Communication with Kurt was very good. Location and property was very nice. Kitchen was well stocked with all the kitchen necessities. Would definitely recommend and I would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay! This was our second time and we enjoyed it just as much as the first time. It’s like being at home! We love it. The community is so nice and the pool is amazing. Never crowded. We will be definitely be renting again. Kurt is very responsive. There is a wagon, float and beach toys for the kids which is so nice so we do not have to worry about bringing ours. The kitchen has everything you will need for cooking. I highly recommend!!

Perfect place to stay in Destin! A short walk to the beach and a short walk to many restaurants. Kurt was a great host. He checked in to make sure everything was working and the house was just as we expected. This house comes with EVERYTHING you may need for the beach. Beach chairs, wagon, cooler, sant toys, boogie boards and pool floats. I was so happy we didn’t have to drag all this down on our long drive. The house also has a huge drawer of family games which we loved too. We enjoyed this house so much we are already looking at booking again in the next few weeks to come back.

The condo is very nice and had everything we needed. Close to everything. My husband loved it and the beds are so comfortable. Loved having the wagon and beach chairs which are very nice also. Will definitely return!!!

We had a great stay at the property. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. It was very roomy for our group. Everyday that we got back from the beach the atmosphere was like we were at home. The residents are very nice and take pride in the grounds. Mr. Brinkman was very accommodating in every way. This is our second time visiting this property and will definitely be back.

This was my first visit to Destin, FL, but have been to many other vacation spots and have stayed in rental units. This condo was everything we needed - - great location, comfortable and stunning ambiance with newness and attention to detail very obvious. Very clean and modern facilities - - but also homey. All the amenities you could want with plenty of space to accommodate multiple families and/or groups. We had access to all that Destin has to offer within close proximity. Ideally situated and very close to beach. Pool is just a few steps away from the front door. All in all a great experience and one we hope to repeat.

This Destin condo was spacious, immaculate, and a lovely place to stay. Six adults stayed comfortably. Nice patio for sitting outside. Appreciated having an ironing board and iron as we traveled for an event in Destin. Greatly appreciated the beach supplies in the garage. Made our time at the beach very relaxing. It was great not to have to pack a beach towel as well. The complex pool was very well maintained and quiet. We sometimes had the pool to ourselves. Close to groceery store and restaurants. Owners were very responive. We highly recommned this property!!

The condo was new and clean with plenty of room. Proximity to the beach was a huge plus. The kids loved the huge pool. Proximity to the restaurants and shopping was perfect for entertaining the entire family. The beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen was the perfect size for the entire family! The owners were very responsive, answered all of our questions and were very easy to work with.
