Just want to give a shout out to an amazing owner, I don’t know if she’s on here or not but she owns a few condos at Destin and I believe she deserves a good compliment. I’m not sure where all her condos are but ours was going to be at Surfside resort. She was very quick at answering any questions I had when booking then was very kind and sincere when I opted to cancel our vacation due to the covid 19 pandemic. Her name is Millie Lusco. If you are looking to book in the future definitely check into her rentals. She does private manage her condos. She was truly amazing all around!

Beautiful condo! ? ? ? ? ? We’ve stayed here many times and each time I’m amazed at the accommodations and the view!! This is a beautiful condo and Millie is always very easy to work with. Worth every penny!!!

Where you will enjoy a relaxing and stress free vacation. This is not your usual shot gun floor plan. Rent this condo as a 1, 2 ,or 3 bedroom.
Third bedroom is called a 'lockout', complete with a mini kitchen and a private balcony. Balcony access from every room.
You want to see a beautiful sunset/sunrise? You’re challenged to find another as beautiful as the ones you will experience in Florida. All the while sitting on your own balcony without a single care of the daily “grind”. Enjoy sitting on the large balcony with all new patio furniture in the morning drinking your morning coffee watching an Amazing Sunrise and watching the dolphins in the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico, as well as seeing the seagulls and the pelicans fly along our beautiful coastline,and the white sandy beaches.

The guest room has two full sized beds, a ceiling fan, with a large closet and a guest bathroom with a walk-in shower. Flatscreen TV DVD player..
The third bedroom "Peaceful Bliss" is a separate suite with a private Gulf Front balcony with all new patio furniture. It is called a lock-out unit which has a separate entrance from the hallway. This allows a private, locked area away from the main living area. This suite has a king sized bed, a ceiling fan , a large walk-in shower, and a closet. There is an iPod player, a flat screen TV with a DVD/CD player, and a relaxing sound system , clock/radio, Bistro table and two chairs, a fully equipped mini kitchen with a small refrigerator, full sized microwave, coffee pot , a toaster and a blender.
Complete with dishes, glasses and utensils. All of the linens are supplied. .
The living room has 2 queen sized sofa's.
One is a queen sized sleeper sofa ,a regular chair, flatscreen TV, iPod player, Blue Ray DVD/CD player.
There is a dining room, kitchen breakfast area and a snack bar. The dining room table seats six; with an additional two seats in the breakfast area of the kitchen and a snack bar that seats four. Each room has a large sliding glass door ceiling to floor that open onto 50 feet of a wrap around balcony overlooking the emerald green water of the Gulf of Mexico and views of the Bay to the North, and at night, the Destin City lights. The balcony/patio has all new patio furniture for your enjoyment.
