Although this was my first time staying in Miramar Beach, I truly don’t think you could get a better location than this. Its a 1 minute walk to the most beautiful beach I’ve ever been to in the US. The convenience can’t be beat. The condo looks exactly like the pictures. Very clean and updated. I had my coffee on the balcony every morning with an amazing view of the ocean. We loved the pool as well! Jessica was super responsive although we never needed anything ( a great problem to have) I will definitely be coming to stay again and telling my friends about this gem.

This was my family's fifth year traveling to Miramar Beach and I would say this has been one of our favorite locations. We are huge fans of Pompano Joe's and this specific beach area, so being directly across the street was wonderful. Also having direct accessibility to beach service was a huge plus! The condo itself is perfect for two adults and two SMALL children. I have young teens so the space was a little tight for us. Very accommodating in regards to kitchen supplies so that was so nice! Jessica also allowed for an early check in which was very helpful after travel days! OVERALL we had a nice stay and would recommend Jessica's Place again. The location was key for us! Not on the beach but so close!

Clean beautiful home everything you need is there. Also you have reserved parking so no fighting for a spot when you come back home from a day out. Pool is right outside and the beach is across the street easy access no large crowds . Great views from the balcony you see the pool , beach and beautiful palm trees . Quiet and safe neighborhood .

Amazing place for the 2 of us! Very clean. Complete kitchen for cooking. Newly updated. Wonderful ocean view from the deck and kitchen. We Uber to Winn Dixie for groceries. Enough soap for 2 loads of laundry and 2 loads of dishes. The beach access is 100 yards or less. Pompano Joes is a great place for shade, drink, food. Very convenient. I would love to come back! Jessica is very responsive. However everything was so perfect we didn’t need to communicate a lot!

What a great spot! You absolutely cannot beat the location being straight across the road from Pompano Joe’s and beach access! It was so awesome to be able to only have to walk up one flight of stairs and straight into your condo with no crowds or waiting for elevators, and be able to sit out on the balcony and have an amazing view at the beach! The kitchen was stocked wonderfully and Jessica was a great host and very prompt with communication!
