It's A Vibe, Destin, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

We loved our stay at “It’s a Vibe.” The home was well stocked and comfortable. Keri and David were excellent hosts and we appreciated their quick response to any questions we had. The home was clean and within walking distance to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic stay. David and Keri were very responsive. Very roomy with porch and patio areas separate. Had a very great experience. Kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and utensils and the coffee bar made the mornings enjoyable.

Great location with many amenities.

Keri and David are awesome with an amazing home. They were always available and very proactive, friendly and personal. The house is fresh, clean and has more than what you need. It felt like home, not a rental. David communicated with me daily as needed and was there immediately for questions or advice. The quality of the house, contents and Keri and David was way more than expected. A must visit house in a great location.

Our stay was phenomenal. The house exceeded our expectations across all dimensions! Every corner of the home was tidy, the bedding was fresh, plenty of extra towels and a fully stacked kitchen. Keri & David even reached out in advance of our stay to see if there was anything specific we needed for our kiddos. Thank you Keri & David for making us feel like we’re home and sharing your beautiful space. We will be back!

Keri and David's property was so amazing. They were so helpful and proactive regarding our stay. We were a quick walk to the beach. There was a shuttle but we never found ourselves needing it with the beach cart and wagon they provided at the house. All of the beach gear was such a nice touch. The pool was beautiful and comfortable even on cold days. The theme of each room was so fun and the beds were great! The details were on point. Would absolutely stay again!!

I honestly would recommend this place to everyone. The host have great people's skills and communication was excellent. Thanks for hosting our family should we find our way back to Destin I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Keri and David were awesome hosts! Communication was excellent before and during the trip. Check in and check out were a breeze. They treated us like family! The space was perfect for our group of nine. The house was clean, modern, spacious, comfortable, and exactly as described on the listing….and then some! Lots of extra special touches. For example beach towels and TONS of beach toys were provided for use during our stay. Our kids and extended family had a wonderful time. We would definitely stay here again!! Keri and David - thank you for making our family trip so special and memorable!

If your bringing the kiddos with you Keri and David’s place is the best place to stay. It’s a vibe” is an understatement should be more of “Peace and Paradise” for a family of 10. The house was perfect and just as picture, big, spacious, and clean. Convenient to every store you could think of. My family and I definitely enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be booking again! We had an amazing week at Keri and David’s place! Everything is just as shown in pictures. Lots of room for our family of 12 to enjoy! They provide everything you need to a beach vacation. Also excellent with responding to messages is a quick manner. We would definitely stay here again!

The home was perfect for our group of 10. The house was very clean and comfortable…just as pictured. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The neighborhood was fun (mostly vacationers). We walked to the pool and around the neighborhood daily..it’s a very family friendly environment. It’s also an easy walk to the beach (approximately 15 minute walk). We also loved the ice cream truck that patrolled the neighborhood regularly. Keri and David were awesome to work with, very responsive, helpful, and friendly. We would definitely stay again. I would give this experience 10 stars if I could.

Keri & David were great hosts! The house was very clean and decorated very well. The kitchen was fully stocked which we found super convenient. The neighborhood is very nice and lounging by the resort pool was exactly what we needed for our vacation. We also fully enjoyed the porch swings and relaxing on the balcony!

The beach is just a few blocks away and very easy to get to. We chose to drive and found a parking lot directly across from the beach access. 5$ covers 5 hours of parking which we found very reasonable. This was our first visit to Destin and we will likely return again!

Beautiful, upscale place. Nice, clean and wonderful location. close to the beach and beach restaurants. we had everything we needed in the house.

Keri & David's place is the best Airbnb I've had. All beds were über comfortable, house was spacious for 10 of us, lots of extras, and the pool sealed the deal. 10-min walk to the beach saves you dealing with parking and traffic. Will be back.

Very nice place. Close to pool and beach. Renting a golf cart was a must for us which made everything very close. Parking for golf carts right at the beach. We would definitely come back.

Great house, perfect location at a great value. The house is beautiful, clean and comfortable, with lots of space for a large family. Keri and David are great hosts. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Wonderful place with fantastic owners! Everything was absolutely perfect. Location was great with good proximity to the beach, restaurants and the heart of Destin The place was super clean, well stocked with essentials and everything was so convenient. The owners were great to work with. They provide a very detailed digital guidebook prior to arrival with tons of info. I found this to be so useful for check in and everything you may need during your stay. Awesome experience! Do yourself a favor and book this place, you won't regret it.
