Our condo has been fully renovated and has all tile flooring, new kitchen cabinetry, quartz counters, and stainless steel appliances and is beautifully furnished with a soothing coastal flair we know you will love! This END location means more side windows for gorgeous beach and Gulf views and more privacy!

The space

*We offer and recommend travel insurance from Rental Guardian to protect your vacation! The policy is 7% of your vacation, or we offer a “cancel for any reason” policy for 10.8% of your vacation cost.

**RULES – primary guest(s) must be 25+ years old and closely supervise any guests under age requirement, maximum of 7 guests in the condo, NO PETS, NO SMOKING OR VAPING in condo or balcony, no parties, no luggage carts inside the condo, check-in at 4pm, check-out at 10am…failure to follow any rules as listed in reservation agreement will lead to eviction with no refund! **This is a pet free building and enforced by building security/ Emotional support animals are not required by ADA laws to be allowed in vacation rentals. If you have a support animal that you plan to bring, please contact me for pet friendly rental options!** This is a condo building so there is the potential for noise from other guests, construction, etc that we are not responsible for. The HOA has the right to close any amenities for any reasons that we are not responsible for. We provide starter supplies of trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and shampoo. If guests run out of supplies, they will need to purchase additional supplies. We are located in a condo building – we are not responsible for noise from other guests or construction, any closed amenities due to maintenance or other or any other building issues. Guests must adhere to HOA/building rules and quiet hours. The Sundestin front desk charges a $50 fee/stay for all check-ins which we will collect upon booking.  We have a $300 security deposit credit card hold – this hold starts 2 days before your arrival and is removed within 7 days if no damage or theft. The $14 community fee is for a $500 accidental damage waiver. There will be a credit hold of $300 placed 2 days prior to your reservation for a security deposit. This is released 7 days after departure if there is no damage not covered by the damage waiver.

Guests will have access to our entire condo, plus all of the resort amenities including: Gulf front swimming pool, indoor pool, splash pad for kids, large hot tub, indoor spa and massage, gift shop/sundry shop to purchase drinks, ice, food, beach toys, etc, on-site restaurant “Pelican’s Roost” with amazing food and drinks!

Other things to note

**The Sundestin Resort reserves the right to close building amenities for maintenance or for safety reasons – there will be no refunds or discounts for a closed amenity**

Guests will have access to our entire condo and all building amenities!
