Abbie's Anchor, Destin, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

The day before my family of nine was supposed to leave to head to Ft. Myers we had to quickly change plans because Hurricane Milton was barreling down the coast. We decided to go to Destin, and had to quickly find a place to stay. I contacted the host and he got back to me within minutes to let me know the place was available for the timeframe we needed. We were very pleased with the location, close to shops and walkable to the beach. The pool right outside the door was a nice bonus. We are beach people and the weather was great so we only used the pool once. The beach is Destin is beautiful- nice soft sand, great for kids to play in. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. There were a few maintenance items I let the host know about and he got right back to me about them. He said he takes care of damage in the off season. The only recommendation for anyone who stays in this location is to rent a golf cart for traveling to and from the beach. 

We really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely look them up the next time we are headed to Destin for vacation. We highly recommend this property. You’ll enjoy!
