Blue Dolphin Penthouse, Fort Walton Beach, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

Everything about this place was awesome! Condo is very spacious. Never felt crowded when our group of 10 was all there. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed plus more. The view was perfect! If I ever need a condo this size again I hope it will be available. Tammy was on top of any and every question I had. I made memories that will last and will think fondly of my time there. Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise.

This condo was the perfect Christmas gift to our family. We made memories to last a lifetime with our adult kids & grandkids. We absolutely LOVED this condo. The location is top notch. The bedroom set up was perfect for our family. The updates in the condo are beautiful. Thank you Tammy for sharing your slice of paradise. We will be back if our family doesn’t get too large before our next visit to the beach.

We just returned from a week long stay over spring break and could not have be happier with the condo, the location, the view, everything! The newly renovated kitchen is a dream and the main living space is amazingly spacious. The bedrooms and bathrooms are updated and were comfortable for everyone in our large group. The master suite upstairs is, wow! The entire process was smooth sailing and Tammy was great to work with, we cannot recommend her and her condo enough!

4 week stay in February Very Clean on arrival and access was seamless Well appointed throughout. 2 balconies each with sturdy comfortable furniture Imagine top level luxury bedroom and bath with balcony for a morning coffee Linens were delightful Kitchen is getting redone with white cabinet doors and granite counters per the guy that stopped by to measure during our stay. Nothing truly needed updating as everything worked well and plenty of nice kitchenware Good communication with the owner if needed Parking is underneath the building We own a vacation rental and we would return to Blue Dolphin Penthouse

If you are looking for an incredible place to stay, you are going to want to rent this condo!! No matter of where you are at in the condo the view of the ocean is breathtaking. And let me tell you, the ocean of Destin is something different when compared to any other ocean. It is as clear and warm as pool water and the sand is so white and squeaky. I know I said squeaky, but the sand really is so soft and squeaky. Also, the location of this condo is perfect because there are a number of good restaurants to go to that are in walking distance. The things we really liked about the condo itself were: there was plenty of appliances that were included in the kitchen that made it easy to cook breakfast and dinner at home, the included washer and dryer to make sure you can go home with clean clothes :), the chairs on the balcony that made it so you can get some extra sun without having to go back down to the beach, and the comfortable beds that allowed you to get a good nights rest after being out on the beach all day. Me and my husband are going to remember this trip forever and hope that everyone else will enjoy it as much as we did.

A beautiful well kept unit with a phenomenal ocean view. The unit is very close to excellent restaurants and to adjoining cities such as Destin. Dealing with the owner was a blessing. We will definitely consider returning

We stayed at this condo for a few days and it was amazing. The condo offered us a fantastic view of the ocean, an incredibly short walk to the beach with an umbrella and chairs setup for us in the morning, pool, and covered parking. The condo itself was nicely decorated and very comfortable and inviting. We would definitely stay at this condo again. We cannot recommend it enough.

Tammy, thank you for sharing your place of paradise. Location is literally 20 steps to dreamy white sands. I was grateful to stay on the top floor, with great views and serene atmosphere. Beds were comfortable and appreciated all the bathroom amenities that were provided. Your condo was very clean and tidy. It was our home away from home. Thanks again for sharing and we will definitely be back and requesting another beach stay.

What an enjoyable week we had in fort Walton. Love the 1 min walk from the condo to the beach. We enjoyed the volleyball net, warm water in November, and the beautiful view from the balcony. Will be coming back again next year. Condo had everything we needed and more. Beds were very comfortable too. We had a full house and it didn’t feel too packed. Great place for a big family reunion/ get together.

It was my first time to Florida and it still feels like a dream. The balcony views from the condo make me feel like I’m in a movie. The rooms are spacious, pristine and well-equipped with whatever you need. I was surprised how large it was. It’s a family memory I will always treasure! We saw dolphins and stingrays and our child loves playing in the white sands. How is this real?!?

Amazing paradise! Beautiful penthouse with lots of room, very comfortable beds, everything you need.White sand beach, dolphins jumping, clear blue water, so enjoyable for everyone. Do as much or as little as you like. Everyone is happy.

Our family has stayed on Okaloosa Island for MANY years, and we have stayed in many different condos & many different units - always searching for the one that felt like a beach home, close to the water, beach front, and had enough room for all of us. In October 2019, we found it in this unit at the Blue Dolphin! The bedrooms, den, and kitchen are spacious and beautifully decorated. The dual balconies were a huge perk! The condo is just amazing!!! Tammy was so great to work with! We had all of our information early, and she ensured we knew who to contact if we needed anything during our stay. We did not lack for anything in this unit, and we simply can't wait to return!!!

We have stayed at the Blue Dolphin for 3 years and we are absolutely returning next year. Always so clean and very roomy. We have 2 families that stay here and it’s PERFECT.

We've stayed for 3 years in this condo during our kids' spring break. It's always very clean and well maintained. I LOVE the set up as it allows for as much or as little togetherness as a family would like. The 2 separate floors and balconies allow everyone to have their own space and yet enjoy time together. Fantastic beach view! The best part of this condo is the ability to open the windows and head the ocean waves or head to the balconies and feel the ocean breeze. We're heading back for our 4th year this April. We love staying at Tammy's condo! Everything is ready when we arrive, they are immediately responsive and it's an incredible set up. Plan on returning for many years to come!!!
