Nice one bedroom condo unit on the 7th floor of Sun Destin Resort. Perfect view with great ocean sounds. Extremely easy access to the beach - literally feet away from the resort. Beautiful white sand beach. Third party firm that rents the beach chairs/umbrellas did a great job each day, and if you are willing to pay for it is a good alternative - suggest reserving them early if you want on the front row. The condo unit was comfortable with good amenities. Easy travel access to restaurants, shopping, groceries, tourist activities, etc. Several contacts with the owner, Patrick, and he was as nice and amenable person as you will find.

Great location and overall great place! Patio overlooking Beach is perfect with nice high top table and 2 stools. Room very clean and everything as advertised. 2 Beach chairs are a great benefit. Loved it- will stay here again in future.

What an amazing view! Loved it so much, will definitely come back! Patrick, the owner checked on us and gave great recommendations on local eateries and things to do. The unit also provided beach chairs which came in handy. The SunDestin charges 45 bucks for a full day use. The SunDestin is overall clean and good drink specials at the bistro bar. Overall a fantastic place!

SunDestin 707, Beachfront unit with in-unit Washer/Dryer and walk-in shower
Notice: SunDestin in undergoing a renovation project until April/May 2025. The renovation project is completed on the units on the 7th floor. However, there still will be construction on the other floors of the condo. Fortunately, the exterior work (which is the noisiest) of the renovation project is mostly completed.
Generally, there will not be any work performed on the weekends (from 5pm Friday evening until 9am Monday morning). However, occasionally minor work may need to be performed on Saturday for a few hours.

Enjoy the spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico from this 7th floor unit (not too high or too low). This Gulf-front unit has the perfect view of the beach and beautiful Gulf waters. This unit has a walk-in shower and an in-unit washer/dryer. Additionally, this unit also has a 65-inch tv and a large 22.8 cu ft refrigator. Also, guest(s) will have use of two (2) beach chairs (refer to photo #7).
Guests do not have to pay until after they have checked-into the unit.
- Payment will then be done via Venmo, Zelle, or in-person with cash. Unfortunately, checks will not be accepted.
- Additionally, if you need to cancel your reservation, I will refund 100% of your money (if you have deposited any). Anyone who has to cancel is probably canceling because something unfortunate has happened.
- The front-desk is open 24 hours
