Payment: 30% due upon booking. Rem. balance due 45 days before arrival. If booking within 45 days of arrival, full amount is due.
Cancellation: Bookings cancelled a mnm of 45 days prior to arrival = full refund less $200.00 fee + tax. Bookings cancelled between 45-30 days prior to arrival = a refund of 1/2 of Rent Charges Total and Housekeeping. Cancelling your reservation within 30 days of arrival will result in complete forfeiture.

This condo was very clean and decorated with lovely colors that gave a beach-like feel to it. The pool was extremely nice and there were 2 grills poolside for guests to use. The management company made communication easy and they had all pertinent information in their app, along with a magnet on the fridge that made sure you had this info as well. The condo was as described. The master bed mattress was so comfortable, I slept past my normal morning hour. The WiFi signal was strong and supported all of our devices with sufficient speed. It only took us 2 minutes to walk to the beach and the walkway there was surrounded with beautiful tropical plants. The Tops’l property itself hosts a grill/cafe that is poolside/beachside before you reach the beach. You can enjoy this pool as well. Tops’l has a number of tennis courts and they also have a basketball court and putt-putt course on property. Chairs and kayaks can be rented on the beach. We enjoyed our stay!

In the Master Bedroom you can enjoy the king size bed, 50" flat screen TV, and the view from your bed to your direct balcony access. The master bath has a single vanity sink, and tub/bath combo. The guest bedroom if perfect for the little ones as they have twin beds and a 37" flat screen tv that is sure to keep them cozy and entertained! The guest bathroom has a single vanity and tub/shower combo as well.
