Great condo and location! We were slightly worried about being across the street from the beach, but it worked out wonderfully. Thank you to Bob and Diane for your hospitality, always quick answers to emails, and for the welcome gift of key lime pie and strawberries! We can’t wait to come back!

We had an absolute amazing vacation. Our condo was clean and beautifully decorated. Perfect location with beautiful pools and just a short walk to the beach. The owners are very kind and easy to contact. We look forward to many vacations here!

This was our first visit to Destin and won't be our last. Very nice, clean, well maintained condo. Loved the location, condo had everything we needed and you all were wonderful to work with. We got the pleasure to meet Bob and we enjoyed the delicious Key Lime Pie he delivered. Thank you for sharing your place with us, we hope to return next year!!

 We so enjoyed staying at your condo for our beach vacation! We had everything we needed for our stay and the condo was so clean upon our arrival. Having "The Back Porch Restaurant" at our back door was fabulous and Henderson State Park was a dream find for non-crowded beaches. Thank you so much for the delicious key lime pie, what a treat! Hopefully, we will get to stay again soon!

 Thank you for allowing us to vacation at your condom #312. It has been a much needed vacation as we await the birth of my daughter and son in law's next son. This mother daughter w/grandson was such a nice get away. Weather was perfect and the condo is lovely. So impressed with the cleanliness and accommodations. The key lime pie was a nice treat and my favorite. We hope to rent from you next time we plan a Destin trip.

Let me start off by saying if you want to be on vacation but feel like you are home, this is the place. From my first conversation on the phone with Diane I knew this was the one for us. The facility was in a great gated place not far from the things me and two 18 year old girls wanted to do. Our condo was beautiful and we looked over the beautiful pool and could see the ocean from the top of the palms (BEAUTIFUL). The short stroll to the beach wasn’t bad at all. You had the most beautiful flowers to look at on the way. When we go back this is the perfect home away from home for us. I was so lucky to been able to rent from two most precious people. Many wishes Bob and Diane thanks again for the Key Lime pie DELICIOUS!

First of all, Bob and Diane are honest truth worthy people. They are so kind and accommodating. They respond to emails and phone calls immediately. The condo was very clean and very spacious. It is an end unit overlooking the pool which is beautiful. This a just A great place to stay. It is super close to the pool and beach. You can walk to just about anything. The back porch restaurant is almost on the same property. 312 is the perfect place for a great price and you will LOVE Bob and Diane!! We will be back!!!

I looked at several condos, after speaking to Diane and seeing the photos of the unit at Sterling Shores I just knew it was the one for us. Diane was such a sweetheart and went above and beyond to accommodate us. When we arrived Bob was the exact same. He had a cart waiting loaded luggage for me and helped us up to the condo. I was only traveling with my children who are 2 and 4. The condo was just PERFECT for us, so clean! Gorgeous view of the kiddie pool, palm trees, and ocean! The Back Porch restaurant was ahhhhmazing! We are there 3 times! So convenient to walk to and such delicious food. We also walked to the beach several times a day it was not a far walk at all. Beach was so beautiful that white powdery sand and blue green water. The thing that was everything for us was the kiddie pool! My kids LOVED it. The zero entry was huge! They just played and played all day! We did the sunset cruise with AJ's and it was also fabulous. So close to EVERYTHING!!!’ And did I mention the super Walmart is literally right across the road. I can not wait to go back to Sterling Shores #312 and make more memories with my Family.

Our stay in Destin, Florida at Diane and Bob’s condo at Sterling Shores Condominium, 1751 Scenic Hwy 98, unit 312, has been wonderful. From the moment we first emailed them, to the moment we arrived, we felt very comfortable. This was our first experience at booking online. Diane and Bob are always available if we have any questions, and answer all our enquiries in a speedy manner. Once we arrived at the condo it was exactly as portrayed in the pictures that were posted. It is spacious, very clean and bright. The condo is fully equipped. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. One of the two pools is close to the beach, is heated to near hot tub temperature, so be assured that you will appreciate your time outdoors to the sound of the waves. As extra touches, Diane and Bob had fresh orange juice and a delicious key lime pie waiting for us in the fridge. They put fresh cut flowers that came from their garden in a vase on the table. They also created and provided us with a things to see, do, and places to eat guide. We actually find the information to be very useful. If you are looking for a great place to stay, look no further and contact Diane and Bob!

"Karen and I thoroughly enjoyed our 1/1/2020-3/1/2020 stay at Bob and Diane's Sterling Shores condo as much as we did last years 1/1/2019-3/15/2019 respite from Michigan's winter. For anyone considering a place in Destin to enjoy not only the amenities the area offers, but also looking for an immaculate and comfortable condo overlooking beautifully maintained grounds, we highly recommend Bob and Diane's Sterling Shores Unit 312. Perfect for the two of us. Being long time residents of Destin, Bob and Diane know the area very well and are eager to share their knowledge to make your stay eventful and fulfilling. For both of our arrivals, we were treated to a Key Lime pie, orange juice and loaf of bread in the refrigerator and a clean and well stocked condo which gave us a true home away from home feeling. Thank you, Bob and Diane, for making our last two winters so memorable. The white sand beaches of Destin were a pleasure to walk along and I in particular will miss the countless seafood restaurants. Sorry our moving plans won't allow us to return this next winter but, we will always remember the two of you and Sterling Shore Unit 312. Thanks again for making your condo available to us. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with our family! The view was spectacular and I absolutely love the location! The king size bed was very comfortable and love the decor. The best surprise was your southern hospitality and the Key Lime pie- delicious:)

Sterling Shores #312 was a great place to stay. It was close to everything we needed and wanted to do. This was a last minute Spring Break vacation and The Fiores' worked with us on our dates. The condo was beautiful and was plenty big enough for us. The weather was great the days spent here and the water was gorgeous. We will definitely look into staying here again. (And the Key Lime Pie was great too) Thank you both again for working with me to help me make many great memories with my girls.

We really enjoyed our week at Sterling Shores unit 312. The owners were very friendly, knowledgeable, and their gift of a key lime pie was the topper. The unit had everything we needed. The bedroom was a little small, but the large bathroom and living area made up for it. It was a short walk through a courtyard to the private beach where we enjoyed many hours. The Fiores gave us many suggestions for hiking and for dining which we were able to enjoy. Overall this was a very nice place and we hope to be back someday.

I cannot say enough great things about this condo and our stay!! The location is great, the accommodations are exactly what you need for a wonderful vacation. The bed is so comfortable (not all rentals have good beds). The complex grounds are beautiful and meticulously maintained. The walk to the beach is easy, the heated pool is delightful, and views of the gulf are wonderful. This was our second stay at Sterling Shores and will definitely return. Thank you, Bob & Diane for being such wonderful hosts!!
