Reservation fees:
A $300.00 reservation/security deposit is required to hold your reservation along with a signed Reservation Agreement. These are due to reserve your dates. The deposit does not apply toward rent and converts to a damage deposit when you arrive. Your full deposit will be returned provided there has been no damage to the condo and it was left in reasonably clean condition. The full rental fee is due 45 days before arrival.

#600 at The Blu has exquisite views and impeccable design. The unit is clean and allows more than ample space for entertaining family and friends. Parking and building entry is secure. The owners haven given immense attention to detail making this a lovely vacation destination.

WE stayed during the 4th of July week at Blu 600 and it was perfect. The unit is very clean and all equipment was in great condition. The unit was spotless and very comfortable. The beds were fantastic. All TV’s worked very well and were very large screens. The condo is in a great location very close to all of the activities we needed. The elevators were very fast and we didn’t have to wait or get into a full elevator. The property manager Susan was very easy to work with. The Condo is a 10 plus. We will be back in the future. This condo is absolutely gorgeous! I am extremely picky and i can say that this condo is very well decorated and meticulously clean. The view from the balcony overlooking the gulf is beautiful. Stunning location! Right on the water, with 2 great pools. Very easy to get to, with plenty restaurants and stores less than 10 minutes away. The condo is in PERFECT condition, and we felt like royalty when we stayed there. Very comfy and can’t wait to return.

Spring is here at Blu Condominium Corner Unit #600 on the Gulf
The balcony has plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the unobstructed views of the sparkling crystal-clear waters and white sandy beaches. Make a splash in the two resort-style pools, one is heated for year-round enjoyment. Also available to the Blu community is a jetted spa, gulf-side fire pit, gulf-front family barbeuce area with gas grills, and the state-of-the-art fitness center. There is over 300 feet of private gulf-front sands which is access through a secured gated entrance. Enjoy the sun and waves with beach chairs and umbrellas available for rent.
Master bedroom features a king-sized bed and ensuite bath with double vanity, separate tub and shower with a seat. The other two bedrooms offer king-sized beds with flat screen televisions. The threater/bedroom room has been furnised with a full size bed giving the unit enough bedding to sleep eight comfortably. Each room is elegantly decorated making Blu #600 a stunning unit. Also available is a full size in-unit laundry room with washer and dryer.
Less than three miles down Okaloosa Island is the Boardwalk with all your beachside shopping, dining and entertainment. Wild Willy's Adventure Zone is near by featuring four-story rope course, mini-golf, arcade and more. Experience an up-close encounter with marine life at the Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park. Some of the local area restaurants include Angler's Beachside Grill, Rockin' Tacos, Floyd' Shrimp House, The Gulf Restaurant, and Crab Trap.
Blu 600 is managed by the owners of the unit and want to make your stay enjoyable as possible. Rest easy knowing you will have direct contact for any questions that may arise during your stay. We want you to feel at home staying in our home away from home getaway.
