. This condo is in an ideal location with plenty to do within walking distance, along with grocery and restaurants nearby. The amenities of the Sterling Shores condo complex have always been a family favorite with 2 swimming pools, outdoor grilling stations, and a well stocked tiki bar down by the beach. This condo has a huge balcony with expansive views for the whole family to enjoy. George was a great host and always available to communicate if we had any questions! We definitely recommend this condo for your family vacation destination!!

We had an AMAZING stay at Sterling Shores! My and family and I vacation in Florida every summer and this year we decided we would tryout Destin for the first time. I can promise we will be back! George was most definitely the best owner we have ever dealt with. He never hesitated to answer any or all of my questions while being a first timer. Believe me there were a ton! The pictures of this property does no justice! Here you have all high end finishes, appliances and such a thoughtful design --- very luxurious. Every consideration was made to maximize their ocean front view!!! As I said before, George and his wife were extremely responsive, communicative and go well ABOVE and BEYOND to take care of their guests to ensure that we have a relaxing enjoyable vacation. I wish that I could give more than 5 stars because my experience at Sterling Shores with The Custer’s far EXCEEDS even my own very high expectations. I strongly recommend this host and this property --- the location and views are second to none!!! Believe me when I say, this condo is a little slice of heaven!!!

This Sterling Shores Condo was great for our 2 week stay. It was definitely our “Happy Place” and we were so sad to leave. Among the accommodations, we enjoyed the large deck with ample seating and miraculous view of the gulf including beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The condo itself provided for our family of 6 adults and 3 children with lots of space and privacy. The access to pool and beach were easy. We especially liked the ability to grill by the pool. Convenient location to everything was perfect! The owner, George, was super accessible and accommodating checking in with us to see if we needed anything and that we were comfortable with everything. We have been to Destin for 14 yrs and this was one of our best experiences. BIG thanks to George for sharing his beautiful condo!

Sterling Shores is our favorite place to stay. We’ve rented other condos there for over 15 years. As our family grows so did or size needs. We stayed in a similar sized condo last fall, it was nice too, but it hadn’t been newly remodeled like this one. Also, this condo is on the east end so the side, floor to ceiling windows, have a great view. There is a large deck looking toward the ocean. Rear bedroom is like an apartment all to itself. The owner, George, provided his phone number and was easy to communicate with. Nicest, best experience yet.

The condo was a perfect fit for our vacation with even better views of the water. We were able to see dolphins swimming two of the mornings while we drank our coffee on the huge balcony. The condo is also on the end so it’s very quiet. The condo was renovated very nicely with updated features. The two pools, tiki bar and private beach access made it nice to switch it up each day with our three kids. Will definitely be looking to book again in the future and highly recommend.

The condo itself is sooo spacious, updated and soo comfortable. It is beautifully updated and has gorgeous views of the beach. The pool areas are very convenient and right there on the beach. The rooms were very cozy and quiet which I was thrilled about because both my new baby and toddler slept great! By far the best owner we have rented from. Kind, accommodating and easy to talk to. Will most likely book again because none of us wanted to leave!

Beautiful condo with huge balcony overlooking the Gulf. Condo is spacious with garbage chute close by and ice machine on ground floor. 2 pools and steps from the beach. Everything was perfect. Close to everything. Would definitely return. Owner was easy to work with.

This condo is beautiful! Updated, clean and has amazing views with a huge balcony! Very central and so many things to do nearby! The owner was great and made it very easy to communicate with him before, during, and after our stay!

The unit looked brand new with an amazingly large balcony where you can hear & see the waves hit the sand. Every bed was incredibly comfortable. The unit it was super clean, comfy & had all the necessary supplies for a wonderful vacation! George was a great host & answered all texts immediately. Sterling Shores is a very well maintained property with gorgeous grounds. The convenient heated pool on the beach & The Back Porch right next door made this the perfect Destin resort. We will be back for years to come!

The condo is amazing! The owner also worked with us and our needs well. He is very good at communicating before, during, and even after the stay! The condo is very clean and up to date with an amazing view. Highly Recommend and will be returning!

I had the pleasure of staying at the beach condo and was blown away by the breathtaking views of the ocean from the balcony. The condo was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable and the linens were soft and luxurious. What really made my stay exceptional was the incredible host. George went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed and communicated very well with the happenings around the condo area. The location of the condo couldn't have been better. It was just steps away from the beach, and there were plenty of great restaurants and shops within walking distance. The condo fit our family of 7 perfectly with plenty of extra room. Overall, I cannot recommend this beach condo and host highly enough. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway with stunning views, comfortable accommodations, and exceptional hospitality, this is the place for you!

This was a very clean and well laid out condo. From the moment we booked we had clear and precise communication. We got there with no problems and the place was spectacular. Well laid out, beautiful decor and spectacular views of the ocean and beach. It is close to everything that we needed for the family as well, stores restaurants in walking distance and lots of fun activities all around. George was a great host and made our time there very special. Thanks again and we will be booking this again soon.

The condo is so large and we all just felt like we had so much room to move around.   Never felt crowded.  I know this is going to be renovated and cannot wait to come back.
