This was our 10th family vacay to Destin but our first to Surfside Resort. We have historically stayed at Sandpiper Cove. We will stay at this specific Condo from now on. It was perfect. Only 2 floors down and if the elevators are slow, stairs are easy. We never used the Sky Bridge because walking across the street from the lobby was so much quicker and less stairs if carrying items. The only issue we had is if you arrive after 5pm the check in is closed. We just had to locate security and they were great. Also, I know most wont have this issue but the parking garage is 6' 8" and we have a lifted truck so couldn't fit. The kitchen is stocked with all essentials and Donna was very communicative. All in all was a great vacation.

This property was a great location. The was close to several restaurants, the beach, and the outlets. This property was also a very comfortable stay. The only downfall was the elevator. The elevator was extremely slow, but we found taking the stair was a lot quicker. I would recommend the property to anyone.

Taking in the gorgeous view from this comfortable condo was enjoyable! It was easy to unwind and RELAX here. This unit is decorated with nice finishes and is stocked well with kitchen utensils (pots, pans, baking dishes, etc.) for those that prefer to prepare most of their own meals like us. The owners are professional, easy to work with and kind. Having the beach steps away, two very warm hot tubs, and a heated pool was amazing. Covered garage parking, resort restaurant, and beachside bar provided nice additional amenities. On-site staff were pleasant and welcoming.

Surfside - Awesome View - Great Location
Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths, (Maximum Occupancy: 4 adults)
Spacious and beautifully decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium with a fantastic western view of the emerald green waters of Destin. This unit features a unique split bedroom floorplan with 1,151 square feet, 9 foot ceilings, floor to ceiling glass doors/windows in each room, and a spacious 28-foot balcony which is accessible and provides an excellent gulf view from the living room and each bedroom.
Fully furnished kitchen with all new (2022) stainless appliances. Sleeping accommodations include a king size bed in the master bedroom and queen size bed and chair that converts to twin size bed in the second/guest bedroom. The master suite includes a walk-in closet, dressing area, large bath with tile shower, television with DVD/cable, sitting area, desk/chair, and a wonderful view of the ocean. The laundry center is located in the master bath. The second/guest bedroom area has privacy hallway connecting a full bath with tub/shower combination with sleeping area, television with DVD/VCR/cable, and sitting area.
The living room is equipped with sofa and two leather recliners, television with blue ray player/cable, and excellent western view of the ocean. For those who travel with a laptop or ipad or need a central charging station, there is a small desk in the living room for convenience. We have many books, board games, and movies in the unit for your entertainment. Adjacent to the living room area is the dining room area with seating for 6 or, for less formal meals, the breakfast area has seating for 4.
Wireless internet service available throughout the building.
This is a non-smoking unit. SORRY, no pets allowed. Surfside policy prohibits rentals to anyone under the age of 25.
Beach chair and umbrella (2 chairs and umbrella) included in package (seasonal March through October).
Inhouse restaurant (Royal Palm); Beach Bar with food and drink service located in the beach pavilion. Many restaurants within walking distance (Surf Hut, Austons on 98, Cabana Cafe, Whale's Tail, Mezcal Mexican, Acme Oyster House are the closest) as well as within a few miles driving distance.
Surfside Resort features: heated pool, children's pool, two hot tubs, large sunbathing deck, Skybridge from the pool deck area to the beach pavilion (with seating areas and beach bar), street level restrooms, new gas and charcoal grill area with tables and large grassy open area, outside showers, exercise facility with state-of-the art equipment, sports deck for an afternoon of tennis, pickle ball, basketball, or shuffleboard.
Salon (Rogue & Pure Co) and Surfside Spa located on the first floor. Royal Palm Grill, fitness center, and sports deck also located on first floor.
