A wonderful stay! Awesome location too. Super close to beach! The only downfall was being on the first floor so we cdnt see water from porch but not a biggie. Nothing fancy bc we wanted simple, but clean & very cute! Bed comfortable & great shower pressure. Air conditioner was phenomenal, just needs a new clean filter. Very satisfied w stay!!!

We enjoyed our stay at Beach Life. Great location for beach access, the bike path, and the pool. The first floor patio was steps away from the beach, pool and outdoor shower, making it easy to enjoy it all. We also walked to Pompano Joe's and didn’t have to worry about parking.

We have stayed at this condominium two years in a row now. We enjoyed our stay at Beach Life. We preferred the bottom floor and it was nice to be so close to the beach. Restaurants and stores were in a good walking distance from the condo. We will be back!!!

We stayed here for the Labor day holiday and absolutely loved the condo. It was close to everything and across the street from beach. We were celebrating a birthday for my daughter so we wanted it to be memorable. The place was clean and very organized and the only hiccup was a comforter but as soon as I mentioned it they responded right away and brought us another one. Everything else was awesome and we would definitely stay again next time we are in the area. Thank You.

To be honest there were times when we literally had to pinch ourselves at the reality of the condo where we stayed. Out of the back door you could hear the waves! Lovely location, lovely accommodations, lovely "neighbors" (guests)....we cannot wait to come back. The check-in/out process was seemless and communication was always available and convenient. We found plenty of fun things to do for our family and a great local grocery store with everything we needed to prepare healthy food right there in the condo. Thank you, Jilenna, for helping us to make priceless memories with our family.

We had the absolute BEST time visiting Destin/Miramar Beach area. This condo was hands down all we anticipated it to be and MORE. The pictures do not do it justice. From the minute we walked in we felt as though we were at home. It was clean, fully stocked with anything and everything you might need and literally right across the street from the beach; a hop, skip and a jump away! I would recommend this property to all my friends and family and if we’re ever back in the area (we typically frequent PCB) we will definitely, without hesitation, stay here again should it be.

This was an excellent condo and a perfect location. Close to the beach, close enough to other places but far enough away it is nice and quiet at night. The heated pool and hot tub are great to have as well.

We had a perfect spring break here! So close to the beach we could hear the waves from the back patio. Our kids loved the built-in bunk bed & the pool being so close. The washers & dryers (located under each stairwell) accept credit cards so no need for a ton of quarters. This unit had a Keurig so bring kpods or there are two great coffee places within walking distance. You can hop right on the walking/bike path from the back door. Even though it’s right by a public beach access there was plenty of room at the beach & driving around this area wasn’t as stressful as the last place we stayed that was east of Miramar beach. CVS pharmacy & Tom Thumb are really close by for last minute things. Highly recommend!

Hubby and I needed a little break from the Minnesota winter and Jilenna’s place was the perfect getaway! The place was clean and bright and cheery! It had everything we needed to cook a meal at home. You can see the sunset from the patio or take a short walk across the street down the steps to the beautiful ocean. I’ve never seen whiter sand! Just breathtaking! I had a few questions and Jilenna was quick to respond! It was chilly while there but the pool area felt much warmer than the beach so we were able to get some suntanning in. We met a few of the neighbors and what a great group! They all keep coming back and we’re hoping to do the same!!

This condo unit is SPECTULAR! When I first walked into the condo, I was blown away. It was bright, fresh, loved the look and décor of it. It’s so clean, has all the necessary cookware and utensils needed to make meals plus the fact that it’s an end-unit meaning extra windows for more light from the sun to shine through. When it said, “only steps away”, it truly is steps away to the sugar-white sand beach of Miramar. The sunrise and sunset were STUNNING! This condo has a pool and a hot tub which I had used twice on cool days. Enjoyed the hot tub. Location – Loved it! I brought ear plugs and eye mask since I’m sensitive to noise and light. But overall, it’s quiet. Pompano Joe’s almost literally right in front of the condo. Less than 26 mins as you walk onto the sidewalk to the left, you’ll hit Alvin’s Island, Bad Ass Coffee (yummy coffee), a place where you can rent scooters, golf carts, etc and the Beach Bar (bonfires every Friday and Mondays which I suggest you make an attempt to go at least once and the smores kit was only $5 or $5.50. On the right, less than 26 mins walk to the Crap Trap which was a must for me. Lyft would have been $10 or less, I think. So, will I be returning to this condo? MOST DEFINITELY! 😊

I enjoyed my stay at Summerspell very much! Everything was just perfect. The Condo was amazing! Clean, full of great amenities, and the beach across the street. I couldn't have asked for more. Beach Life at Summer Spell is beautiful! The beach is directly across the street. One night I sat on the couch with a glass of wine as the sun finished setting. This condo is a remote workers delight! The internet is great, I am required to use a VPN so the internet must be reliable and secure. It’s an easy walk to restaurants and souvenir shops. If you don’t want to rent a car it’s easy to Uber or Lyft around. You will most certainly have a great time at this condo. I can’t wait to return.

