Very spacious condo.....exactly as shown in the photos. Bob is an excellent host who was always quick to respond to a question or concern. We ended up with a few double red flag days but made the best of those days and swam in the heated pool. My 3 years old granddaughter has been back home for 2 weeks and keeps asking when we can go on vacation again. Don't forget to go get ice cream and taffy from the Candymaker Candy Store. Thanks Bob for making our stay so enjoyable and letting us miss a couple snowstorms in MN and WI while we were gone!!

Bob is an excellent host who goes above and beyond. Great communication from start to finish. His Condo is EXACTLY as in the pictures. The living space is actually much larger than you would expect. We had zero issues with anything while we were there over spring break. The resort itself is quiet, clean and very secure. We would not hesitate to book this condo in the future! Highly recommend

The condo was perfect and very beautiful inside and out. We stayed at this condo for 2 weeks on December 2020 through January 2021 and could not of asked for such a nicer place. Views were beautiful and awesome sunrises every morning. The owners were awesome as well they never miss lead you on anything. They were very true and spot on by representing their lovey condo. Beach was close and great. We really had a great family vacation here and will make sure to let all our families and friends know that this is the place to rent and go to. Thanks to the Buehner family for making our vacation a nice and memorable one. I would recommend this condo unit #412 at Sterling Shores to everyone. Thanks again. ?? ??????????.

The pictures don’t do this property justice! Beach was minutes away with private access to the beach. The condo itself was well appointed and had everything to we needed for an at home feel! Bob was in contact with us before and during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed! We will be back! Date of arrival - August 15, 2020

Our family chose to spend Dec. 28-Jan.4 in Destin to unwind and reconnect. Both goals were met as we enjoyed our stay at Sterling Shores Unit #412. The owner was gracious about giving specific instructions about the condo and the surrounding area. Thank you Bob! The condo was fabulous and its proximity to the beach was wonderful. All six of us found the quiet, slower pace inviting to read at the pool, walk the sandy beach, and enjoy the lovely boardwalk area. We all felt the condo provided plenty of space for the family and helped create memories that will last a life time. Date of arrival - December 28, 2019

Enjoyed our week stay. Condo was in great shape - owner was super friendly and aslo accommodating to early arrival when possible. Appliances and Electronics were upper level quality - condo was well outfitted with all basics needed to cook. Washer and dryer were good quality and high capacity. Great location - Back Porch restaurant right out back gate. Nice pools on property. Smaller pool was well heated even in November. Private beach access. Parking was top notch location in building. Surrounding area convenient to all grocery and shopping.

This was our 6th trip to Destin but first time staying at Sterling Stores, and it spoiled us completely. The complex and location was great and the condo was amazing. SO comfortable, extremely spacious, clean, just as pictured, well equipped with everything! Bob was in great contact and wonderful to work with! We're looking forward to hopefully coming back this year! We wouldn't stay anywhere else! I'd highly, highly recommend this for your vacation stay!

We have stayed in Sterling Shores a few times but this was our favorite condo hands down. The interior and furnishings were great! I love how everyone had a place to sit in the living room. Many times you have a 3 bedroom condo but not everyone can fit in the living room to watch TV. Not the case here! Everyone has plenty of room. All of the rooms are very spacious! We found this Destin condo rental to be a very pleasant experience. Was very clean upon our arrival, kitchen was well equipped, furnishings comfortable and bathrooms well designed and appointed . We stayed in this condo for Fall break 2018 (10/13-10/20). Bob is the best owner I have encountered in the last 3 years of vacationing in the Panhandle. He is great to communicate with and his condo is exactly as the pictures portray. Very beautiful, spacious and clean condo looking over the beautiful pool and can still see the dolphins as well. We also had the use of his private parking spot in the garage. The walk to the beach is easy and the Back Porch restaurant is minutes away as well. Loved every minute of this vacation. Will definitely book this condo again. Thanks Bob. You are a class act!!

Exactly as described. Perfect location, condo was beautiful & spacious, great views. Convenient location to beach, grocery & other stores. Only complaint is construction was underway on main road to condo during our stay and traffic was really congested at times besides that everything was great. Highly recommend. Bob (renter) was very helpful and resonded quickly to your messages. Will definately be back!

The place was beautiful and Bob was wonderful to work with. Everything is very clean and the kids loved the heated pool. The beach is very close and made the vacation perfect. The beds were wonderful and the condo was huge. The patio was amazing and the view was spectacular. I would highly recommend.

You will enjoy an office area complete with your own private high speed internet access for your computers and devices. This particular area has a queen sleeper sofa... so the unit will sleep up to 8 people.
