Emerald Isle Unit 201 Beach Front Property, Fort Walton Beach, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

I needed a peaceful get-away to work on a project. Hong's place was the greatest! I had a couple of things that I needed her help with and she was very quick to get in touch and assist me with them. She truly is a gracious host that goes above and beyond. It is definitely one of my favorite places that I have ever vacationed!

We just returned from an amazing weekend stay at the beach. Thanks to Hong for making our stay special! The condo was quiet and convenient to the beach, and the VIEW of the Gulf from the balcony could not be better! I am definitely returning to this condo and will recommend to my family and friends.

My daughter and I needed a quick weekend getaway (Aug. 27-29). Hong was able to reach out to us and make my reservation, parking passes, and suggestions what we can do and eat for the weekend. Her 2 bedroom 2bath was an amazing place to stay. The view from the balcony looking towards the pool and beach was amazing itself!! The pool/beach is not a far walk at all. We didn’t hear a noise inside even though the pool is right in front of the balcony. The unit is clean and very spacious. It was nice for them to have beach chairs and ice coolers for us to use in the condo. It also has everything you need. Everything was literally right down the street like groceries , restaurants, and doughnuts. If you’re looking for a great place to stay, I highly recommended this unit #201. Thank you for accommodating us!! I can’t wait to book our next trip with her at Emerald Isle #201!! Thank You from the bottom of my heart!! We will definitely be back!!

Our stay at Emerald Isles was everything we could wish for, for a three day weekend trip. This condo was very easy to find and the parking out front was super simple and a short walk to our room. The place was very clean and our balcony had a great view to watch the sunset and read a book as it got dark. Even the balcony lights are turtle friendly, which is amazing! The pool was never too crowded, and the private beach access was even better with barely anyone out! Hong introduced us to Parlor Doughnuts and it did not disappoint! I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a beautiful view and VERY short walk to the beach, this place was incredible to stay at. (P.S. they have a dvd player for family movie nights!)

We had a great stay at Emerald Isle unit 201. We found the unit to be spacious, clean and perfectly located within the complex. Everything you need for a family friendly, fun vacation is there. A wonderfully comfortable unit with unexpected little things like beach chairs and a small cooler in the closet was a nice surprise. Was very pleased with how quiet it is inside the condo being located so close to the pool. Enjoyed very much relaxing on the balcony overlooking the pool and beach with picture perfect views every morning and evening. Close proximity to grocery, restaurants and all kinds of entertainment are wonderful. Everyone we met on site whether guests, residents, or maintenance/service people were very friendly. This was our first visit but will not be our last! We are already discussing plans for a return trip next year. Can’t wait! P.S. Thanks for introducing us to Parlor Doughnuts!

Our family took a last minute trip to Florida the week of my birthday (Aug 4-10). Hong was great to deal with making the reservation, paying, getting the parking passes and even offered area info/suggestions of things to do. We travelled with 2 young boys (3,5), an infant, and my wife's elderly godmother. Parking at the unit was easy with the reserved spot and we didn't have to walk far at all to an elevator nor search for a luggage cart. With our group the 2 bedroom unit felt spacious and was perfect. The unit itself was quiet/private even though it is right in front the beach/pool. I personally enjoyed the balcony and used it as my "office" some days and for reading at night. The unit is only steps away from the beach (go downstairs, walk by the pool and you're on the boardwalk/beach) which was great especially having children. The beach was clean and did not feel "crowded" like at some places. My crew enjoys searching for crabs on the beach at night and to my sons' delight, the crabs were indeed plentiful. We also spent many hours in the pool which was always clean. The umbrellas at some of the tables provided plenty shade especially for mom/baby and it never felt like we had to "fight" for a space. The BBQ pits (charcoal) right by the pool/beach are great and give a great view/ambiance while waiting for your favorite cut of steak to be grilled to perfection. There is a Tom Thumb basically in walking distance if you need any extra/last minute beverages (or snacks for the kids) and the Publix grocery store is literally a few minutes car ride away. As an added benefit (as if more were needed) Parlor Donuts is right down the street from the Publix and they have the most amazing croissant based donuts, certainly a must try (we even got some on the way home). Our only regret was not staying longer (my 5 yo teared up when we left). If you're looking to escape to FL, you should certainly stay here (or unit 504). Thanks again for accomodating us!!!

Hong place is very wonderful. Her condo is very clean and spacious. They have two bedrooms and two baths. The master bedroom can walk out to the balcony to see the fantastic beach front and pool. The beds are comfortable. The reserve packing is close to the room. The condo is sound proof and will not hear anything outside. The ac work very well and keep the rooms cool. The room is a short walk to the pool and beach. The host is very nice and respond quickly. I will recommend everyone to book and stay at Hong place in Emerald isle. I cannot to come back here again.