Our stay at this condo was FABULOUS! We usually stay further down the beach close to the harbor but loved the location of this condo. It was a very short and easy walk to the beach and a few restaurants and surf shops. The beds were comfortable and we had all the things we needed at the condo to cook a few small meals. We will definitely be returning!

?The master bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed and a flat-screen TV. A shared bathroom has doors from the master bedroom and the hall so your guests have a private door to use too! Further down the hall, you will find the twin-over-twin bunk beds that your kiddos will love! The living room offers a comfy sofa that opens into a bed for two. Put on your music or a favorite movie on the large flat-screen TV and chill out while leaving all the workday concerns back home. The living room has direct access to the covered porch and is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or a summer beverage of choice. You are only steps from the beach or pool. You will love winding down from a day at the beach on this relaxing porch. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials you need to cook your favorite meals! You will find a washer and dryer located on each level of the building and are coin-operated.

?Summerspell is a quaint complex of 30 condos located on Scenic Highway 98 in Miramar Beach. The six-mile bike and pedestrian path is adjacent to the complex. This astounding location places you just minutes away from numerous nearby restaurants for a taste of delicious seafood cuisine and a multitude of beach-side bars for some evening fun. Pompano Joe’s is within walking distance of your front door. Shopping and entertainment enthusiasts will also be particularly ecstatic to find Silver Sands Outlet Mall, amazing Golf courses, and family amusement areas within 15 minutes of the property!

GUEST ACCESS
?You will have access to the entire property (excluding the Owners closet). You will check in using an electronic keypad lock located on the entry door. The access code and additional restrictions will be sent before arrival. It is very important that we get a good email address from you after booking.
Other things to note
STARTER KIT
? Our property has a "Starter Kit" to get you through your first 24-48 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, two laundry packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply a limited number of bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not provide beach towels, seasonings/spices, zip locks, or liquid dishwashing detergent. You can pick up your favorite items at the nearby Walmart, Publix, or Winn-Dixie or bring them from home.
Wi-Fi
? Our property provides a private network. The Wi-Fi info will be found in the property binder on the kitchen counter. We know WI-FI is essential to everyone. However, we cannot guarantee the internet speed or signal strength. We have found that our Wi-Fi signals are not optimal during peak season due to the number of people visiting our area. We suggest you bring your hotspot device if you need high-speed internet during your stay. **Bring your passwords for streaming services.** Don't forget to log out when you leave.
PARKING
? Guests are allowed 2 parking passes only, which are first come, not reserved.
COMMUNITY AMENITIES / POOL / GRILL
? There is a community pool directly across from this townhome. Please review and adhere to the Safety Precautions sign next to the amenity. Use the amenity AT YOUR OWN RISK! Please note additional rules for more info. A community grill is provided on the grounds.
BEACH GEAR
?Any beach Items found in the closet area are for guests to use. We ask that you rinse off the sand and arrange it neatly back into the closet prior to checking out.
SECURITY
? Security cameras are located throughout the grounds for the safety of homeowners and guests.
PETS
? Absolutely NO PETS. Due to the health and severe allergies of the host, we cannot accept animals of any kind in this unit. If you bring a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $500 per pet and be asked to leave.
SMOKING
?NO SMOKING on the premises. You will be charged a minimum of $1000 fee for smoking inside the property. If Grilling, please move the grill away from the house siding to prevent damage to the house siding as you will be responsible
BOOKING
?You must be 25+ to book
The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property.
Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in.
No events or parties are allowed.
CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT
?Check-in any time after 4 pm CST. Check-out is any time before 10 am CST.
EARLY ARRIVALS
?We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm. If that isn't an option, one of our favorite public beaches is Pompano Joe's in Miramar Beach. It offers large bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant. Our PCB properties have many options for public beach access, but our favorite would be Public Beach Access 54-57, right in front of Pier Park! Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 am CST.
KITCHEN
?Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and fire extinguisher located under the sink.
REFUNDS
?Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control.
