Fresh for Spring, The Pink Shell has a new look and a new name! Updated photos are coming soon, but the comfort and charm of our home are ready for you now.

Located in a gated community, this spacious home is just a short stroll or a free trolley ride to the pristine white sand beaches of Destin. Perfect for families, groups, or couples, this six-bedroom retreat is packed with amenities to make your stay unforgettable.

What Makes The Pink Shell Special:
- Resort Lagoon Pool & Hot Tub – Dive into the largest lagoon pool in the community with zero-entry access, heated in Spring (March 1–April 13, 2024), Thanksgiving, and Christmas/New Year weeks!
- Spacious Sleeping Arrangements – Sleeps up to 16 in beds, with 4 king beds, 2 queen beds, a bunk room, and 2 twin beds across 6 bedrooms.
- Fully Stocked Kitchen – Equipped with a Keurig, drip coffee maker, crockpot, air fryer, griddle pan, blender, and more to satisfy all your cooking needs.
- Beach Gear Ready – Includes chairs, a wagon, toys, and towels for your seaside adventures.
-  Kid-Friendly Amenities – Includes 2 pack ’n plays, high chairs, a jogging stroller, and more for family ease.
- Pet-Friendly – Bring up to 2 crate-trained dogs (max 80 lbs) for a $100 pet fee plus tax for up to 2 dogs.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Ground Floor: King primary suite with full bathroom.
Second Floor: 1 room with 2 queen beds and another with 1 king bed.
Third Floor: 1 room with a twin bunk bed, 1 room with a queen bed, and 1 room with a king bed.

Additional Amenities:
- Gas grill (reimbursement available if you need to refill the propane tank).
- TVs in every room for entertainment.
- Parking for up to 3 cars, with overflow parking available nearby.

The Pink Shell is centrally located, just minutes from Destin Commons, top restaurants, shops, and attractions.

Important Details to Know:

☼ Rental Agreement: Guests must e-sign within 24 hours of booking and provide a copy of the primary renter’s driver’s license.

☼ Age Requirement: Must be 25+ to book.

☼ Pet Policy: Pets must be crated when left alone, and owners are responsible for any damages or excessive cleaning fees.

☼ Security Cameras: A Ring doorbell and floodlight camera monitor the front porch 24/7.

☼ VRBO Disclosure: The VRBO platform fee is charged after booking confirmation and is non-refundable. We don't handle their platform fee. A 3% credit processing fee applies to cancellations.

âš  RENTAL AGREEMENT
You will receive a Rental Agreement within 24 hours of booking to e-sign and we require a copy of the primary renter's driver's license. Must be 25 years old to book. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance if you need to cancel for any reason. If you exceed our limit or book under false pretenses your reservation will be canceled without a refund and you will be asked to leave.

🐶 PETS
Crate-trained dogs up to 80lbs, max of 2 dogs. Sorry, no cats. Pet fee is $100 plus tax for up to 2 dogs. Pet owners must bring a crate and the animal must be crated if ever left in the house alone. Guest is responsible for pet damage and the pup/s must be up to date on vaccines.


🅿️ PARKING
You can fit up to 3 cars side by side in front of the house OR 2 side by side and 1 across. There's an overflow parking at end of Kono Way right by the back gate and is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

The house has a ring doorbell camera and a ring floodlight camera both recorded 24/7 on the front porch.
